0:14through we are quickly approach
0:17approaching another season of
0:21transition and sometimes transition in
0:24life often bring
0:27uncertainty but it also provides es us
0:30with an opportunity to deepen our trust
0:34in
0:35God about what's next for
0:40us transition allows us to trust God
0:45that if he did it
0:48before he's going to do it
0:52again so whether you're stepping into a
0:55new season navigating
0:57challenges or waiting for a
1:00breakthrough the word of God assures
1:04us it assures us of his presence and
1:07guidance along our faith Journey that
1:11every step of our faith
1:14Journey that God is with us so you
1:17should never be afraid of the Journey of
1:21discovering the significant
1:24opportunities that lie in your future
1:28you got to see it you got to see that
1:31there are opportunities in your
1:33future you got to believe every day that
1:36tomorrow is going to be greater tomorrow
1:39is going to be better tomorrow is your
1:41blessed season tomorrow is the season of
1:44revelation of impartation you got to get
1:47up every day
1:49confessing that your future is a blessed
1:52one so you should trust God in in in his
1:58guidance trust him even when your
2:00darkest moments of
2:03uncertainty looks
2:06hopeless some of you sitting in this
2:09room some of you are
2:10streaming I understand that you're going
2:13through a
2:15season that you're questioning the
2:18sovereignty of God God where are
2:20you why are these things happening in my
2:24life why do I have to deal with this
2:28constant drama in my my life I'm here
2:31today to tell you you're in transition
2:35amen you're in transition you've often
2:38time hear me say this to you that every
2:41problem has an expiration
2:45date I don't know who that is for every
2:49problem has an expiration
2:52date so in the next 31 days including
2:57today you are called to trust god with
3:01the assurance that he will fulfill his
3:03promise in and through your
3:07life so as we approach the close of this
3:10season let us deepen our faith let us
3:14deepen our faith believing that God is
3:18at work in ways we cannot yet see oh I
3:25wish you could see the work that God is
3:29is doing behind the
3:32scenes I wish you could see what God has
3:36prepared for you in your future I wish
3:39you could see what God is doing in your
3:43life in your future even with the
3:46pressure that you're
3:48under your eyes have not
3:51seen you haven't heard it yet you
3:54haven't conceived it yet in your heart
3:57but trust me when I tell you this
3:58morning God God's got it all under
4:02control your future is already set can
4:05somebody give God a
4:10praise there's a lot of things that I am
4:13trusting God for and I hope you're doing
4:15the same I'm trusting God to bring the
4:19backslider back into the kingdom of God
4:23according to Luke
4:2515:
4:274-7 I'm asking that God will also ignite
4:31a Revival in every city in Broward
4:35County Florida and Beyond that's what
4:38I'm believing God for I I'm believing go
4:41that the church will stand up with
4:44confidence proclaiming the good news of
4:47the Gospel of Jesus Christ according to
4:49Mark's gospel chap 16 verse 15 first
4:54here's what Luke 15 from Verses 4 to7
4:58here's what it says it says what man of
5:02you have 100 sheep if you have lost
5:07one and does not leave the 90 or the 99
5:12sorry to in the country in the open
5:15country and go after the one that is
5:18lost until he finds him look at verse
5:22five and when he has found it he lays it
5:28on his shoulder rejoicing and when he
5:31comes home he calls together his friends
5:35and his neighbors saying Rejoice with me
5:37for I have found my sheep that was lost
5:41now look at verse seven cuz it's a
5:43principle here the whole purpose of that
5:46message that's given in this context is
5:50wrapped up in verse 7 just so I tell you
5:54there will be more joy in heaven over
5:58one sinner who who
6:00repents than over 99 righteous persons
6:06who need no
6:08repentance did you get
6:10that that what the the the word of God
6:13is saying it it's not saying that heaven
6:16won't Rejoice over those of us who stay
6:19in the faith you heard me a few moments
6:22ago talked with uh Pastor Hill Pastor
6:26Hill has been in the church a long time
6:28he stayed in the faith Heaven is
6:30rejoicing Heaven is rejoicing that for
6:33those of us who didn't Dibble and Dabble
6:35in and out of the church you know we
