By creating a Sermon Intelligence account you agree to these terms. If you are signing up on behalf of a church or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
You retain all rights to the sermons, transcripts, notes, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, transcribe, embed, summarize, and serve that content back to you and your authorized members and visitors. You are responsible for having the right to upload anything you upload.
The AI assistant is a retrieval tool grounded in your sermon corpus. It is not infallible. Always verify cited timestamps before quoting an answer publicly. We are not liable for misinterpretation of AI output.
Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Trial periods are free; after the trial, your subscription begins at the published rate. Usage beyond included AI capacity may incur top-up charges per your admin settings.
You can cancel at any time from billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days before it is deleted.
