0:00But I want to come to you from Matthew's
0:03Gospel chapter 28
0:07verse 18- 20.
0:10And this is going to be our foundation
0:13scripture this morning.
0:16And it's from the NLT. And I want you to
0:18listen to this. Some of you know this by
0:20heart, but please try to let the Holy
0:24Spirit give you new insight on these
0:28verses. It says, "Therefore, go and make
0:32disciples
0:34of all nations,
0:36baptizing them in the name of the Father
0:38and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
0:40Teach these new disciples to obey all
0:46the commands I have given you."
0:50Now,
0:52this was the commission given to the
0:54disciples. Remember that when Jesus
0:59challenged them, go make disciples.
1:03You have to ask yourself as a church,
1:05the body of Christ today,
1:08does that still applies to the modern
1:12day church?
1:14>> Should we be going into the world and
1:17preach the gospel? Let's talk about it.
1:19Father, thank you that your word is
1:22already anointed.
1:24And so today I pray that you will speak
1:26to this church particularly
1:29about where you want to take us in the
1:32future. In Jesus name we pray. And
1:35somebody shout amen.
1:38>> Please be seated in the presence of the
1:40Lord. Now throughout this month we will
1:43focus on the theme kingdom
1:47team. Kingdom team. The purpose of this
1:52series is to one remind us of the great
1:57commission
1:59to encourage us to build God's church
2:02spiritually and numerically.
2:05It is also to challenge us to put God's
2:08agenda above personal agendas.
2:13And it is also to activate every
2:15believer to become a participant in the
2:19advancing
2:20of God's kingdom on the earth. So today
2:24I want to begin the series with this
2:27topic. Together we advance God's
2:30kingdom. Would you say it with me?
2:32Together we advance God's kingdom. Come
2:35on one more time. Together we advance
2:38God's kingdom. So the church was never
2:41designed
2:43to be a collection of individuals
2:46pursuing personal interest.
2:49The church was designed to be a kingdom
2:53team advancing the mission of Jesus
2:57Christ together.
2:59Now, let me share with you five things
3:03that I want you to consider as a church,
3:07the body of Christ. Number one,
3:11God's kingdom advances through unity.
3:15God's kingdom advances through unity.
3:19Now this is very important because John
3:2317:20-23
3:25tells us, "I pray that they will all be
3:29one just as you and I are one." Jesus
3:34was praying this prayer. Think about
3:37that for a moment. Jesus is praying the
3:40prayer
3:42asking God to help the people that he
3:46was going to leave on the planet to
3:48become one together as he and the father
3:52are one. So before Jesus went to the
3:55cross he prayed for many things but one
3:59of his greatest prayers was unity among
4:03believers.
4:05Why is that so? Because unity multiplies
4:09impact.
4:11Did you get that?
4:12>> Unity multiplies
4:15impact.
4:17When we are together, when we are one,
4:20you have a greater impact. And a lot of
4:23times we fail to understand that when
4:26you're dating someone, when you are one,
4:29you have a greater impact. When you're
4:31married to someone, when you're truly
4:34together, you have a greater impact.
4:37When you're raising your children, your
4:39family, you have a greater impact. When
4:41you're one at the workplace, the
4:44marketplace, when you are one, you have
4:47a greater impact.
4:49When we're a church, we have a greater
4:53impact. You see, the early church grew
4:55because they were united. Look at Acts
5:00chapter 2 beginning at verse 44- 47. IT
5:05SAYS, "ALL THE BELIEVERS," WATCH THIS,
5:07"all the believers met together in one
5:10place and shared everything they had.
5:16What unity?
5:18What? Look at the unity of the early
5:22church. They met together. That's why
5:26our weekly attendance is so important
5:30and being consistent with that. The
5:33early church, they met together
5:36regularly
5:38and the Bible says they met each other's
5:41needs. THERE WAS NO WANT in the church.
5:45Can you imagine if we come together as a
5:49people? Can you imagine if you come
5:51together with your children, with your
5:53family, with your spouse, the person
5:55you're dating,
5:57the impact that you will have? Don't you
5:59date nobody who wants to still keep a
6:02separate account from you when you get
6:04married to them. Don't you date nobody
6:06who have different opinions of parenting
6:09than the one that you have. There has to
6:13be oneness.