6:37stayed in the church no matter what even
6:39when the church did us wrong or even
6:42when we did wrong even when we sinned we
6:45sinned and nobody saw our
6:49sins we stayed in the church just
6:52because we didn't leave the church
6:54doesn't mean that we didn't
6:57sin look at your neighbor look at your
6:59neighbor and say he's talking about you
7:00right
7:02now see just because you didn't walk
7:04away from the faith doesn't mean you
7:07didn't
7:08sin it's just that you had the courage
7:11to stay in the kingdom of God no matter
7:15what but some people couldn't handle the
7:18pressure so they left the church they
7:21left the kingdom of God here is what the
7:23scripture is saying let's read it again
7:25in verse 7 it says so I tell you there
7:28will be more more more that word more is
7:33suggesting that heaven Rejoice over
7:36those of us who stays in the Kingdom or
7:39who leave the
7:43kingdom it's just that the ones who
7:45leave the kingdom when they come back
7:49Heaven rejoices
7:53more come on now Heaven rejoices more
7:57for those who who
8:00come into the kingdom after they leave
8:03the kingdom because verse seven now says
8:05let me read it again just so I tell you
8:08there will be more joy in heaven over
8:11one sinner who repents one sinner who
8:15repents so my my passion and my prayer
8:18my hope is that every person walked away
8:22from the church prior to
8:24covid postco would return to the church
8:30so that heaven will rejoice even more
8:34cuz God is not in the business of
8:37pointing out the sins of the people or
8:40condemning people when you decide to
8:42return to the church now some of you act
8:44like you own the
8:45church some of you act like you own the
8:49seats in the church so when people come
8:52to church you are quick to judge them
8:55well I haven't seen you in 3 months I
8:58haven't seen you in a year here I
9:00haven't seen you in 5 years where youve
9:02been oh you've been out there sinning
9:04well at least they respected God enough
9:07to not stay in the church and play like
9:10they're
9:12[Applause]
9:15saved unlike some of
9:19us it's getting quiet
9:21now who stay in the church and pretend
9:26like we're so holier than thou
9:34you notice that person sitting next to
9:36you is not saying
9:37nothing that's a dead giveaway right
9:39away that's a dead
9:43giveaway when is the church going to
9:45develop a passion once again for lost
9:49souls yes sir yes sir Heaven Will
9:52Rejoice even
9:54more when one person will come back to
9:57the Lord look at mark 16:7 and it says
10:00and he said to them cuz here's the
10:03command I want everybody in Broward
10:05County and Beyond to have this amazing
10:08gospel but how is this gospel going to
10:11be told to people if we don't go go and
10:16spread it it says go into the world
10:19going into the world going into the
10:21world going into the world and proclaim
10:25the gospel it didn't say get dressed up
10:28and come to church
10:30Church it didn't say go and act like
10:33you're a Christian you're a saint and so
10:36forth the reason why we gather here is
10:39for
10:40empowerment the reason why we're here is
10:43for empowerment the Mandate for every
10:46believer is to
10:48go is to go into the world simply on
10:51your job your home in your community in
10:55the marketplace while doing business go
10:59in into the world he says and proclaim
11:02the gospel what is the gospel look it up
11:05good
11:06news so what are you telling people
11:10whenever you open your mouth as a
11:11Christian and you start preaching Jesus
11:14what do you tell is is it good news
11:16giving them hope to turn from a life of
11:19sin to a life of righteousness in Jesus
11:22Christ giving them hope that their lives
11:25can radically change for the better is
11:28is that the good news you're telling
11:30people come on now so our job as
11:35Believers we should be able to go out
11:39into our communities sharing our faith
11:43with people so I believe before this
11:47transition takes place at the end of
11:50this year going into the new
11:52year I believe that our faith in God
11:56must be increased
11:59we have to trust
12:01them that we can win win the backslider
12:05over to him that we can we even
12:08ourselves can be stronger in our faith
12:12walk with him that everything that he
12:15has planned for us in
12:172024 even though it's only 30 days left
12:22that he can do it he doesn't need
