0:00Job 38:12.
0:03This is in the context of all of Job's
0:05troubles and all of his problems.
0:07Has thou commanded the morning
0:10since thy days?
0:13Have you caused the day spring to know
0:15its place?
0:17I would like to use that verse and I'll
0:19give you the background of it and talk
0:21about it a little more and just talk to
0:23you tonight about commanding the
0:25morning.
0:26Lord Jesus, help me now deliver what's
0:28in my heart. Help the people to receive
0:30it. That it be inspirational,
0:32insightful, revelational. Help us, Lord,
0:35that it would give us strength. And
0:37let's give the Lord one more great big
0:38hand praise, shall we? There's just such
0:40a strength of God that is here tonight.

0:44>> Your fasting was not in vain. Your
0:46prayer is not in vain. I feel the
0:48strength. I feel the power. I feel the
0:51breakthrough of it.
0:53In the name of Jesus.

0:57>> You may be seated in the presence of the
0:58Lord. The background of this is this is
1:00Job in the min- in many trials. It's
1:04toward the end of the book, you know,
1:06chapter 38. So, all that he's been
1:08through and in the context leading up to
1:10the verse, Job is um questioning God a
1:15little bit. Now, he's not questioning
1:17God out of rebellion. He's not
1:19questioning God out of, you know,
1:21doubting him. He is just questioning the
1:24whole situation and what's going on. And
1:27in the midst of that questioning, God
1:29basically questions him and says, "Have
1:32you commanded the morning?
1:35You're concerned about how I'm running
1:36my
1:38will in your life? Have you considered
1:41that I'm running the whole universe?
1:44You think I can't handle your situation?
1:45Have you commanded the morning? Have you
1:47set the day spring in its place?
1:50He's basically not asking a question.
1:52He's it's rhetorical in a sense. He's
1:55not asking for an answer. He's kind of
1:56telling him.
1:58I command the morning. I put the day
2:00spring in its place. I've got the whole
2:01universe in my hands.
2:05I've said it from the beginning of time.
2:08And if you're concerned about can God
2:10run your life? Can God handle the issues
2:13you have? Can God handle the problems
2:15you're facing? Just step back every once
2:17in a while and realize
2:20the sun came up this morning. The moon
2:22will be in the sky tonight. The wind
2:24that blows. Everything you see, God's
2:27got it all in the palm of his hands.
2:29He's got the entire universe. You know,
2:31the Bible talks about everything he
2:33created and then it says then he made
2:34the stars also.
2:37I mean just a little afterthought. Look
2:39up in the sky the next time you get a
2:40little discouraged at night and look at
2:42all those stars and say God just that
2:44was just a little afterthought. And God
2:46just did that, you know, as he was doing
2:48everything else.
2:50Have you commanded the morning?
2:53God set the entire world in order and
2:56motion in the beginning.
2:58And it still is functioning today.
3:03God's saying, I established order. I put
3:06the sun, the seasons, the rhythms of
3:09night and day from the very beginning.
3:13It was creation morning.
3:16On creation morning
3:18the evening and the morning were the
3:19first day. The evening and the morning
3:21were the second day.
3:23On creation morning God said, let there
3:25be light. There was.
3:27There still is.
3:30God said, I'm going to make a sun to
3:32rule the day. There was.
3:35There still is.
3:36He said, I'm going to make a lesser
3:38light to rule the night. There was.
3:39There still is.
3:41Everything he put in place is still in
3:44place.
3:46Here we are late in the day.
3:50The Bible said at evening time there
3:51shall be light.
3:54Why? Because he spoke it in the morning.
3:57He put it in place on creation morning
4:00and he said as long as the earth
4:02remaineth day and night,
4:05summer and winter
4:07shall not cease.
4:09I've spoke it. God said, "Let there be."
4:13There still is. 6,000 plus years later,
4:18there's still light out there in the
4:19sky.
4:21God said it in the morning.
4:23It's almost evening time,
4:26but there's still light.
4:28That tells me that creation is still
4:30obeying the voice of God that put a
4:33divine order in place in the early
4:36beginnings before there was ever a man,
4:38before there was ever a woman, before
4:40there was ever humanity. God put things
4:42in place and set the whole universe in
4:44motion and it's still obeying his
4:47commands. That tells me the morning's
4:49not random.
4:53He spoke light in the darkness.
4:56He declared his word in the morning.