6:15>> There has to be oneness.
6:17And here's the result of their unity.
6:19The church is unity. The Bible says,
6:21"And each day the church added to their
6:25fellowship those who were being saved."
6:29They were there were so in one accord.
6:32There was such a unity among them that
6:35the Bible says PEOPLE WERE ADDED TO THE
6:38CHURCH after being converted. Notice
6:42that growth. The growth that followed
6:44unity was not talent. It was not
6:49personalities.
6:50It was not popularity. It was simply
6:54unity.
6:55Somehow the church has gotten it
6:57twisted. We're in this talent hunt and
7:01popularity contest.
7:03We're competing among each other. The
7:05church is not going to grow with more
7:08Christian celebrities.
7:15The church is not going to grow when
7:18leadership makes it about them.
7:22>> The church is not going to grow when we
7:24come here just trying to get what we can
7:27get.
7:29>> The church grew because they were on one
7:32accord. You see, the enemy knows he
7:34cannot stop a united church. So his
7:38greatest strategy is what? division.
7:44>> That's what made slavery so impactful.
7:50IF I CAN DIVIDE, I can conquer.
7:54>> Let me say it again. IF I CAN DIVIDE, I
7:57can conquer. Psalm 133 from verse 1 to3
8:01it says how wonderful and pleasant it is
8:04when brothers live together in harmony
8:07for harmony is as precious as the
8:11anointing oil.
8:14>> TOO MANY CHRISTIANS get so caught up
8:17with the physical anointed oil. You're
8:20anointing your forehead. You I mean you
8:23walk out of your house, THEY CAN FRY
8:25YOU, MAN. You're so anointed, but you do
8:28not know how to unite.
8:36>> You know how to speak in tong. You know
8:37how to shout. You You've got talent and
8:40you know you're gifted in other area,
8:42but you do not know to unite.
8:47>> Many of us are full of toxicity
8:51>> while we're anointed.
8:54The scripture says, "FOR HARMONY IS AS
8:57PRECIOUS AS THE ANOINTING OIL."
9:00>> SO WHILE YOU are anointed and YOU'RE
9:03FULL OF GOD, BE FULL OF UNITY.
9:08>> Are you hearing me?
9:09>> So I want you to know that where unity
9:13exists,
9:14God will command blessings. Number two,
9:19division has always been the enemy's
9:22strategy.
9:24The first rebellion in heaven was not
9:26about power. It was about pride.
9:31Isaiah for uh 14 verse 12-4 tells us
9:35that Lucifer
9:37uh desired a position that was never
9:41assigned to him. And I want you to hear
9:43me clearly today. And those of you are
9:46streaming. Lucifer desired a position
9:50that was never assigned to him. His
9:53pride caused him to rebel against God's
9:57order. Be careful of how you let pride
10:00consume your life.
10:03>> Be careful of you going after things
10:06that God never meant for you to have.
10:10The results of Lucifer's action was
10:13separation from God's presence.
10:16Likewise, division entered humanity
10:19through disobedience.
10:21In Genesis chapter 3 1-7, Adam and Eve
10:26disconnected from God's instruction and
10:29brought chaos into the hearts of men.
10:32And throughout scripture, we see the
10:35enemy, watch this, USING THAT SAME
10:38STRATEGY OF DIVISION, JEALOUSY,
10:42ENVY, PRIDE, OFFENSE, SELF-INTEREST. All
10:47of these things were to divide God's
10:52people.
10:54We getting jealous over each other.
10:56You're getting jealous over your
10:58girlfriend, your boyfriend, your your
11:00friend. You're getting jealous over your
11:02family members. You're getting jealous
11:04over your co-workers. There's jealousy
11:07in the church. There's envy. Our society
11:11is full of envy. Why can't we just for
11:15one minute IN OUR LIFE REJOICE OVER
11:18SOMEBODY ELSE'S SUCCESS?
11:22Why can't we just thank God that
11:25somebody's thriving and they're doing
11:27well and and and why can't WE JUST
11:30ACCEPT IT THAT GOD IS BLESSING?
11:34>> Why do we have to envy people?
11:38>> Why do we get allow pride to consume our
11:41lives?