12:26another 11 months to get something done
12:30in your
12:32life it takes him less than a second to
12:36get it done in your life if you trust
12:38him you see many biblical uh figures or
12:42individuals in the Bible such as
12:44Abraham such as um Esther such as uh uh
12:49Moses and others have trusted God while
12:53they were in a transitional season from
12:56one season to the next
12:59so don't you let this moment pass
13:02without anchoring your faith in a deeper
13:05trust in what God can do in your life
13:08both now and in your future now Faith is
13:12required right now Faith is required
13:15right now not tomorrow but right now in
13:18order for you to navigate successfully
13:20through the next season of your
13:24life here's what I'm going to put on the
13:27screen and if you're taking notes you
13:30may want to take your phone out to take
13:32it because I want to give you and I'm
13:35going to do this
13:37quickly because then I'm G to pray for
13:40you I want to give you 30 steps that I
13:44want you to take for the next 30
13:47days in order to successfully
13:51navigate yourself through this
13:54transitional
13:56season 2024 is coming to
13:59close we're going into a new
14:02season and I want every day for the rest
14:06of this month for you to
14:10activate these steps that I'm going to
14:13give you in fact how many of you have a
14:17Facebook page raise your hand you have a
14:19Facebook page how many of you have an
14:22Instagram
14:23page right all right now I think there's
14:26Snapchat out there right yes okay how
14:29many You' got that I Tick Tock how many
14:32you got Tick Tock okay how many of you
14:34have no
14:36page nothing you're not on social media
14:39that's fine here's what I'm going to ask
14:41you to do while preparing the sermon I
14:44really felt led to do this I'm going to
14:47give you 30 steps that you need to take
14:52for the next 30 days to successfully end
14:56this
14:56year and start the new year year off in
15:01a way that it will prosper you in
15:052025 but here's what I want you to do
15:07every
15:09day I would love for you to post this on
15:12your social media page go live have a
15:16discussion about it can you imagine the
15:20impact we will have on the
15:23world if every day you talk about these
15:26things in your own way with your own um
15:29study time finding the proper scriptures
15:32to to back up what you're saying and so
15:34forth so let's go through them quickly
15:36it's not going to take me a a long time
15:38to get it done but I need you to write
15:41them down because I really hope that
15:43you'll follow through with it we want to
15:46bombard the atmosphere with this here
15:49are 30 steps to successfully navigating
15:52the next season uh with faith number one
15:55I want you to keep God as your top
15:58priority
16:00that's the first thing starting tomorrow
16:03I want everybody to start talking to
16:05yourself talking to your family when you
16:08have your family devotion when you go to
16:10work when you go on your first Facebook
16:13page how do you put God first why should
16:16God be first in your life Matthew 6:33
16:20it says but seek ye first the kingdom of
16:22God and his righteousness and all the
16:25things will be added unto you so if you
16:27want things there's nothing nothing
16:29wrong with us asking God for things
16:31please do not let anybody tell you as a
16:33Believer you shouldn't be asking God for
16:37things he's telling us here we can have
16:41things just don't let things have
16:45you don't have things and reject God and
16:50he's not a priority so the first thing I
16:52want you to do is make God keep God as a
16:56priority talk about that tomorrow what
16:59does that mean number two pursue God
17:04daily through his word if you want to
17:07find him watch this you're not just
17:09going to find God just by listening to
17:12the pastor's sermon
17:14amen I know you packed this place out
17:17this morning I know many of you
17:19thousands of you are watching online and
17:21that's wonderful and I and I I I thank
17:23you thank you for trusting me I thank
17:25you for trusting your pastor you believe
17:27in me thank you I appreciate that man
17:30that man got the word and he's preaching
17:31the word and so forth how do you know if
17:34I'm not telling you something that's not
17:36in the
17:39Bible how would you know if what I'm
17:42preaching to you is
17:43true if you have no point of
