0:08who can honestly say that you are going
0:12through an unexplainable season in your
0:16life
0:17it's unexplainable because there's a
0:20prompting there's a push in
0:23there's
0:25an unsettling in your spirit
0:28you know there's greater
0:31to what you're currently experiencing
0:34you want more from God
0:37you're seeking him for more
0:41and the one thing that you're struggling
0:43with
0:45is should you do it
0:49should you step out in faith
0:52should you seize the moment
0:55that's the challenge for a lot of you
0:59do I make a move now
1:02do I just
1:04you know get rid of my fear
1:08and just do what I feel deep in my heart
1:13to do
1:16there's so many of you in this room and
1:18streaming
1:20that
1:22you've got an idea
1:24there's an idea burning on the inside of
1:26you
1:28you don't know if you want to do it or
1:30not
1:31the idea is so big there's no point of
1:34reference
1:37there is no other model out there that
1:41you can refer to
1:42to say well they did it so I can do it
1:46too it's like God has raised you up
1:50to do something new and fresh
1:54and you're scared
1:56but I am sent here today to tell you
2:00that thing that God has prompting you to
2:04do it's time

2:14it's time to do it have you ever watched

2:20uh The Steve Harvey Show
2:24Family Feud right and he'll bring the
2:27two individuals up
2:29and he'll ask a question
2:32and the question then you know sometimes
2:36you get through half of it whatever and
2:38the person will go hit the button
2:40it's about who will hit it first
2:44will be able to answer the question
2:47some of you God is asking you this
2:50question this morning will you tap into
2:53your best self
2:56and it's time for you just to say I'm
2:59ready
3:01it's time for you to say God I'll go
3:04where you want me to go it's time for
3:06you to say God I'll do what you want me
3:09to do it's time for you to say God I'll
3:12build that company it's time for you to
3:14say God I'll step out in faith and speak
3:17that word that you've put in me it's
3:20time
3:21now's not the time for you to be
3:23standing there while God is talking to
3:26you and he's asking you the question and
3:28you're not making an effort to activate
3:30your faith
3:32so it's time
3:34I'm sorry if I'm boring you each and
3:37every week and trying to push you into
3:39finding your best self but that's my
3:42assignment right now
3:44and I believe you will agree with me
3:47that time is one of life's most precious
3:51commodities
3:53it is so because it comes and goes
3:57without the approval of anyone
4:01and once it has passed it can never be
4:05regained
4:08once you allow time to pass
4:11you're never going to get it back
4:13and sitting in this room and people who
4:16are streaming right now the truth is you
4:19have allowed many precious time to pass
4:23you
4:24and sadly you're never going to get it
4:27back
4:28there were some things you were supposed
4:30to do in 2000
4:32and you didn't do it
4:34there were some things you were supposed
4:36to do in 2005 you didn't do it
4:40there were things you were supposed to
4:42accomplish in 2010 you did not do it
4:47let's talk about last year
4:49God was pushing you
4:51to do things last year to believe him
4:55for certain things
4:57you didn't do it
4:59you allowed yourself
5:02to to accept the norm
5:06but this is it I can't go any further
5:09you didn't push yourself
5:12and time is quickly passing and right
5:15now you're in 2023 and the time is
5:18quickly passing
5:22so what are you going to do with it
5:24what are you going to do with this
5:26precious time because you'll never ever
5:29get it back
5:31again
5:34there were some blessings you were
5:36supposed to tap into last year
5:39but you didn't get it
5:42here's the sad part about it I know we
5:44like to prophesy and declare things
5:48but there's some past blessings

