0:00father we thank you that you're still
0:03Lord we thank you for the middle of the
0:05week thank you that we're here right now
0:08so that you can impart knowledge unto us
0:12before I begin teaching Holy Spirit I
0:15ask that you would touch every person
0:17that is in need of a special prayer
0:20right now they woke up this morning and
0:24the day did not start out well and
0:27throughout the day somebody received a
0:30bad phone call or maybe an email but so
0:36far the day is not going well the week
0:38started out bad Holy Spirit I pray that
0:42the Holy Spirit will just wrap his arms
0:45around them that you would comfort them
0:48that's one of your responsibilities
0:51you're a comforter you're a guide guide
0:54your people now bring them to a place of
0:58comfort help them to understand that
1:02you're there you are there you're there
1:05for them and father you've declared in
1:08your word that no weapon that is formed
1:10against them anything that the enemy
1:13will bring in their lives it will not
1:17work so bless them now I pray anoint
1:22your servant as always think with my
1:25mind and speak with my vocal cords so
1:28that you will get the glory in Jesus

1:48it's important that we do that and this
1:52is going to really this sermon is going
1:55to really help many of you who somehow
1:59don't know how to put things in
2:01perspective you are focusing on the
2:05wrong things you are not giving yourself
2:10a chance to win to win in
2:13I think you've allowed so much to come
2:17into your safe zone that you're hurting
2:21yourself so this message is for you
2:23whatever you're dealing with right now
2:26whatever you think it's too much for you
2:29to handle you have to learn to take
2:33things as you go in life and put them in
2:37perspective
2:38right you know so if you're dealing with
2:41the issue right now okay how does that
2:43fit into your journey think about that
2:46perhaps you've never heard it that way
2:49before how does that fit into your
2:51journey because there are times God will
2:54allow you to go through things in life
2:57for a reason
2:58it's a part of your journey but if you
3:01freak out and you scream and you get
3:03angry or you get frustrated then you're
3:06not gonna help yourself because you're
3:08gonna miss the teachable moments
3:10throughout the journey sometimes that's
3:14teaching you some things you're seeing
3:17back then a few years ago I didn't quite
3:18understand that there's some things that
3:21I've encountered that I actually
3:23question God why and there's nothing
3:27wrong with questioning God you know God
3:30is not as sensitive as we are you know
3:31you know it's not this sensitive God you
3:35know some of us you know we gotta walk
3:37in egg shell as they say to ask us any
3:40to ask you any questions or you know be
3:44real around you not God no you know
3:48sometimes we're frustrated and and and
3:50there's nothing wrong with us venting
3:53how we feel
3:55see I don't think God wants us to to
3:59hide our feelings you know there are so
4:03many Christians who believe that you
4:05know you ought to just always pro Trey
4:09this perfect person you've got it all
4:12together and you know you should never
4:16you know express anger frustration you
4:20know or you know if you've reached your
4:22max you know because if you do that
4:25you've walked out of the way
4:26not so and I have many references in the
4:29Bible where I could you know argue my
4:32point
4:33you know Jesus who was God in the flesh
4:37came to earth and one day he walked into
4:40the temple and he was so angry with what
4:44was going on in the temple that the
4:47scripture didn't say Jesus okay because
4:49so many people paint Jesus is this so
4:52humble meek and mild person you know he
4:55just speaks so soft he would never be
4:58angry well read the text the Bible says
5:01Jesus has walked into the temple and he
5:04threw over the tea turn the tables over
5:09now now you got a picture this he didn't
5:12walk into the temple and you know gently
5:15took the table and just in slow motion
5:18turn the table I could just imagine he
5:21walked in there he just I mean turn all
5:25the tables upside down that's the human
5:28part of us he's God in the flesh to show
5:32us how to deal with things I've got a
5:35better one when Jesus was on the cross
5:38he knew his assignment he knew his
5:41assignment
5:42some of you failed to understand your
5:44assignment when you understand your
5:46assignment there are times the issues of
5:49life will force you to feel isolated and
5:54put you back against the wall and you
5:56feel like you just you're in a tight
5:58spot you can't move you can't do