5:00God said,
5:02"Let there be."
5:04So, his word became his creative power.
5:07He declared his word, his word by the
5:10scripture is a lamp and a light. His
5:12word is always creative in power and his
5:16word always is a light shining in
5:20darkness.
5:24So, I'm using all of this to say,
5:26whereas God asked Job, "Have you
5:28commanded the morning?"
5:30Job couldn't answer that question cuz
5:32no, he had not commanded the morning.
5:35Commanding the morning was beyond Job.
5:37Having any power of creation was way
5:39beyond Job. It was outside of his power.
5:42It was God's power. But see, we're way
5:45over here in the New Testament.
5:48And Jesus said the works that I do
5:52you're going to do.
5:53Because why? We now have the spirit of
5:55God inside of us.
5:58The God that created the universe is
6:00inside of us.
6:02The God that said, "Let there be light."
6:04dwells in us.
6:06The God that put the sun and the moon
6:08and the stars, he's in us.
6:10The God that created us is in us.
6:13So, the creator dwells within us.
6:17So, we have an advantage that Job did
6:18not have.
6:23We can do what Job could not do.
6:26We can answer what Job could not answer.
6:28No, he had not commanded the morning.
6:30No, he had not put the day spring in his
6:32place. No, that was so far beyond Job,
6:34but I'm going to present to you tonight
6:36that it is not beyond us.
6:39>> [snorts]
6:40>> Because we have creative power in us.
6:43And I I guess it goes without saying
6:45after everything we've been discussing
6:47the last few days. Amen. It's not really
6:49us, it's God through us.
6:52It's not that we in our humanity is just
6:55that I'm just not me. I have greater is
6:57he that is
6:59in me than he that is in the world. I
7:01have a power that is greater than this
7:03world.
7:05I have a power that is greater than all
7:06the demonic world. Have a power that is
7:09greater than all the human human world.
7:11It is God in us, Jesus in us, the hope
7:14of glory.
7:15And so, because he's in us, we just have
7:17to let him speak. We have to use his
7:19word. We have to flow in his spirit. We
7:21have to be led by the Holy Ghost. And
7:23so, when God asked Job, "Have you
7:25commanded the morning?" he could not say
7:27he had, but we can say, "Yes,
7:31we can command the morning.
7:34We can speak with creative power. We can
7:37speak with creative power because God is
7:40in us. So through his spirit, through
7:43his baptism of the Holy Ghost and fire
7:47that is inside of all of us, we have the
7:49power to be directed by his word. And I
7:52am challenging you tonight that as you
7:54embark throughout May of Miracles and
7:56then at the end of May of Miracles, June
7:58the 1st, we're beginning 40-day journey
8:01of fasting and prayer. I want us that's
8:03going to be a commanding the morning
8:05season. I am telling you you have the
8:07power.
8:10>> [applause]
8:11>> You have the word of God.
8:14You have authority through his name
8:17to get up and command the morning.
8:20To begin to speak to the mornings of our
8:22life.
8:23Speak in the morning before the light
8:25ever comes up,
8:27before the day ever begins, before
8:30things ever start. I am not going to
8:32wait to see what happens. I'm going to
8:34be a part of what happens.
8:36>> [applause]
8:41>> The Book of Lamentations, you know,
8:43these are not books we go to very often.
8:45Book of Job, who wants that?
8:48Sorrow and grief and loss and
8:51tribulation and patience. No, we don't
8:54like to be a part of all of that. Then
8:56you get to the Book of Lamentations, the
8:58Book of Lamentations, the Book of Tears,
9:01the Book of Sorrows, the Book of Crying.
9:04But Lamentations 3:22 says it is of the
9:06Lord's mercies
9:09that we are not consumed.
9:12Does anybody know it's his mercy that's
9:13keeping you going?
9:15>> [applause]
9:16>> I promise you it's just the mercy of God
9:18that's keeping me going.
9:20But his mercies, watch, it is the Lord's
9:22mercies that we are not consumed. It
9:25goes on to say they are new
9:29every
9:31morning.
9:33Every day is a reset. Every day is a
9:36reboot. Every day is a new opportunity.
9:39I'm not going to wait to see what
9:40happens. I'm going to purposely,
9:42intentionally wake up and pray, seek
9:45God, touch the throne of God, let God do
9:48a work in my life. I'm going to pray
9:50early,
9:52hear clearly,
9:55decree boldly,
9:57and expect immediately.