11:43offends, easily offended,
11:47always suspicious and and and ready to
11:51to be offended by things that people
11:54say. Sometimes some of you don't realize
11:57this. IT'S NOT WHAT PEOPLE SAY THAT have
12:00offended you. It's the way you think.
12:08>> It's how you interpret what they're
12:10saying.
12:12>> Come on now.
12:13and self-interest. Proverbs 6:16-19
12:17tells us that among the things that GOD
12:20HATES, ARE YOU READY FOR THIS? IS A
12:22PERSON WHO SEWS discord
12:26>> in a family.
12:29>> YOU WATCH THOSE people
12:32>> who are sewing discord on the job.
12:36>> YOU WATCH PEOPLE WHO ARE SEWING DISCORD
12:39in your family.
12:41WATCH THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SO IN discord
12:44with your friends
12:46and YOU WATCH THOSE PEOPLE IN THE
12:49CHURCH.
12:51>> I'm talking about the church
12:53>> who are so in discord
12:56bunch of liars
13:01>> FABRICATE THEIR OWN story
13:04>> all because of jealousy and envy.
13:10You see, discord destroys what God is
13:13trying to build.
13:14>> So, be careful not to allow envy,
13:16comparison,
13:18>> or the spirit of entitlement
13:21>> to rob you of your purpose.
13:25>> Don't envy people. If you want to be the
13:27light, stop envying people for what they
13:30have and what they possess.
13:32>> Stop comparing yourself with people.
13:36You are fearfully and you're wonderfully
13:38MADE. GOD CREATED YOU THE way he created
13:41you. Don't compare yourself with your
13:43co-workers, your relatives, and and your
13:46family, and your friends. Stop comparing
13:48people in the church. STOP COMPARING
13:50DEPARTMENTS from departments and so
13:51forth. Be your unique self.
14:01And be careful of that spirit of
14:03entitlement
14:05>> cuz that will destroy you
14:08>> when you think you're entitled certain
14:11to certain things. Let me tell you this
14:14younger generation. I am really praying
14:16for you.
14:18I'm praying for you that you'll never
14:20allow the spirit of entitlement to
14:23dominate you
14:24>> because once you reach 18, your parents
14:28don't have to do nothing for you.
14:33Nothing.
14:35If they do, it's because they want to
14:38do. Don't you feel entitled to think
14:40that you can do and get anything you
14:43want from your parents when you're 18?
14:47They don't have to.
14:50>> That job don't have to keep you hired.
14:57>> Stop showing up at the workplace
15:00thinking that they better be glad that I
15:03am here.
15:13>> Nobody has to hire you.
15:17a spirit of entitlement.
15:20>> Come on now. Women, get rid of that
15:24spirit of entitlement because you're a
15:26woman. And society says a man has to
15:30take care of a woman. So, he has to. So,
15:34I'm not going to do anything.
15:39Don't enter into a relationship with a
15:42man just to get his stuff and not his
15:45heart.
15:57>> Men don't enter into a relationship with
15:59a woman just to get her body and not her
16:03heart. See, notice how y'all clapping
16:05louder than when I SAID ABOUT THE MEN.
16:13These women are something else.
16:16BUT GOD DID NOT CALL US TO compete with
16:19one another. Rather, he called us to
16:23complete
16:24>> one another. Romans 12, Paul says in
16:27verse four and five, we are many parts
16:31of one body and we are all belong to
16:36each other. We all belong to each other.
16:38Number three, the church exists to
16:41advance God's mission not personal
16:44agendas. Amen.
16:45>> One of the greatest danger in the modern
16:49church, the greatest danger in modern
16:51Christianity is making ourselves the
16:55center of the story.
16:58>> The church is not about us. The church
17:00is about Jesus Christ.
17:02>> Colossians 1:18 tells us, "Christ is
17:05also the head of the church, which is
17:08his body."
17:11>> So, let me be clear this morning.
17:14The world does not need more Christian
17:16celebrities.
17:18>> The world needs more Christ followers.
17:23>> That's what we need. People are not
17:26rejecting Jesus as much as they are
17:29rejecting hypocrisy, division, and
17:32inconsistency of the church.
17:37So here's what John 13:35 tells us.