6:00anything and you will express your true
6:03feelings and that's okay there's nothing
6:05wrong with that because Jesus when he
6:07was on the cross and the weight of the
6:09sins of the world was upon him he
6:13actually turned to his father and he
6:16actually said why have you forsaken me
6:18now wait a minute but he knew what he
6:21was going to come up against yet the
6:25human part of him was was feeling every
6:28pain but then he said nevertheless even
6:33though I understand that I feel forsaken
6:36or forgotten in spite of that
6:40let you will be done in my life so you
6:43and I need to understand this you you
6:45have to get to that place where you
6:47allow the will of God to be done in your
6:50life could it be that you're resisting
6:54something that God is saying hey put
6:57things in perspective that is there for
7:01a reason
7:01that teach you something that's there to
7:04prepare you for where you're going are
7:07you hearing me don't escape this present
7:10situation that you're in you have to
7:12pass the test you have to I hope you're
7:16hearing me whatever you're going through
7:19right now God could be using it to
7:22strengthen you for the future if you
7:26have ever received an email or a text
7:29message from Pastor Jacob Smith who is
7:32one of our pastors here at the church
7:35you will notice he will always end his
7:39communication with the following phrase
7:43he says pray about everything and worry
7:48about nothing almost every email or text
7:52you get from him pray about everything
7:55and worry about nothing his statement if
8:00you practice it will help you to avoid
8:04stress and anxiety when you're faced
8:06with challenges I mean what profound
8:10statement that is the pastor summit is
8:13telling us hey pray about everything
8:17because there's some things you have no
8:19control over but don't worry about
8:21anything and I know you're saying Henry
8:24that's hard to do pray about everything
8:27don't worry about anything I have to
8:29worry I have to worry about my children
8:32I have to worry about my spouse I have
8:34to worry about my family I have to worry
8:36about my parents I have to worry about
8:39my job I have to worry about my failing
8:41business I have to worry about this
8:42legal case that is before me I have to
8:45what you know and then we the list goes
8:47on and on but he's saying pray about
8:50everything now it doesn't mean
8:52that the problem is not there it's just
8:55that you're putting things in
8:56perspective when you start praying about
8:59everything oh you're you're now on the
9:02right path you're saying God wait a
9:04minute okay god I know you know the end
9:06from the beginning so I know it's new to
9:10me I don't like it it's uncomfortable
9:12whatever that thing is
9:13you know it's uncomfortable so Lord you
9:16you told me to bring my needs to you
9:18cast all my cares upon you so I'm just
9:22using prayer as the tool to notify you
9:25not that you don't already know I'm just
9:29telling you because it's shocking to me
9:32and I don't like it so I am praying
9:35about it and you know what I'm not gonna
9:37worry about it call my help in today I'm
9:42not gonna worry about it so pray about
9:45everything and worry about nothing how
9:48do you get to function in those two
9:52worlds how do you know that you've got
9:55things over here and you're worrying
9:59about it how do you stand between your
10:03problems come on now and your promise
10:06and be able to pray and not worry I mean
10:13when you've got bills and it's backed up
10:16and their issues and their problems and
10:18when you've got a legal case and
10:20everything is against you when you've
10:23got perhaps seeing a problem on the job
10:25maybe it's a family crisis or maybe
10:27you're battling a sickness I mean how do
10:31you handle when when the the problem is
10:34before you and it's threatening you how
10:38do you pray but walk away not worrying
10:40about it
10:41it's possible because Pastor Smith's
10:45message simple says put things in their
10:48proper perspective you can't handle it
10:51so let God handle it think about that
10:54you can't handle it let God handle it
10:57he's the one who knows how to work
11:00miracles so let him handle it and I mean
11:03this is elementary stuff but sometimes I
11:05think we
11:05complicate our lives because we just
11:09don't know how to put things in their
11:13proper place I mean you're sitting there
11:17worried about the thing you can't change
11:19it so think about that this is what
11:22Jesus told his disciples in Matthew 6
11:24beginning at verse 25 because they were
11:28worried about life and somebody's
11:30watching right now you're worried about