17:46reference he's just going to believe my
17:48word for it he's just going to believe
17:51because I've been a pastor for so many
17:53years that yeah he must be telling the
17:56truth really
18:00you better know God for
18:02yourself you better know his word for
18:05yourself so I want you to pursue God
18:09daily through his word Psalm 11915 it
18:14says your word is a lamp to my feet and
18:17a light to my what number three stay
18:21committed to your god-given
18:25purpose stay committed to your god-given
18:29purpose in Proverbs 16:3 commit your
18:32Works to the Lord and your plans will be
18:36established so on this on the day that
18:39you're going to make that your theme for
18:41the day stay committed to your god-given
18:45purpose stay out of people's business
18:48stop minding other people's business and
18:52discover your own purpose know who you
18:55are why did God place you on the Earth
18:58it's none of your business if that woman
19:01has been divorced three times it's none
19:03of your business if she got a child out
19:06of wedlock it's none of your business
19:08where they getting the money from buying
19:10that truck it's none of your business
19:12where they get the money from
19:14vacationing in the Grand Cayman or or in
19:17in the Bahamas or in Jamaica it's not
19:20look at the name it say it's none of
19:21your business
19:32spend the rest of your life discovering
19:36you and not trying to figure other
19:38people
19:43out why waste your time trying to figure
19:47what other people are doing and why
19:49they're doing it do you not know how
19:50many people on Tik Tok and social media
19:53is making millions of dollars over
19:56feeding you nonsense

20:02you've gotten so addicted to social
20:04media that you're not even reading your
20:07Bible you can't sleep at night and if I
20:10ask you this morning to tell me about
20:12everybody else on Tik Tock and social
20:15media business you can spit it out like
20:17that you know who's sleeping with who
20:19you know who's divorcing who you know
20:22everything about people but you don't
20:24even know about yourself why did God
20:27called you why has he appointed you you
20:30don't even know
20:31[Applause]
20:37it stay to your god-given purpose stay
20:41in your calling if he made you an
20:43entrepreneur be an entrepreneur but
20:45don't be an entrepreneur because your
20:47best friend is an entrepreneur stop
20:49copying
20:52people glory to God know why he has
20:55called you I know he has called me to be
20:57who I am that's why I can't be anybody
21:00else I am Henry Fernandez and that's it
21:03I'm a preacher I was born to be a
21:06preacher and that's what I'm going to
21:08stick to I'm not going to try to be
21:09nobody
21:10else it's my god-given
21:14calling I'm committed to it I'm not
21:17going to open no ice cream store I'm not
21:20going I'm not going to open no car wash
21:22place cuz I ain't called to do that
21:29oh look at me man I'm telling you man
21:33number four eliminate
21:36distractions that hinder your
21:40calling you got to eliminate
21:42distractions man cuz boy they're out
21:47there they're out there eliminate
21:49distractions Hebrews 12:1 since we are
21:52surrounded by so great a cloud of
21:54weaknesses let us also lay aside every
21:56weight every weight every weight every
21:58weight one of the strongest weapons
22:01Satan would use against you is to put
22:03dead weight on
22:05you to get you distracted here it is
22:07you're focused on God you're focused on
22:09your life watch this I'm going to hit
22:11you with something now you're focused on
22:13God you're focused on your purpose and
22:14you know you know your god-given talents
22:17and gifts and if you're not careful you
22:21get distracted by a
22:23man you get distracted by a woman
22:30and I don't know why so many of you and
22:32even those of you are streaming I don't
22:34know
22:35why you're allowing people to come into
22:38your
22:40life who is not only a
22:43distraction but they were sent by the
22:46devil to destroy

22:53you why you have built your you've taken
22:58so many years been through so much to
23:02build your life and bring it to where it
23:04is and you going to let somebody come in
23:06your
23:09life to erase

23:13it cuz that distraction will hinder you
23:16some of you know very well when you were
23:18single disengaged had nobody in your
23:20life you were the
23:27happiest let I see let me number five we