5:53and not going to get it
5:55because it has passed
6:00and you may say well Pastor why you're
6:02depressing me with this sermon right now
6:04because if you're telling me I'm not
6:06going to get it why should I try anymore
6:09well you see the Bible said God gives us
6:12new Mercies
6:14ah every day
6:18so what you missed yesterday
6:21if you tap into today's play
6:25are you with me everybody
6:27so make no mistake about it time managed
6:31well will reward you in the end
6:35time managed well will reward you in the
6:40end what are you doing with your time
6:42now
6:44what are you doing with your time
6:47what are you doing with your time
6:50are you going to sit by a pool of
6:53Bethesda and watch everybody else get
6:56their stuff
6:59and you wasting time
7:04while they are doing what it takes
7:08to get blessed
7:11they're studying they signed up for
7:13class they're taking extra lessons
7:17they're being tutored to get that
7:19certification to get that degree
7:23but all you do is spend in your time on
7:25social media
7:28and trying to look like you've already
7:30made it
7:31while they
7:34are working time
7:37[Applause]
7:42managed well
7:45you cannot listen to me you cannot be
7:50great
7:51just waking up every morning
7:54getting on your cell phone
7:57scrolling scrolling through Facebook and
8:00Twitter and Instagram and Snapchat and
8:03whatever chat is out there
8:07and eat
8:09and go to work
8:12and play the cycle all over again
8:17what are you doing with your time
8:21managed well will reward you in the end
8:27I know you want quick fixes I know you
8:30would like for all of what God has for
8:32you to happen instantly but if you
8:36manage time well
8:38five years from now you will see the
8:41glory of God the power and the anointing
8:43of God and the promises of God manifest
8:45in your life here's what second
8:48chronicles 15 7 says and this is a very
8:51powerful scripture it says but as for
8:54you
8:55be strong and do not give up watch this
8:59for your work
9:01will be rewarded
9:05be of good courage it is saying
9:13for don't give up because
9:17your work the work you put in would be
9:21rewarded the time you put in will be
9:24rewarded the many days you're on your
9:27knees and you're praying to God and
9:30you're saying God I need your help God
9:33give me wisdom God I Surrender
9:35everything to you God I don't know what
9:38I'm doing but I need your direction God
9:41I intercede the the the hours and the
9:45days and the weeks and the years you
9:47spend on your knees will be rewarded
9:50unlike the people who don't pray
9:54busy doing everything else
9:57they won't be rewarded not the blessing
10:01that they're looking for they won't have
10:03that
10:04the time that you spend in studying and
10:07building that business or saving your
10:11money
10:12because the work saving money takes work
10:17believe me it takes work
10:21because as fast as you get your paycheck
10:26it goes
10:28I saw a very funny video on I think it
10:32was I forgot what platform I saw it on
10:34and it was a monkey with a big balloon
10:39and the monkey bit on the balloon and
10:42the balloon burst and the monkey went
10:44like this and the caption says this is
10:48exactly what happens to your paycheck
10:54this is
10:57perfect caption
10:59the moment you get your check
11:03it's gone
11:05but watch this
11:08whatever God puts into your hands
11:14how are you working it
11:17hmm
11:19how are you working it
11:22what are you doing with it because time
11:26or if you put the work in
11:31he'll be rewarded
11:33I submit to you this generation really
11:36really has got it backward
11:39I grew up in a generation where our
11:42parents had no education
11:44no six-figure jobs
11:48how in the world
11:50did these people on minimum wage
11:53clean in white folks home
11:56taking care of senior Elders or working
12:00in the kitchen the mopping floors how
12:04did they work their money
12:07and put it in the bank and save and
12:11bought land and bought house and sent
12:14all their 18 children to college and buy
12:17clothes talk to me here now
12:21because they work their faith
12:25and they look today in their senior
12:27years they're looking at their children
12:30and their children sometimes are
12:33ungrateful because they don't turn
12:34around and thank their parents for the
12:37sacrifice
12:38talk to me here now I know the younger
12:40generation not going to be clapping now
12:43thank you Mommy for what you've done you
12:45put the time in and here's the reward I
12:48got my degree in Nursery
12:51I became an engineer because of the time
12:55you put in
12:57you built the family
12:59you did what you had to do and now
13:02you're getting your reward I am telling
13:05you we have a generation today are
13:07looking for quick fixes
13:11and when we don't get it we get mad at
13:13God
13:14we don't want to come to church anymore
13:15we don't believe in the preacher anymore
13:18because what we want is hurry up Pastor
13:21finish preach just call us down to the
13:23front lay your hands on us because I
13:25believe you got the anointing rev you
13:27got it and let me pass out on the floor
13:29because that's how I'm gonna get it
13:33somebody shout work
13:35that's what you got to do
13:39the work you put in
13:42will be rewarded
13:44so are you working
13:46are you working your faith do you have a
13:48plan
13:51if you don't let's go let's develop a
13:54plan
13:55it's time you develop a plan it's time
13:58you begin to set some
14:01um if you will some future plans and
14:04it's time for you to say well you know
14:07five years from now God I believe it is
14:10your will for me to accomplish this
14:12accomplished fight set some goals it's
14:17time for you to do that it amazes me to
14:21watch how many people will spend their
14:23their time focusing on things that
14:26doesn't concern them
14:30but pay very little attention
14:34to the many opportunities given to them
14:36each and every day
14:40the moment you work you woke up this
14:42morning
14:43there were some opportunities that God
14:45put your way
14:47right in this moment in this service as
14:49you're streaming here there's a moment
14:51of opportunity for you right now but
14:53where's your mind
14:56because your body is at a place doesn't
14:59mean your mind is there
15:02just because you're in the presence of
15:05what God is releasing don't mean
15:08mentally you're prepared to receive it
15:11talk to me here
15:14where's your mind
15:17you can't say God I want to be great I
15:21want to be in your will
15:23but your mind is after the things of the
15:25devil
15:28you can't say God I'll seek your face
15:31but at the same time you're working the
15:34stuff that is going after Satan and his
15:39kingdom David says as the dear Prophet
15:42after the water broke so Panther my soul
15:46after thee
15:49I want to go after you why because I am
15:53thirsty it is in you I live and move
15:58so I need you in my life
16:01so we have just reset the clock
16:04pushing the time one hour forward now
16:09this is very important and I want you to
16:10listen to me carefully
16:13we have just pushed our clocks one hour
16:17further or forward if you will
16:21and whether you wanted to do it or not
16:25if you want to keep up with time
16:30work with me here
16:32if you want to keep up with time
16:36you're going to have to adjust
16:38somebody to say adjust
16:40you're going to have to adjust and
16:42that's the struggle most of us have in
16:45our world today how do we adjust
16:49some of us are struggling to adjust
16:51because we
16:53a rebellious
16:56nobody's telling me what to do
16:59I don't like the time
17:01I like it
17:05it gets too dark in the morning
17:09I don't you know I lose one hour sleep
17:12you can spend the rest of the next six
17:14months complaining about you don't like
17:16the time time is still passing