10:00Amen. I've I've had a practice in my
10:01life for many years now. When I wake up
10:04in the morning, because of the way I've
10:06traveled so much, I learned a little
10:08secret many years ago. I usually sleep
10:10with a um
10:11eye mask. I usually invest and get
10:14something that's pretty nice, nice
10:15little Tempur-Pedic or something, a nice
10:16little cushion mask. And I've wearing it
10:19on airplanes to go to sleep. And you
10:21know, you get in
10:22other time zones. I've had to try to
10:24sleep in the daytime and stuff. So, I
10:26just learned Now, it's just part of my
10:27life. It doesn't matter if I'm home or
10:28where I'm traveling. It doesn't matter
10:29if the room is pitch black. I still got
10:31to have that eye mask on. That's my
10:32comfort zone.
10:34>> [snorts]
10:34>> And so, I sleep that way. But when I
10:35wake up in the morning, when I wake up,
10:37before I ever get out of bed,
10:39before I ever even open my mouth, before
10:42I do anything, I'm laying there with my
10:43eye mask on. As soon as I realize I'm
10:45awake, the first thing I do is start
10:47talking to the Lord.
10:49In my mind, in my spirit, I start having
10:53a conversation with the Lord. I wake up
10:55and my first thoughts are on the Lord.
10:57Amen. [laughter]
10:58This is the day that the Lord has made.
11:01Hadn't even been a day yet, but it's the
11:03day he has made. There's going to be
11:05creative power. There's going to be a
11:07divine design. There's going to be an
11:08anointing for the day. There's going to
11:10be mercy for the day. There's going to
11:12be goodness for the day. I My a little
11:14theme I like to live by in my life is
11:16something good is about to happen.
11:21I don't think you fully got it.
11:22Something good is about to happen.
11:26That is an anticipation. That is an
11:28expectation. That is a That is a hope.
11:31That's what hope is. Hope is a
11:33expectation of something good. Hope Hope
11:36is an anchor that believe Hey, I I don't
11:38think it's going to be a bad day. It's
11:39going to be a good day. I'm not about to
11:41be destroyed. I'm about to be elevated.
11:43Something good Come on, somebody. You're
11:45living in dread or living in fear,
11:48living Come on, something good.
11:50Something good. Something from God.
11:52Something of the spirit. I speak it by
11:54prophecy into your life. Something good
11:57is about to happen. Something good is on
11:59its way. Every good Every good and
12:03perfect gift cometh down from above.
12:07Every good gift, every perfect gift.
12:09That's why every once in a while just
12:10look up. Something good is on its way.
12:14I just feel like something good is about
12:16to happen.
12:18I just feel like something good is on
12:20its way.
12:22He has promised that he'll open all of
12:25heaven.
12:26And brother, this could be that very
12:28day. Now you know why I don't sing, just
12:30preach.
12:31Amen. [snorts] You got to wake up with a
12:33holy anticipation.
12:35Something good is about to happen in
12:36your life, brother. Something good is
12:38coming down the way. I'm not expecting
12:41the devil to get the advantage. I'm
12:42expecting the Lord to use me. He's the
12:45author. He's the finisher of my faith.
12:48My steps are ordered by the Lord. The
12:51Lord is working his will in my life. I
12:53may stumble. I may fall. I may make all
12:55kinds of mistakes. I'm just going to get
12:57back up on my feet, brush myself off,
13:00get my heart right with God, and I'm
13:02going to go on in the strength of the
13:04Lord and say the Lord is my help. The
13:07Lord is my strength. The Lord is on my
13:11side. If God be for me,
13:14I got to You know, I've been to of
13:16letting y'all know, you know, I'm not
13:18exactly the most perfect preacher y'all
13:19have ever had in here.
13:21And uh
13:22But I I got a little smart alec. That's
13:24my little gift I have to try to overcome
13:26sometimes.
13:27>> [snorts]
13:28>> Uh while back somebody on Twitter
13:30uh
13:32put that phrase out there.
13:33And they said uh
13:35If God be for me,
13:37who can be against me?
13:39And I typed back,
13:41If God be for you,
13:43who cares who's against you?
13:46>> [laughter]
13:47>> I mean, it's it's still true. It's a
13:48little bit smart alec, but it's true.