17:40says, "Your love
17:43for one another will prove to the
17:46world." Please,
17:48is it behind me?
17:51>> Your love
17:53for one another.
17:55>> Will prove to the world that you are my
17:58disciple. It didn't say your worship.
18:03>> It never says your impressive worship
18:07service. It never says your pastor's
18:11ability to articulate the word. It
18:14didn't say all, you know, your stage
18:17lights and your fancy auditoriums and so
18:21forth. Your love,
18:25>> YOUR LOVE IS WHAT'S GOING TO IMPRESS the
18:28ungodly to come to Jesus Christ.
18:33>> It's not your clothes. It's not, you
18:36know, all these things that we try to
18:39do. It's none of those things. Are you
18:42hearing me today?
18:43>> And so I want you to understand
18:47that Jesus never said
18:50that. He did not say that
18:55they would know you through your titles
18:58>> or through your positions.
19:00>> He said that they would know you by your
19:02love. So when the church demonstrates
19:04genuine love, the world will pay
19:07attention.
19:09>> Number four, Jesus must always be the
19:12focus of everything that we do. John
19:1512:32. Watch this now. Are you ready?
19:17And when I am lifted up, not the
19:20preacher,
19:22>> not the preacher,
19:25>> not the ministers,
19:28>> not our titles,
19:30>> here at the faith center for 35 years,
19:32July uh 7th, this year is going to be 35
19:35years of ministry. One of the things as
19:37the pastor, I've tried to do my best
19:40here and to tell all these ministers,
19:43you we all have title. I'm a bishop.
19:47BUT I WASN'T BORN BISHOP HENRY
19:49FERNANDEZ.
19:51>> I was born Henry.
19:55>> So calling me Henry is not disrespecting
19:58me.
20:02>> I DON'T WANT NONE OF US AS LEADERS TO BE
20:04UP IN HERE THINKING our position made us
20:06who we are.
20:10>> Don't none of us think that because
20:12we're ministers, we own the front row.
20:18We own the stage.
20:21>> We don't own nothing.
20:24>> Let's not lift UP WHO WE ARE. MY lift up
20:26Henry, doctor, bishop, the right
20:28Reverend Henry Fernande. Forget all that
20:31garbage. Listen. Lift him up. If I be
20:35lifted up,
20:38THAT'S WHERE JESUS SAYS, I'LL DO THE
20:40PULLING AND THE DRAWING. So the
20:43responsibility of the church is very
20:46simple. Lift up Jesus, preach Jesus,
20:49live like Jesus and represent Jesus. So
20:53when we spend more time promoting Christ
20:56and promoting ourselves, people will be
20:59drawn to him. And so let me be clear,
21:02the power is not in our personality.
21:05The power is in the gospel.
21:07>> It's not in our personality. So, if you
21:10didn't know by now, let me just make the
21:12big announcement. The faith center is
21:13not about personality. The faith center
21:16is not about show. The faith center is
21:18about Jesus.
21:22It's all about him.
21:25Paul said in Romans 1:16, "For I'm not
21:27ashamed of the gospel, the good news
21:30about Jesus, because it is the power of
21:33God at work." So, the gospel still
21:35changes lives. The gospel still heals
21:39broken hearts. The gospel still saves
21:43families. And the gospel still
21:45transforms community. Number five, every
21:49believer has a role on the kingdom team.
21:55>> Now, this is the meat of the message and
21:57I'll let you go home.
21:59Every believer
22:03has a role on the kingdom team.
22:07One of the greatest misconception in the
22:09church is that ministry belong or
22:12belongs only to the pastors.
22:15That's not biblical. Every believer is
22:18called to participate in building God's
22:21kingdom. Ephesians 4 11 and 12 says that
22:26their responsibility is to equip God's
22:28people to do his work and build his
22:31church. So, every believer, every one of
22:33you, if you're saved, you're streaming,
22:36you have an assignment. You have an
22:38assignment.
22:40Every believer has influence. Every
22:42believer can help bring someone to
22:45Christ. Jesus said in Matthew 9 from
22:5037-38,
22:53he said, "The harvest is great, but
22:54watch this now. The workers are few."
22:57Did you did you did you pay attention to
23:01that? He said THE HARVEST IS GREAT.