17:21it's not waiting on you
17:23it's not going to adjust they told us to
17:26adjust our clocks
17:28one hour forward I understand you don't
17:32like it
17:34but
17:3512 o'clock last night midnight
17:39the time was adjusted
17:42so what are you going to do
17:44keep your clock
17:46at your desired time
17:50let's see how far that's going to go
17:54recently just about three weeks ago I
17:57was in London England
17:59and flew a little over eight hours from
18:02Miami to London
18:04the moment we landed at Heathrow Airport
18:06the lady came on the PA system and she
18:09said
18:10um all the other stuff and then she said
18:13um we are now five hours
18:17ahead
18:18please set your clocks
18:21five hours ahead
18:24and my watch
18:26and I decided now
18:29I don't need to adjust it watch this I'm
18:32just going to keep calculating
18:35so if my clock says 12 o'clock then in
18:39London time it is five o'clock this is
18:42true
18:43and I kept my my time I think I spent
18:46three days or so in London and I kept my
18:48watch
18:50on the U.S time the whole time I was
18:54there
18:55I almost missed my flight the morning
18:59no seriously I'm going somewhere with
19:02this I almost missed my flight that
19:03morning coming back because
19:06I I knew when I went to bed I was like
19:09okay fine you know you know this is the
19:11time and so forth and I totally forgot
19:14so when I woke up in the middle of the
19:17night then I look at the time in my mind
19:19I'm half asleep watch this I'm half
19:22asleep so when I looked at it I'm like
19:24got plenty time
19:26all right
19:31and it was in my sleep true story
19:35because you know you somebody say you're
19:37half asleep
19:38I'm in my sleep and somehow in my sleep
19:42I said no
19:44I'm talking to myself in my sleep
19:48that can't be right
19:51here's the point
19:54is it possible that God has transitioned
19:58you
20:00from one season into the next that
20:04requires you to make some adjustments
20:12and for whatever reason you're not
20:15willing to make those adjustments here's
20:19the danger
20:20you're about to miss a very important
20:23appointment
20:25you are about to miss a very important
20:28alignment
20:32that there are some places and things
20:34and people God wants you to meet in this
20:38season
20:39and if he's on one schedule
20:43and you're on another
20:45you're about to miss your appointment
20:47touch your neighbor and say don't miss
20:49your appointment
20:53I almost missed my flight because I was
20:57not willing
20:58to adjust
21:01I am sent here this morning to encourage
21:04many of of you it's time to adjust your
21:07attitude
21:09it's time to adjust your thinking it's
21:12time to adjust your faith
21:16ful of God adjust it to what God wants
21:19for your life and watch how God will
21:23strategically align things in this
21:25season of your life if you receive that
21:27give the Lord A Hymn to praise