11:31life you're worried about your future
11:32and can I just be honest to you man if
11:35listen if you ever sit there in your
11:38house your apartment
11:40if you ever on the job maybe you're
11:43watching maybe you're driving somewhere
11:44somebody's driving it whatever wherever
11:46you're watching if you ever sit there
11:49just everyday worry and worry and worry
11:51about your problems I'm telling you just
11:53inviting all kinds of works of darkness
11:56in your life stress anxiety panic attack
12:02okay feeling sorry for yourself and get
12:06your emotions all worked up I mean your
12:09emotions all worked up see you're
12:12defeating yourself you watch this you
12:14can't be praying and worrying at the
12:16same time it doesn't work when you worry
12:19you've canceled out your prayers think
12:21about that that's all you're doing
12:23you're cancelling out your prayers when
12:26you worry you know it's like taking a
12:30bucket and and you know the bucket is
12:35complete that's it doesn't have any
12:37holes in it or anything like that
12:39and you go to catch water and you know
12:42you got it but then you know that the
12:46water is what you're gonna need to maybe
12:48take a bath or whatever you're going to
12:49do with it it's not wise to say you know
12:54what let me punch your hole in this
12:56bucket because as you're pouring in the
12:59water end up in the bucket or the
13:00container the more water that goes in is
13:04the more water that's coming out and
13:06sometimes your life can be like that the
13:09more words you're putting in the more
13:11prayers you're putting in there's a hole
13:13in your life your spiritual life you're
13:16leaking
13:18and no wonder you can't contain the
13:21fullness of God because you worry you've
13:26allowed the spirit of worry to punch
13:28your hole in your life to cause you not
13:33to trust God Matthew 6:25 therefore I
13:37tell you do not worry about your life do
13:41not worry about your life what you will
13:43eat or drink let's stop there for a
13:46moment don't worry about your life don't
13:48worry about life don't worry about life
13:50okay Henry you don't understand what I'm
13:53going through do not worry about life
13:55you ought to get up every day and thank
13:58God that you're above ground don't worry
14:02about life don't sit there worrying
14:05about tomorrow tomorrow's got infected
14:07stated in the in in that chapter
14:10tomorrow's got enough problems of its
14:12own all right you can we can we just get
14:16through today think about that can we
14:19just get through this day your mind is
14:24already thinking about next week how
14:26things are gonna be bad your mind is
14:28already on tomorrow
14:29your mind is already on the weekend and
14:31and can we just get through today and
14:34and be grateful for what you have this
14:37very moment don't worry about life well
14:41we'll you know I don't know what's gonna
14:43happen to me you know I'm not married
14:45yet don't have kids yet don't have the
14:50money yet you know don't worry Jesus
14:54said don't worry about life or what you
14:57will eat or drink not just life on its
15:00own but the nests the necessities if you
15:04will of life the necessary things of
15:07life don't worry about it because you
15:09need food to sustain yourself in other
15:11words he's saying don't worry about life
15:12and what it takes to sustain you man
15:17life could be so much better for some of
15:20us if we don't worry about it I mean
15:23some of you are just it's just and and
15:25I'm not trying to be unreasonable or
15:29insensitive to your emotions you know
15:32but but you're not going to get me to
15:36play with your emotions or for a better
15:39term I'm you're not gonna get me to
15:42agree then with how you're feeling
15:45because it doesn't it's not healthy for
15:50you to go to bed at night can't sleep
15:54wake up worried throughout the day
15:58you're worried and since Jen where I
16:01don't even want to go back years from
16:03now of years prior to now but it doesn't
16:07make sense since January you're sitting
16:10there worried about life and how you're
16:14going to sustain yourself how you how
16:17you gonna pay bills are you gonna you
16:19know it I am too deep in faith see
16:24here's the thing with me why I can't I
16:26can't worry why I can't worry because
16:30the steps that I have taken are big
16:33steps big steps so if I start worrying
16:39now I'm gonna be on meds and you don't
16:43want Henry on meds trust me I'm not all
16:46together straight so to have me on meds
16:50I've lord help the church I'm telling
16:55you I have lived my life where it's a