23:04THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH FINDING
23:07UNBELIEVERS.
23:12>> Think about that.
23:15The harvest IS GREAT. ONE translation
23:20says plenty.
23:23JUST LOOK IN BROWARD COUNTY. OVER THREE
23:26MILLION PEOPLE
23:28In South Florida here,
23:31the harvest is plenty.
23:34It's only a few hundreds in our
23:35churches.
23:38SO TO FIND PEOPLE WHO ARE UNGODLY,
23:42unchurched
23:44sinners IS NOT HARD TO FIND.
23:48They're plenty.
23:50They are plenty.
23:56HE SAID, "THE HARVEST IS GREAT, BUT
23:58HERE'S THE PROBLEM. FEW WORKERS,
24:01few church WORKERS, COMMITTED WORKERS,
24:05CUZ WE ARE SO BUSY,
24:09trying to impress each other,
24:12>> trying to outdo each other,
24:16>> trying to make this our show
24:20that we don't even see the harvest."
24:22Because the problem has never been with
24:23the harvest is a shortage of laborers.
24:26And so here's my challenge to all of my
24:29kingdom brothers and sisters as I let
24:32you go to live out the month of June,
24:34July, August, and September. As a church
24:38family, I want us to commit to four
24:41simple actions. That's it. Four things I
24:44want you to do as a church. Number one,
24:47present the gospel in its purest form.
24:51Every one of us have influence to
24:53present the gospel in its purest form.
24:55There's there seems to be a a confusion
24:57about the gospel today.
25:02There seems to be that confusion, the
25:03debates on the job, debates with family,
25:05even among yourself as God's children.
25:09Can we just preach Jesus and
25:12>> and not the division and and not trying
25:16to impress? See, as a leader,
25:21I have to ask God to constantly humble
25:23me that I don't come here each Sunday
25:27trying to preach to you for you to say,
25:30"Hey, Henry did a good job."
25:34>> Because then it forces me to perform and
25:37not minister.
25:44Then it forces me to preach something
25:47else than the gospel.
25:51>> Let's preach the gospel in its purest
25:52form.
25:54>> Number two, fall in love with scripture.
25:58>> Psalm 119 105, your word is a lamp to
26:03guide my feet and a light to my path.
26:07Fall in love with the word of God again.
26:09You will never understand the power of
26:12God if you don't know about him.
26:17>> So fall in love with the word. Number
26:19three, share your story and invite
26:22someone to church. You have an amazing
26:25story. This woman met me in the lobby
26:27this morning and just sharing her story
26:30with me. I'm like, "Thank you, Lord."
26:31Because it's a confirmation on the
26:33scripture that I wanted to use this
26:34morning. And I believe I firmly believe
26:37that that God wanted to reconfirm with
26:40me that was the right scripture to read
26:42this morning. So I'm going to send
26:44somebody your way to confirm you're on
26:46the right path. You have no idea when
26:49you open your mouth and share your
26:51testimonies with your co-workers and
26:53families and friends. You have no idea
26:55in that moment that could be the answer
26:59>> to the question they have in their head
27:01that day.
27:03So I want all of you to go out of this
27:06place sharing your story. What has God
27:09done for you? He healed you. Talk about
27:11it.
27:13>> He delivered you. Talk about it. Talk
27:16about that moment when your back was
27:18against the wall and all of a sudden you
27:20turned the radio on and that was the
27:22song
27:24>> that gave you comfort.
27:26Talk about when you went to church
27:29and the worship team, they came up with
27:31this new song that they wrote
27:35[crying]
27:35and it's talking about something has to
27:38change. How the lyrics of that song
27:41ministered TO YOU. TALK ABOUT WHEN YOU
27:43WERE IN YOUR BED THAT NIGHT and and you
27:46you you your mind was just going and and
27:50you felt ALL ALONE. TALK ABOUT THAT
27:52PHONE CALL.
27:55THAT YOU got
27:58that saved your life.
28:02THAT'S THE STORY WE SHOULD BE TALKING
28:04ABOUT.
28:06Stop talking about people's business cuz
28:09it's none of your business.