13:49Amen. But really, if God's for you, what
13:51difference does it make who's against
13:53you? If I've got the God of the universe
13:55on my side,
13:57if I'm somehow pleasing God, if I'm
14:00somehow favoring the Lord, if I'm
14:02somehow finding his good favor in my
14:05life, then what difference does it make
14:07how many devils line up to try to take
14:10me out? Amen. God is with me. I've got
14:13the God of all power, the God of all
14:15grace, the God of all anointing, the God
14:17of all strength. He is empowering me.
14:19Greater is he that is in me than
14:22anything that is in my way. The power
14:24behind me is greater than the opposition
14:28in front of me.
14:29>> [applause]
14:30>> Oh, somebody [screaming] shout, "Yes!"
14:35>> [cheering]
14:35[applause]
14:36>> How do you command the morning? You pray
14:39early in the morning.
14:41I like to pray before the sun comes up.
14:43Amen.
14:44Get a head start on things.
14:46I don't know what the devil got planned
14:48for the day. I just know that I'm going
14:49to get up and start touching the hem of
14:52the garment of the Lord.
14:54You can hear the voice of the Lord in
14:56those early hours. My wife calls them
14:57the wee hours of the morning. I've never
14:59totally understood what that meant.
15:01The wee hours of the morning.
15:03You can begin to speak boldly and decree
15:06and speak his word.
15:08There is this thing
15:11in the navigational
15:13arena
15:14that especially the sailors and the
15:16navigators of old used very adeptly.
15:20It was called the nautical hour.
15:23The nautical hour was a very unique time
15:26of the morning.
15:28>> [snorts]
15:28>> Cuz see the way the old sailors would
15:29navigate without GPS and satellites and
15:32all the stuff we have today,
15:34they would use the stars in the dark of
15:36the night.
15:37And by the stars they could tell where
15:39they were going.
15:41And they had instruments that they could
15:42use.
15:43And they would use the horizon by the
15:45day.
15:47And by the horizon and the stars, they
15:50were able to navigate their ships.
15:54But there was something very unique
15:55about what was called the nautical hour.
15:58It was that unique time of the morning
16:01when it was still dark enough to see the
16:04stars,
16:05but just bright enough to see the
16:08horizon.
16:10So they could have both. At night time
16:13it was only the stars.
16:16And in the daytime it was only the
16:18horizon.
16:19But at the nautical hour of the morning,
16:22it was so unique, they could navigate
16:25both by the stars and by the horizon and
16:29get the most clear and most precise
16:32direction for their navigation. They
16:35could set the course for the day at that
16:38unique nautical hour of the morning.
16:43My brothers and sisters,
16:45before the distractions of the day
16:48begins,
16:50create your day.
16:53Don't react to it.
16:56If you don't speak to your day,
17:00the day will speak to you.
17:03If you don't command the day,
17:06the day will command you.
17:09If you don't get authority over the day,
17:12the day will have authority over you.
17:17So, there's something very And now I
17:19don't take hours.
17:21You just get up before you leave for
17:22work. If it's 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20
17:25minutes, however long you have,
17:27get up and let your first conversation
17:30be with God.
17:31Get a scripture early in the morning
17:34that the Lord lays on your heart. Begin
17:35to speak it and let that be your
17:37guiding. Let God speak to you in the
17:39early morning hours when it's nautical
17:41hour, when it's not yet day, but the
17:43night's still spent. I'm in this unique
17:46time. The night is over, but the day's
17:47not begun. I'm in the in between. I'm in
17:50the nautical. I'm in the I'm in the
17:51moment to get my direction here.
17:55Your life will be less chaotic,
17:57less random.
17:59God asked Job, "Have you
18:01commanded the morning?"
18:03Job couldn't say it, but I want to say
18:04yes, Lord. By your word, by your spirit,
18:07I will command the morning. I will speak
18:09the word of God and let it be a light in
18:11darkness. I will speak scriptures. I
18:13will declare biblical truths and I will
18:15let that light become the light that
18:17breaks the day in my life.
18:21Then God asked Job, "Have you commanded
18:23the day spring to know its place?"
18:25That's interesting language, the day
18:27spring.
18:28Had to study it to figure out what it
18:30was. The day spring is the moment
18:34that light first begins to break through
18:38the darkness.
18:39The day spring is that moment we might
18:41call it dawn or sunrise or daybreak.
18:46Day spring, daybreak.