21:33here's what Ephesians 5 16 says and I
21:37love this
21:38it says
21:40making the most of every opportunity
21:44let's stop there
21:46we are challenged here today to make
21:51the most
21:54the most he didn't say well you know get
21:57what you know the little you can get
22:00make the most it says of every
22:04opportunity do not let one opportunity
22:08pass you by and you don't Max it out
22:13make the most of it why because the days
22:17are evil the thief comes to kill steal
22:22and to destroy he comes to rob you he
22:25comes to block your vision so you don't
22:28see what God has for you so it is time
22:31you make the most of the opportunities
22:35before you
22:38the moment is now
22:40the time is now
22:42so I encourage you my friends my
22:44brothers and sisters to make the most of
22:47the time that God has given you now is
22:50not the time to be passive now is not
22:53the time to be Reckless now is not the
22:56time to procrastinate now is not the
22:59time to be fearful
23:01and now is not the time to be hanging
23:04out with people who have the chicken
23:07attributes
23:10and not one
23:12of an eagle
23:15there are some people you can listen and
23:18I'm not trying to tell you to hate
23:19people please do not interpret this
23:22sermon as me trying for you to hate
23:24people but honey let me tell you
23:27something Paul says come from among them
23:29be separate they're just some people you
23:33cannot afford to hang out with your
23:36anointing is too strong there's a
23:39calling I don't know who I'm talking to
23:41there's a calling on your life and you
23:44can no longer hang out with those people
23:50you're an eagle
23:54your attitude ought to be different
23:58so hear what the spirit of God is saying
24:00to you this very hour it is time to make
24:03progress in all areas of your life it is
24:06time
24:07to make God a priority it is time to
24:11take small and big Faith steps
24:15it's time
24:17let's go
24:19we're wasting time here
24:22you are wasting time you're not getting
24:24any younger
24:26redeem the time make the most of the
24:30time
24:31Their Blessings out there don't let
24:34anybody kid you there are blessings out
24:38there every day God is releasing
24:41blessings in your life and it's time you
24:44go get yours
24:46it's time
24:49it's time to launch out into the deep
24:52things of what the faith life has to
24:56offer you it is time to regain lost time
25:03it's time to say God I will not let this
25:06moment
25:07this year end without me not walking in
25:12my full potential
25:14it's time
25:16and the moment
25:18you recognize it is time that's the
25:21moment you will walk into your greatness
25:24you see moments that you've wasted
25:27wasted because of your fear your
25:29stubbornness your lack of understanding
25:32and negative influences have held you
25:35back in the past it has held you back
25:38from receiving the great things that God
25:40has in store for you and I hope ladies
25:43and gentlemen you know that your life
25:46your faith life the faith life you live
25:48in is like a relay race
25:52like a relay race I'm almost done
25:55it's like a relay race
25:57you cannot be so selfish thinking that
26:01God is just pushing you in your
26:03greatness just for you to get all you
26:06can get and then you die and that's it
26:11you are so powerful and so great and the
26:16greatness that God has put in you listen
26:19to me cannot die with you
26:26are you hearing me it cannot die with
26:31you
26:32you have to pass on the blessing uh