16:59faith journey so God you gotta guide me
17:04where you leave me I'll follow you tell
17:06me to do something I'm gonna do it I was
17:09doing an interview today on a Spanish
17:12radio station and the gentleman asked me
17:15because we're launching our new Spanish
17:17service and that's August the second and
17:21the gentleman asked me why would you
17:25want to start a Spanish service in this
17:28pandemic in this time why would you want
17:32it maybe this is not the right time to
17:34do it because the times are uncertain
17:37and immediately when he said that I had
17:41to respond quickly I didn't even let him
17:43finish his his question
17:46I said you know God told me to do it I
17:51didn't want to do this years ago he told
17:54me about it and my question to God now
17:59is and this is this is the thing I don't
18:02understand about God his ways are not
18:04our ways his thoughts are not our
18:06thoughts I would think that when things
18:10were going well for the church and there
18:12was no shutdown that would have been the
18:14perfect time it would been a perfect
18:18time to start the church because that's
18:20how we think that that when the
18:22conditions are right that's when we make
18:27a move but I don't know why God would
18:30wait till the midnight hour when
18:33everything is dark why would God wait
18:37when when you've lost everything the
18:40woman with the issue of blood for it for
18:42many years she was seeking for help
18:45why would God wait till she run out of
18:47insurance and money to heal her why why
18:52would God wait until Lazarus is dead
18:56buried to go see him why would God delay
19:03showing up when we need him the most so
19:07I told the guy on the radio says you
19:09know what one thing I know with God
19:11faith thrives in dysfunction and lord
19:18knows this whole world is living in this
19:23function this function is everywhere
19:25this function is in the White House the
19:29State House the city house your house
19:33miles church house dog Alf
19:37every house dysfunction is everywhere
19:41and why would God want us to make faith
19:49steps in dysfunction now's the time
19:54don't worry
19:56am I worried about no he told me to do
19:58it do I speak Spanish
20:00gracias that's all I know that's it
20:05fate steps what are you saying Henry God
20:09sometimes will tell you to do some
20:11things and it doesn't make sense you
20:13just got to do it don't worry about it
20:16you just got to do it and don't worry
20:19about it
20:20think about that don't what see I think
20:23our attitude is of people we have
20:25selective behavior that's weak we choose
20:28to do what we want to do right we choose
20:32to do what we want to do because here's
20:34what we do
20:34we get up every day and we go out and we
20:41have hope watch this we have hope that
20:43everything is gonna function right there
20:45you're going to go into your garage or
20:47your driveway you're gonna get into your
20:49car your car's going to work I mean if
20:51the cars function and you know the car
20:53is going to work and that you got watch
20:56this you're going to go maybe stop at
20:58Publix or some grocery store and you
21:01trust watch this you trust see we need
21:05to get we need to get here right we
21:09trust everything we see on that shelf
21:12do you not many times I go down the
21:14shelf and the grocery store and I pick
21:16up items and I have to look and they'll
21:18say it is organic not seriously this
21:24it's organic and you just look at the
21:27label or go it's organic and spent a lot
21:29of money for it but wait until you read
21:31it the label and you like high in the
21:35world
21:36this gonna be organic or if they say
21:40it's vegan
21:41half the other day I had to laugh I saw
21:45a sign vegan eggs
21:49somebody explain that to me and that
21:52somebody ought to explain that to me
21:55vegan eggs vegan eggs I mean you know
22:03but we truck I mean and people people
22:06are buying it that's billions of dollars
22:11people are spending
22:13to say they want to live healthy because
22:16we go by labels if the label is right we
22:22trust it so we struggle to trust an
22:25invisible label a label that says trust
22:29in the Lord with all of your heart even
22:31when you can't see the label even though
22:35you can't see the content and what's in
22:37it and what's the makeup of it and what
22:40God is doing
22:41we can't trust it and he's saying don't
22:45worry about what you're gonna eat or
22:46drink and then he says or or he doesn't
22:50want you to worry about your body what
22:53you will wear that's for a lot of ladies
22:56oh don't don't shut me down that ladies