23:31got a long way to go number five develop
23:34your god-given
23:36abilities got to learn to develop your
23:38god-given abilities it's number six and
23:41the scripture for that you can write
23:43this down and and study at Matthew 25

23:4725:4 to30 develop your god-given
23:51abilities and number
23:53six practice
23:56patience as a virtue
23:59this is where so many of us are
24:01failing you want to see God move in a
24:04miraculous
24:05way the next 30 days of your
24:09life stop being
24:12impatient remember I told you God need
24:14another 11 months to do what he wants to
24:16do in your life
24:18am you have to learn the art of patience
24:23Galatians 6:9 says and let us not watch
24:25this grow weary
24:28of doing good whenever you're doing good
24:33don't get tired of doing it don't get
24:36frustrated uh by doing that just be
24:39patient some of you have been waiting
24:40for God to do something in your life for
24:42a long time hasn't happened yet just be
24:45patient just be patient don't get ahead
24:48of God don't rush him number seven oh
24:51this this is one that you got to
24:53practice man you got to forgive others
24:56and release what Gra
25:00Judes do not allow the enemy of your
25:03soul is anybody getting anything out of
25:05this this morning do not allow the enemy
25:08of your soul to cause you to to to be so
25:12bitter against
25:15people family co-workers friends your
25:22ex your
25:24a meaning the person you're with right
25:27now
25:29that that significant person sometimes
25:33people will trigger the ugliness in you
25:37or let me put it another way people will
25:39trigger the
25:41twin that is in
25:44you you have to learn to
25:47forgive and hold no
25:50grudges
25:51sir it's very unfortunate that's in this
25:54room and people are
25:56streaming some so many of you are
26:00unhappy all because you
26:03are heavily weighted with
26:09grudges you're still angry about what
26:13they did to
26:14you it has affected your
26:18worship it has it has affected your
26:21connectivity with
26:23God cuz it hurts
26:28but are you going to close this
26:31year still
26:33having grudges and unforgiveness in your
26:38heart it's time to let that thing
26:41go free
26:43yourself don't allow the enemy of your
26:45soul to cause you to be burdened with
26:49all these issues that are unnecessary in
26:52your life number
26:54eight number number scripture is
26:57Ephesians 4
26:58432 number seven is Ephesians 4:32
27:01number8 focus on spiritual growth and
27:04maturity that's second Peter 3:18 2
27:08Peter
27:093:18 focus on spiritual growth and
27:13maturity but grow in the grace and
27:16knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus
27:18Christ grow number nine pray
27:22consistently for God's Direction and
27:24Clarity pray the next 30 days I'm
27:27telling you you're going to need God's
27:31Divine Direction in your life you're
27:34going to need God to do to direct you
27:37and for
27:39clarity so 1 Thessalonians 5:17 says
27:44pray without ceasing you got to keep
27:46praying even sometimes when you think
27:48that God did not answer keep praying
27:50keep seeking his face number 10 trust
27:53God's timing over your own anxiety
27:58amen stop being
27:59anxious you prayed about something that
28:02hasn't happened yet it's okay keep
28:04trusting God don't be anxious don't be
28:08anxious that stuff is not happening when
28:09it's supposed to you trust his
28:14timing if there's anybody can talk about
28:16God's timing it's
28:19me I've always trusted his timing even
28:22when it didn't look
28:24possible I had to wait 16 years to have
28:27my first son
28:29that's a long time nobody wants to wait
28:32that long for anything but you have to
28:35trust his timing when he speaks into
28:37your life you have to believe
28:40him right my whole life I didn't get
28:43things like some people you know they
28:45pray today and in 24 hours bam There It
28:48Is God will show up in their life that's
28:51not my
28:52story I had to wait for every one of my
28:57blessings but I have to trust this
28:59timing because can I say to many of you
29:01right
29:03now if God was to give you exactly what
29:07you wanted and what you're praying for
29:10right now you would lose
29:12it that's good not only lose it but you
29:15would abuse
29:18it God give me this give me that God I
29:22want I want all this money trust me some
29:24of you having more money is not your
29:27problem