26:42I want to show you something here
26:44because most of you miss it you
26:47understand you understand that yes
26:49you're living in the moment but do you
26:51really understand that God has called
26:54you to do
26:56um things that that will help you to

27:06what you don't understand is what God
27:08has put in you
27:10is greater than you
27:12and every fate step you take
27:16is bringing you watch this you may not
27:18like it and not preach in your funeral

27:28you're using up time
27:31to get you to an end
27:37can I be honest with you some of you are
27:39halfway there
27:44you've used up some time
27:48I wish to God I'm 59 this year I wish to
27:51God I could go back
27:55and start over at 30. how many you wish
27:58you could do that
28:00that's not possible I could fast I could
28:04pray I could speak in tongues I could
28:07declare all I want you are your age look
28:11at your neighbor and say you are your
28:13age you can dress it up all you want
28:20thank you
28:22the numbers don't lie
28:27so every day as you live your life
28:31you are using up time
28:35genius
28:37from the time of Revelation
28:41the time of your natural birth
28:43the time when God instilled purpose in
28:46you as you're moving forward
28:49to your end
28:52the question that I have for you
28:58what are you stay right there just put
29:00your hand back what are you handing over
29:05to the Next Generation
29:09hold it right there because remember
29:15life and the faith life is like a relay
29:21some of you are so selfish
29:23you're not running a relay
29:26you're running your own 100 meters I
29:30handed over nothing to nobody
29:34my kids gonna have to work for
29:36themselves
29:38this generation no
29:41what are you turning over
29:43because here's the thing when you use up
29:45your time you ought to use it up to
29:49finish well that's why Paul said I have
29:52fought a good fight watch this I have
29:56finished my course my assignment
30:01I am dying empty
30:10so I must turn over
30:15my complete work
30:19to someone next
30:21so that they can take what I have
30:25and they can now start their own Journey
30:28and when he is done
30:31he's turning it over
30:33to somebody else
30:36that's what your life is like
30:41and the question this morning stay right
30:43there the question this morning is
30:46where are you headed
30:48because here's the danger with some of
30:50you and this is what the Holy Spirit
30:52wanted me to show you
30:56not only
30:57are you not using up the time
31:01to pass over to
31:04your spouse your children
31:07the Next Generation
31:09the next group of young people will take
31:11over this church
31:12not only are you not doing that
31:17God tells you to look to the hills
31:19there's a specific Direction
31:22instead of you going this way
31:25this is where some of you are going
31:29watch this keep going
31:30You're Expecting
31:33to reach your desired outcome but you're
31:37hidden in a complete
31:40opposite direction
31:42how are you going to get to Canyon
31:46when you're going the wrong way
31:49how are you going to get blessed when
31:52you're doing it the opposite way how are
31:56you going to get the favor of God when
31:58you're making friends with the enemies
32:01of God
32:06just work that way
32:09now you see why maybe your life is
32:13unproductive
32:15maybe you see why
32:17you know things are not working out well
32:19for you
32:21it's because you're not even on the same
32:24path
32:25that the scripture is teaching you to be
32:27on
32:29so today I am sent to stir you up and to
32:35ask you this question do you freely want
32:39to finish well
32:43do you want to be successful do you
32:45really want to redeem the time do you
32:48really want to see five years from now
32:51you can look back and you can say look
32:54where the Lord has brought me from and
32:57not look how far I have drifted from God
33:04there's a difference
33:07so it's up to you this morning
33:10it's up to you
33:13what direction
33:15will you go there is a way that seems
33:18right
33:20you may ignore what I'm preaching today
33:22I listen to that guy please so he's just
33:25trying to get me scared he's just trying
33:27to work on my emotions okay and I'm
33:29going to do what I want to do nobody's
33:31going to tell me what to do and so forth
33:34he always seems right
33:39but it's going to end up or is you're
33:41going to end up
33:43nowhere
33:47you want to have the favor of God in
33:50your life
33:53run the relay
33:58tell yourself
34:00there's a whole lot he has in you
34:03whether you're female or male
34:07that he placed something in you
34:13and start walking towards