22:58okay don't worry about what you're gonna
23:00wear you know some men struggle with you
23:03know okay I don't have enough clothes
23:04don't worry don't worry about what
23:06you're gonna wear next Friday don't
23:08worry about what you're gonna wear to
23:11that event and so forth first of all
23:12you're not supposed to be going nowhere
23:14anyway but but but don't worry about it
23:17and then it says it's not life more than
23:20food now wait a minute this is the words
23:22of Jesus why you're worried about food
23:26and what you're gonna put on your body
23:28he's asking you the question is not life
23:31more than food in other words put things
23:34in perspective what you should be
23:35worried about is your life that God's
23:38gonna sustain you so what if you don't
23:40have the proper clothes and you don't
23:42buy the the perfect outfit that you
23:45wanted so what if for whatever reason
23:48you didn't get the particular meal you
23:51want or whatever your life should be
23:55more important and the body more than
23:57clothes put things in perspective then
24:01he says look at the birds of the air
24:03they do not sow or reap or store up
24:06barns in other words it's true birds
24:09burst it's not they're not like us think
24:13about it the birds are not like us we
24:15worry we panic do you mean I mean just
24:18when the shutdown was just introduced to
24:21us and you know the social distance in
24:24and so forth
24:26in the grocery stores made a lot of
24:29money trust me they made a lot of money
24:33I've been in South Florida now 35 years
24:36and I I've been through a lot of
24:39hurricanes and I've seen people go to
24:42the stores and buy but item to me I
24:45believe people bought more stuff during
24:48this shutdown more than hurricanes I
24:51mean I mean people were buying all kinds
24:55of stuff I mean that's another thing the
24:57toilet tissue they bought tissue more
24:59than they bought water they empty the
25:03stores because they were worried birds
25:06don't do that birds birds don't have
25:10grocery stores to go to think about that
25:14they don't they don't have businesses
25:18like us to feed on to sustain themselves
25:22you never you never find a bird you know
25:26get up each morning flying around the
25:30city whatever city you are at I'm in the
25:32city of Fort Lauderdale sunrise here you
25:34don't see birds flying around
25:36you never hear a bird in the morning I
25:38don't know what we're gonna do today I
25:40hope we can find something to pick on I
25:43wonder what this week gonna be like you
25:46know is there any food around here
25:49they'll always find food always they
25:54live with confidence this is what Jesus
25:57was saying right and then he says here
26:00let your heavenly Father yet your
26:03heavenly Father feeds them he's saying
26:07it's God who takes care of the birds are
26:10you not more valuable than they are so
26:14what Jesus was saying is if he can take
26:17care of the birds because it's God who
26:19provides for those birds don't you think
26:22you are more important than burbs and if
26:25God can take care of them why shouldn't
26:29even I take care of you look at
26:31Philippians 4:6 oh I pray you're getting
26:34something out of this man Philippians 4
26:37beginning at verse 6
26:39Paul speaking here don't worry about
26:42anything that's pastor Smith don't worry
26:45about anything don't worry about
26:46anything any he didn't say don't worry
26:49about a few things but there's some
26:52things you've got to worry about no and
26:55I know what you're saying that that's
26:57impossible there's some things you don't
27:00why are you worried
27:02don't worry about anything instead pray
27:05about everything pray about everything
27:09put it to the Lord and if you ever
27:14practice this oh you'll increase your
27:16prayer life because there's so many
27:19things you got to pray for so don't
27:22worry about it so whatever you're
27:24worried about right now I dare you to
27:26pray
27:26I dare you just to bring it to the Lord
27:29and then just leave it to him and just
27:31don't worry about it
27:32and then he says tell god what you need
27:35tell god what you need some of you are
27:38not doing things right man you're not
27:40putting things in perspective you're
27:42telling people who can help you and
27:45you're keeping God out of your business
27:47who can help you because there are
27:51things that you have told people they
27:53have yet to help you and you have yet to
27:55go to God and pray about it so Paul is
27:58saying here
27:59he says tell god what you need and thank
28:01him for it for he has and thank him for
28:06all he has done or already done so go to