29:28problem is learning to manage what you
29:31already
29:34[Applause]
29:36have some of you praying God give me a
29:39spouse give trust me you're not ready
29:41for a spouse yet cuz if you get that
29:43person you're going to destroy
29:47them cuz you're not
29:49ready mentally emotionally you are not
29:53ready and that's why God wants you to
29:55wait you see he wants you to go through
29:57some more trials he wants you to go
29:59through some more pressure because he
30:01doesn't want you to destroy another
30:03person's life he wants to mature you and
30:05to train you for you you you can deal
30:08with pressure so that when you get
30:10married to the person you are well
30:13trained you knew how to shut your mouth
30:16and trust God and not just shoot off all
30:19the time okay it's getting quiet up in
30:23here number 11 quickly guard your heart
30:26against negativity and doubt
30:30Proverbs
30:324:23 number
30:3512 guard your heart against negativity
30:38and doubt I I I I got um I just got a
30:41few more minutes man got to keep up with
30:43me take pictures something guard your
30:46heart against negativity and doubt
30:48Proverbs 4:23 number 12 serve others
30:51with love and
30:53humility Philippians 2: 3-4
30:58we have lost that today in our
31:00society the spirit of
31:03servanthood we've lost
31:05it we've lost it in our
31:08homes no one wants to
31:11serve we want to be
31:14served marriages are hurting because you
31:18want your partner to serve
31:20you but you don't want to
31:23serve we've lost that in our even in the
31:26church
31:28we want the church to
31:29serve instead of we serving in the
31:34Kingdom number four
31:3713 be a good Steward over your time
31:43resources and
31:45opportunities be a good Steward over
31:47your time resources and opportunities 1

31:514:10 and each has received a gift use it
31:57to serve serve one another everybody has
32:00received a gift you weren't left out so
32:04use it wisely use your resources and use
32:09every god-given opportunity that's been
32:12given to you number

32:23connected for those of you who sometimes
32:26think it's not necessary for church
32:28if you're going to survive this
32:30transition you're going to need the
32:33church you're going to need the people
32:35of faith and when I say the church I'm
32:37not talking this building I'm talking
32:41us stay connected to the
32:45church because I can't tell you how many
32:47times I've heard people say to me
32:51Pastor I came to church I was feeling
32:53down I had many questions but through
32:57the sermon through the worship or
32:59through whatever somebody
33:01stated Pastor I've been I've been
33:04encouraged I've been owered and I
33:07receive my answer number and that's
33:10Hebrews
33:1110: 25 24 started 25 Hebrews 10 24- 25
33:1815 take bold Steps of Faith as God leads
33:23you take bold Steps of Faith just like
33:26Joshua in Joshua 1 19 9
33:2916 Express gratitude for what you have
33:34and release stress over what you
33:38lack every day
33:41God thank you I'm alive
33:46today thank you I got a roof over my
33:49head thank you for my family thank you
33:53for my children thank you for my spouse
33:56thank you for the resources thank you
33:57for my business thank you for the
34:01friends that that you put in my life
34:03thank you for my church every day
34:06Express gratitude for what you already
34:09have and stop stressing yourself over
34:11what you don't have that's Philippians
34:144 6 and 7 17 set clear goals and commit
34:20them to God Proverbs
34:23169 Proverbs 16:9 I should say 18
34:28let go of fear and embrace faith in
34:33every
34:35decision God I trust
34:38you I'm not going to let fear dominate
34:42my
34:43life I believe what you've said over my
34:46life I believe in your promises
34:48therefore I'm going to embrace the best
34:51that is yet to come for
34:53me
34:5519 ask for wisdom in all
34:58circumstances James 1:5 says if any of
35:01you lack wisdom let him ask God ask ask
35:06God or ask godly people for counsel 20

35:36thank God for you're still living and
35:43breathing do you know how many people
35:45who started last week Sunday and their
35:47families are now making arrangements to
35:50have a homegoing service for them
35:53celebrate the small victories man that
35:55you were able to leave your house this
35:57morning morning you have clothes on your
35:59back you're you're able to have a
36:01wonderful Thanksgiving meal come on now