34:17where he's leading you
34:19where he leads me
34:23I will follow
34:25I will go with him
34:28all the way
34:31I don't know who this is for
34:34because I'm telling you
34:36there's something you must turn over
34:42to somebody else
34:44there's something you must release
34:48into somebody else's life
34:51and do not that person
34:54run their race with
34:57nothing
35:00with the relay you have to turn the what
35:03the Baton over
35:06what are you turning over
35:09those of you who are 60 and older
35:13what are you turning over

35:19lack of enthusiasm of the faith
35:23you don't even believe no more
35:25you don't read your Bible no more you
35:27don't pray no more you don't go to
35:29church no more is that what you're
35:31turning over
35:33he ain't gonna walk in faith what are
35:35you turning over
35:37you don't walk in faith anymore
35:39you complain some of your professional
35:42complainers
35:43you cannot turn that over because I'm
35:46telling you no wonder our children are
35:48the way they are because we're turning
35:51over junk we're turning over bad stuff
35:54to them and they're watching us we are
35:57unhappy we are miserable We complain and
36:01we're locked the faith we only come to
36:03church and we put on a church face and
36:06they know
36:07that's not the real
36:10parent
36:12what are you turning over
36:15so my question to you as I close
36:19how far do you want to go in God
36:23how big and great do you want to become
36:27in him
36:30do you want to change the direction of
36:32your life
36:35it's time
36:37and if you believe as a Young Man
36:42as a woman
36:43that you have wasted too much precious
36:47time
36:49young lady you've wasted too much
36:52precious time
36:54putting all of your energy in a man
36:59every one of them come in your life and
37:01tell you all kinds of stuff and the
37:03crazy thing about it you'll believe them
37:05all
37:09and where are you today
37:12where are you today
37:14you ignore God
37:17you gave up on God you you you you put
37:21him first everything because you wanted
37:24a man
37:26and all of them have left you
37:29and some have left you in debt and with
37:32babies
37:36change the direction of your life
37:40if you've got children you cannot turn
37:43that kind of spirit over to them
37:51change it
37:54set some standards
37:57you're not that desperate
38:02change it
38:04as a young man it's time
38:07but you get your act together
38:10it's time I'm not asking you that you
38:12got to have a degree and you got to have
38:14big money I know these ladies want you
38:17to feel that you can't have them until
38:19you Mentor up to their standards
38:23I'm talking about being a man of
38:25integrity
38:27I'm talking about being a man I don't
38:29care if you have a minimum wage job
38:33God will work with you at your level
38:41it's time
38:44it's time you don't have to walk around
38:46with all these baby mamas
38:49get your act together you are 30 you are
38:5435 you are 40 and you have nothing
38:59it's time

39:12you turning over to them