28:11God and say God okay here's what I need
28:14and I think it's already done it's
28:18already done so you put things in its
28:22proper perspective and you say okay I'm
28:24not telling you not to share certain
28:26things with some friends family your
28:28spouse or whatever that's different but
28:30there's a lot of stuff we are sending or
28:35messages and information we're given to
28:37people and people can't help you know
28:40there there's some people you're going
28:43to for advice and and you know in in and
28:47please understand I'm not in not all
28:50cases this is true but in the context of
28:53which I'm giving it you know there are
28:55some people you got to be careful you
28:58know when you go to a person for advice
29:00in particular areas make sure that those
29:05people have a proven track record think
29:09about it
29:10because it's like this if you have never
29:13cooked in your life and you don't know
29:14how to cook why are you going to go to a
29:18person who don't know how to cook to
29:19teach you how to cook it's the blind
29:23leading the blind
29:25think about that you want to go to
29:28people who are professionals at it they
29:32know what they're doing if you're going
29:34to people for advice you know you want
29:37to go to a person make sure they can
29:38help you here's a big one if you if
29:41you're broke and you need say you need a
29:43thousand dollars does it make sense
29:46going to somebody who you know is broke
29:49just like you to tell them you know I
29:53need a thousand dollars I got to pay
29:55this bill I got to pay that day because
29:57at the end of the day all you're doing
29:59is telling them your business and they
30:00can help you because they broke think
30:04about that for a moment right why would
30:07you listen if you want a loan to buy a
30:09house this is a good one if you want a
30:13loan to buy a house why would you go to
30:17a bank that just filed for bankruptcy

30:24I know you're smarter than that if
30:27you've heard that the feds shut the bank
30:29down because they don't have money and
30:30with it why would you want to go to
30:32apply for a loan from that kind of a
30:34person the point is why are you going to
30:36people who can't help you telling them
30:38your business seeking help for them when
30:42they can't help you and the person who
30:46can help you you have yet to go to him
30:49if you go to God god I need a thousand
30:51dollars I don't know where I'm gonna get
30:53it from but I trust you don't you know
30:54that God will find the right person or
30:57the right resource or the way to get it
30:59to you because you've consulted him
31:02first because sometimes listen sometimes
31:06you need to
31:07stand this if you go to the right source
31:09it doesn't matter who the source used to
31:13get it to you as long as it's coming
31:16from the source think about that for a
31:19moment so Paul is saying here in verse
31:22seven then you will experience God's
31:24peace I love this
31:26you see verse seven is connected to
31:29verse six he said then you will
31:30experience God's peace with acceding
31:33which exceeds anything we can understand
31:37the peace that surpasses all
31:38understanding why because you don't
31:40worry about anything you're praying
31:43about everything and you are making your
31:48petitions known to God that brings peace
31:53that brings peace it brings into a whole
31:57new level of thinking they'll take
32:01stress out of your life think about that
32:04LLL take stress out of your life when
32:07you learn to trust the Lord his peace
32:10will guard your hearts and minds as you
32:14live in Christ Jesus
32:16so please permit me to give you if you
32:20will for time's sake here let me give
32:23you some things that will happen if you
32:28put things in their proper perspective
32:31by praying about everything here's what
32:35will happen when you begin to pray about
32:38everything number one you give God
32:41permission to handle the problem that's
32:45it you will give God permission to
32:48handle the problem when you pray about
32:51everything you're saying okay I'm not in
32:53charge anymore I've turned it over to
32:56God let him handle it you know it's like
33:00a lawyer when you hire a lawyer allow
33:04the lawyer to do their job the attorney
33:07that the attorneys responsibility is to
33:10do the job to go to court and fight for
33:13you but if you hire a lawyer now of
33:16course you're gonna double check and
33:17make sure you know but once you
33:19I heard that lawyer hey your job is to
33:22leave the lawyer loan you can't go and
33:24try to sabotage yourself trying to be
33:27your own attorney same thing with God