28:14Stop walking around gossiping and doing
28:17all these kinds of ungodly things that
28:20is so in discord and chaos in your
28:22family and discord and chaos in the
28:24church. Talk about your own story and
28:28journey with Jesus. That is what's going
28:31to deliver people. They overcome by the
28:33blood of the lamb AND BY THE WORD OF
28:36their testimony. That's in Revelation.
28:40Talk about it.
28:42Talk about when your back was against
28:44the wall and you wanted to commit
28:45suicide.
28:47>> TALK ABOUT IT. YOU HAVE NO IDEA.
28:50I can't tell you the amount of people
28:52who have come up to me and say, "THANK
28:54YOU, HENRY, FOR SHARING YOUR STORY OF
28:57WHEN I WAS 10 YEARS OLD wanted to commit
28:59suicide." THAT WAS MY JOURNEY. 10
29:04I wanted to commit suicide.
29:07I remember as if it WAS TODAY. I STOOD
29:11ON THE CHAIR. I WRAPPED THE CORD AROUND
29:14THE post and I STOOD AND PUT THAT ROPE
29:17AROUND MY NECK. I I'M TELLING YOU THE
29:21GOD'S HONEST truth
29:23and that rope was around my neck
29:26>> and I was about to kick the chair
29:30>> AND I HEARD FROM MY NEIGHBOR, "HENRY,
29:33HENRY,
29:37And I pulled the rope off
29:40>> and I walked to the fence and said, "Can
29:42I help you?"
29:44And God used my neighbor to distract me
29:48>> to go somewhere with him. By the time,
29:52the story gets better. BY THE TIME I GOT
29:55BACK TO my community, a huge crowd of
29:58people
30:01gathered on the other side.
30:04And there was a blind man by the name of
30:06Lloyd. I will never forget his name.
30:09Lloyd,
30:11few moments before I got back to my
30:13community,
30:15stood on a chair. He was blind.
30:19Stood on a chair,
30:21put a rope around his neck,
30:24eyes popped wide open,
30:27and killed himself.
30:31And I'll never forget a 10year-old boy.
30:34Don't tell me God ain't talking to
30:35children.
30:39A 10year-old boy.
30:42That's when I heard the voice of God
30:44said to me, "Is that what you want to do
30:46with your life?
30:50>> Cuz I got something for you, son.
30:54>> There's purpose in you."
30:5910.
31:00>> I'm 62.
31:04[music]
31:13>> 52 years later,
31:18>> I recognize had I killed myself,
31:22>> I wouldn't be standing on this stage
31:25today.
31:29I wouldn't have impacted so many
31:32people's lives.
31:35Share your story.
31:38[music]
31:39Share it.
31:42That's what's going to help people.
31:45Share your story.
31:47Honor God through consistent worship.
31:50Bible tells us, "Let us not neglect
31:54our meeting together."
31:57Weekly worship and attendance is
31:59important.
32:00Don't get caught up in this American
32:02culture
32:04>> where we get to choose whether or not we
32:06want to worship and how we want to
32:08worship.
32:10Got to fall in love with God, but you're
32:13going to do it his way.
32:15So, let me encourage you to participate,

32:30A church is not a stadium where a few
32:32play and others will watch.
32:36A church is a family where everyone
32:38serves.
32:40>> So, let me leave you

32:45Participate. Don't spectate.
32:51Join the team.
32:54We're a team. We're a team of
32:55evangelist.
32:57Join the team. Invite somebody to
32:59church. Pick them up.
33:02>> Go to your workplace. Change your ways.
33:05>> Be the light. Share your story.
33:08>> And refuse to become a spiritual bench
33:11warmer.
33:15Don't turn God's house into a place of
33:17entertainment.
33:20>> This is not where we come to be
33:22entertained.
33:24This is where we come for lives to be
33:26transformed.
33:27>> Let me tell you something. You got it
33:30within you to be the light.
33:34You have it to be the light. It's in
33:36you.
33:38Embrace who God has called you to be
33:41because you never know whose lives you
33:43will change.
33:45>> I am living witness here today
33:49>> that no matter listen to me young people
33:51no matter how young you are no matter
33:52how old you are
33:55when you turn your life over to Jesus
33:57Christ.
34:00Come on now.
34:02You keep messing until I'll do it one
34:04day. You [snorts] don't know.
34:07You don't know.
34:09Now is the time. NOW IS THE DAY. THE
34:12ACCEPTABLE day of the Lord.
34:15>> I want to challenge you.
34:18Join the team and advance God's kingdom.
34:21I want all of you to stand with me
34:23today.
34:25Those of you
34:27who are streaming
34:29and the rest of you who were clocking me
34:31to see how long I was going to preach.
34:34>> I don't know how long did I preach.
34:36Was it 30 minutes?
34:39>> It was more than 30 minutes.
34:41>> No, it's not 30 minutes.
34:44>> You know,
34:45>> right?
34:46>> I know some of you clocking me. Say he
34:49lied that he's going to preach less than
34:5130 minutes.
34:53But hear me. I want to leave you with
34:55this. As you go home, we're serious
34:58about this.
35:00I pray you'll get your t-shirt.
35:03Right. Next week we're going to do
35:04something different, African attire. But
35:06the following week, I want to see an
35:09army of people in this building. Those
35:13of you streaming,
35:15and we're going into the streets now.
35:18>> We're going to take kingdom culture to
35:19the streets. We're going to invite
35:22somebody. We're going to talk to them
35:24about God
35:26and we're going to be that light.
35:28Father,
35:30thank you for this amazing day. Thank
35:34you for sharing
35:36this powerful word with us to challenge
35:39us to re-examine ourselves
35:42and for all of us to see that you
35:44brought us here at the faith center for
35:46a reason.
35:48You didn't bring us for us to seek a
35:50position.
35:52You didn't bring us here to divide this
35:55church.
35:58Lucifer tried.
36:01>> It didn't end well with him.
36:05>> And you said the gates of hell will not
36:07prevail against you, church. [snorts]
36:11>> And what the enemy is doing around
36:12America is trying to divide the church.
36:18>> Enemy wants to bring discredit on the
36:21church.
36:23But I pray today that for those of us
36:27who refuse to participate with the
36:29enemy, that we're going to participate
36:32with your plan for us to unite.
36:35That will come together. We'll see
36:37ourselves as brothers and sisters.
36:41That there are no big and little
36:44individuals in this house. That we're
36:47all one.
36:49And you've called us to preach
36:52the word and to live it to be the best
36:55example
36:56of what a kingdom citizen looks like.
37:01As we go into the marketplace,
37:04let us all feel the weight
37:07of reaping the harvest,
37:11the weight of pointing people to you.
37:16Because all of what's happening in this
37:18world, something has to change.
37:22>> We can't keep losing our family. We
37:26can't keep having toxic workplaces.
37:29[music]
37:30We can't keep having divided churches.
37:36Can't keep having so many churches in
37:39Broward County, so many churches ACROSS
37:41AMERICA. EVERY BLOCK THERE'S A CHURCH.
37:47and have no impact.
37:52>> We can't keep having a church
37:54full of preachers who want to be.
37:58Preachers who are full of themselves,
38:02LEADERS WHO CARE NOTHING ABOUT THE
38:05PEOPLE BUT THEIR OWN SELF-INTEREST.
38:09We can't keep building buildings and not
38:12building people.
38:17Something has to change.
38:22>> So help us as a church to take heed to
38:25this today
38:27and be the light
38:30for those who don't know you as Lord and
38:32Savior. I pray that they will say yes to
38:34you even now in the mighty name of
38:37Jesus. If that's you and you want to
38:40embrace who Jesus is, you want to live
38:43for him, would you say after me, Lord
38:44Jesus,
38:45>> Lord Jesus,
38:46>> I'm a sinner.
38:47>> I'm a s
38:48>> I repent of my sins.
38:50>> I embrace the free gift of salvation.
38:53>> I embrace
38:54>> I declare with my mouth
38:56>> I declare with my mouth
38:57>> I believe in my heart
38:58>> I believe in my heart
38:59>> that I'm born again
39:00>> that I'm born again
39:01>> in Jesus name.
39:02>> in Jesus name.
39:03>> Amen.
39:04>> Amen. Now, if you've prayed that prayer,
39:07we want to make sure that you scan the
39:10QR code they're going to put on the
39:12screen and you're going to let us know
39:15that you receive the Lord as your
39:17personal savior. I'll see you Wednesday