33:31cast your cares upon him give him
33:34permission to handle your problem handle
33:36your business handle your lack handle
33:39your stress handle the people are
33:42fighting against you I'm telling you if
33:45you if you're struggling with somebody
33:48trying to do you harm assassinating your
33:53character whatever it is the worst thing
33:55you can do listen to me carefully the
33:58worst thing you can do is to get into a
34:01verbal argument or an email fight or
34:05text fight with these people don't do
34:08that don't lower yourself to that don't
34:13lower yourself and something you don't
34:14even need to defend yourself
34:16no let God defend you turn it over to
34:20God and if you keep your mouth shut
34:22you'll fix it it's only a matter of time
34:25God will fix it you humble yourself and
34:28you let God fix it whatever it may be
34:31whomever it's coming from whatever angle
34:33wood whatever it is whether it's family
34:36issue workplace issue business issue
34:39Church issue you leave it to God number
34:42two you lower the risk of being stressed
34:46not only do you give God the permission
34:49but when God gets the permission to run
34:52the affairs of your life here's what
34:54will happen you lower the risk of being
34:56stressed that's it because it's no
35:01longer your problem
35:03and some of the you had just sensed by
35:05the power of the Holy Spirit man you're
35:07stressed out and God is saying that's
35:10not his will for your life number three
35:12you lighten the load of your
35:14responsibility of dealing with life's
35:16issues see when you're not stressed and
35:20you just lighten the load you just walk
35:23around every day people may think you
35:26don't have problems you have problems
35:28but they're not yours you don't carry
35:31them
35:33you don't have them on your shoulders
35:35you trust God so your load every day is
35:41lighter you're saying okay God I'm not
35:43gonna worry about that rent I'm not
35:45gonna worry about the mortgage I'm not
35:47gonna worried about the utility bills
35:48I'm not gonna worry about my child going
35:50to college and I have to find this and
35:53my salary is already limited and I don't
35:56have to wear I don't worry about this
35:57economy now I don't worry about copa90
36:00know how it has slowed everything down
36:02Lord I'm not listen God okay I may you
36:07know lose some things right now it may
36:09make me uncomfortable I may have to step
36:11back for a moment I may can't do certain
36:13things but but like the Apostle Paul I
36:16know how come on now I know how to
36:19handle myself in tough times but Lord
36:23I'm not gonna be stressed because I
36:24don't have a problem I don't have a
36:27problem and I'm speaking from personal
36:28experience you know I look I see again
36:33to whom much is given much is required
36:36if if I stress over my situation I told
36:40you I'm gonna have to be on meds but
36:44seriously every day I get up I worry
36:48about nothing and and you know I'm not
36:52telling you to do this but my the the
36:55things that I live by and the mindset
36:58put it that way that I have when I get
37:00up every day there's two things I expect
37:02are you ready for this there's two
37:04things I expect every day and it keeps
37:07me sane it keeps me sane man every day I
37:11get up when I have my devotion I pray
37:13thank God I always say God I'm expecting
37:17a miracle today I'm expecting you to do
37:20something today you ready for the next
37:22one then I'll say somebody go act a fool
37:25today somebody gonna test me somebody go
37:29act a fool
37:30the devil is gonna try something today
37:33see living that kind of life
37:36don't stress you man so when it happens
37:39I'm not shocked see some of you you're
37:42just praying for miracles and blessings
37:43and bluffing and you're thinking that's
37:45all your support
37:46to have that's not what the Bible told
37:49you so I get up every day God I'm
37:53expecting a miracle but the devil is
37:57gonna laughter fool today somebody gonna
38:01act a fool somebody gonna test me today
38:04somebody's gonna try to pull out Henry
38:06out of the god man come on now let's be
38:12real somebody won't pull you out of the
38:15god woman the god man so I'm not gonna
38:17test you and that's why you have to
38:19realize that you have to say Lord I
38:22trust you you know I know you're gonna
38:25work miracles but I expect the devil to
38:27do this part finally number four when
38:31you put things in perspective
38:33you see challenges as opportunities to
38:37be better at living life oh that's the
38:42best one you will see the challenges of
38:46your life as opportunities to be better
38:50at living life to be better this is the
38:54year of uncommon opportunities and I
39:00firmly believe that the challenges of
39:01life they're not there to destroy you
39:06they're there to perfect you through the
39:08process to teach you the valuable
39:10lessons in life so you can get to where
39:13God has designed you to be tonight God I
39:20have done my best to encourage that man
39:27to give that woman hope to help her to
39:33have a restful night
39:38I've done my best to give that person
39:43hope so that they can lighten the load
39:45on themselves there's nothing else I can
39:53do now Lord for them it's up to them now
40:00you've given them the seed of the word
40:02tonight it's up to them to receive it
40:05and to begin to put things in its proper
40:10place that you have not given them the
40:15spirit of fear it's not your will for
40:19them to be living stressed out and
40:27overloaded with the issues of life to
40:30the point they can't even enjoy their
40:32salvation
40:37quite honestly Lord it's an insult to
40:39who you are because it's not that you
40:43haven't given us an option it's not that
40:47you haven't told us what to do it's just
40:49for some reason we just refuse to do it
40:52your way
40:58give that woman the courage today to say
41:03I will choose the faith life over the
41:07fear life Thank You Holy Spirit for
41:13ministering thank you
41:18that prayer changes things but if they
41:23would look to you the often the finish
41:25of their faith and don't worry about
41:27things but pray about everything their
41:34journey will take on a whole new meaning
41:39thank you for this word tonight now
41:43listen to me carefully the first person
41:47are the first group of people that I
41:50would like to talk to about this little
41:54segment of the closing of tonight's
41:58service are the people who have have yet
42:01to turn your life over to Christ some of
42:05you are this close in doing it but every
42:07time you get this close you walk out of
42:10the will of God and you get distracted
42:14please please there's a better way to
42:18live your life if you don't know him as
42:20your Savior I invite you to turn your
42:25life over to him today well you say Lord
42:29Jesus I'm a sinner I repent of my sins I
42:37invite Jesus to be Lord of my life I
42:41embrace the free gift of cell salvation
42:45and I'm born again in Jesus name Amen
42:53welcome to the family of God I now want
42:57to pray for those of you who perhaps
43:03you're struggling in the air of your
43:05finances and
43:13it's about time you overcome that
43:17struggle if that's you let me pray with
43:23you do I believe God wants you to be in
43:28that condition
43:29no do I believe he will allow you to
43:32endure financial hardship at times
43:35absolutely but for his cause I want to
43:43pray this special prayer for you and if
43:48you embrace it it could be the lifesaver
43:53it could be that very thing that will
43:59help you finish 2020 strong if I am
44:06speaking to you tonight and you're
44:09saying Henry my finances is just
44:12stressing me out do me a favor I want
44:16you to lift your hands it's silly it's
44:20crazy I know but just do it I want you
44:24to stretch your hands towards the screen
44:25and let me pray with you father I
44:30connect my faith with that person
44:36this is not taking you by surprise you
44:40know exactly the reason for the struggle
44:44you know exactly how long it's been
44:47going on and you do know the answer
44:52reveal yourself to that personnel I pray
44:58that that person will not accept the
45:02condition of their lives as normal it's
45:07a plot of the enemy it's not normal it's
45:12not your will for them it may be a
45:16process but it cannot be an everyday
45:20thing it goes against your promises so
45:25today I pray that their faith won't fail
45:28them but they'll trust you even now but
45:33they'll take the right steps they'll
45:35pray every day about their finances
45:37they'll follow the biblical teachings
45:40about how to get themselves out of debt
45:43they'll discipline themselves in
45:46spending and father thank you if they do
45:50those things you're going to give them a
45:53plan of action and I believe by next
45:57year this time they're going to have a
46:01testimony of how you got them out of
46:04debt you've done it for others and
46:06you'll do it for them tonight thank you
46:10for healing them in that area thank you
46:13they're now going to put things in their
46:16proper place debt doesn't belong to them
46:21but you said you will open the
46:23floodgates of heaven and pour out
46:27surplus in their lives in Jesus name