18:48It's when the sun or the light first
18:52begins. The sun's not up yet, but the
18:54light has already begun to shine over
18:56the horizon.
18:58It's dark, just not as dark
19:01because this very first rays of light
19:04begin to break the morning.
19:07It's the very moment that the darkness
19:10first begins to lose its grip.
19:14The darkness begins to lose its power
19:17because light is now beginning to shine.
19:21Every daybreak, every morning is a
19:26visual example of a spiritual
19:30breakthrough.
19:33Darkness
19:35is about to become light.
19:39The night has had it, you know, weeping
19:41may endure for the night. [screaming]
19:45It gets its space.
19:47It has its place.
19:50But every moment that the night goes on,
19:53the clock is ticking
19:55and the morning's getting closer.
19:57It's not, I feel the prophetic, it's not
20:00going to be night time forever.
20:02It's not going to be dark forever. It's
20:05not going to be difficult forever. I
20:07want to prophesy to you, your your
20:09trial's not going to last forever.
20:12Your pain's not going to last forever.
20:14Your trial's not going to last forever.
20:17The fast is not going to last forever.
20:19Just a few more hours. Here we are. It's
20:21all It's the evening and the morning.
20:23It's a You're about to come through. The
20:25light is just beginning to shine.
20:29It's
20:30daybreak.
20:33Light begins to expand into the morning
20:35and once it starts, it happens so fast.
20:39>> [snorts]
20:39>> But as I begin to look at this and I
20:41begin to look back and think about the
20:43dayspring, I found some other things.
20:45Like for instance, Jesus is called the
20:47morning star.
20:49Revelations 22:16, I am the root and the
20:52offspring of David, the bright
20:55and the morning star.
20:58The morning star, scientists nowadays
21:01believe it might be Venus, but the sun
21:04the the earth spins around this to see
21:06it.
21:08The morning star appears while it is
21:10still dark.
21:12It is not yet light.
21:14This is prior to the daybreak.
21:17This is before the day spring.
21:20The morning star is the star you only
21:23see
21:24and at this moment that you see the
21:25morning star, it is the second brightest
21:28light in the sky just beside the moon.
21:32But it's the star you only see show up
21:36at the end of the night when it's just
21:38about to be morning.
21:41It's not yet morning.
21:44There's no light yet.
21:46It's not even day spring yet.
21:49But now in the night, you see a star you
21:51didn't see before.
21:53And it's the star that says,
21:55"You're almost there."
21:57The night is well spent.
22:00Morning is coming real soon.
22:03I think it speaks prophetically to all
22:05of us. It's kind of what I feel in my
22:06spirit right here. Jesus is the morning
22:09star. He's saying, "I'm here shining. I
22:12know it's still dark. I know it's still
22:14there." See, the morning star does not
22:15dispel the darkness. We've backed up
22:17from the day spring. The morning star
22:19does not dispel the darkness. The
22:21morning star does not alleviate
22:23darkness. The morning star does not even
22:25affect the darkness. The morning star
22:27simply shows up as a sign in the sky
22:30that the darkness is just about over.
22:33>> [applause]
22:34>> Even though you haven't seen any light
22:36yet,
22:38the night is about over.
22:41Then of course, in Luke 1:789,
22:45through the tender mercies of our God
22:47whereby the day spring from high has
22:49visited us.
22:50To give them light to sit in darkness
22:52and the shadow of death to guide our
22:54feet in the way of peace.
22:56The dayspring is what he was talking to
22:58Job about. This is the first light that
23:01pierces the darkness. So, Jesus is both
23:03the days the morning star.
23:05He's the sign in the night that the
23:07morning is coming.
23:09And then he's also the dayspring
23:12that is the first light to shine in the
23:14darkness.
23:15The dayspring is the first light to
23:17pierce the darkness. It's the daybreak.
23:20It's the break through.
23:23So, he's the sign. I don't know where
23:24you are in this revival. Maybe maybe
23:27this week is just morning star week.
23:29Maybe dayspring is coming the rest of
23:31May a miracles.
23:33But there is a light in the sky that
23:35says it's almost over and don't worry.
23:37The same light, the same Jesus, the same
23:40one, he is the declaration of the word.
23:42He's You might call this prophetic
23:44praying.
23:46You're up in the morning.
23:49You know the night's about to be over.
23:51The morning is beginning to break. So,
23:53I'm going to begin to speak into the
23:54day.
23:55The light is beginning to shine. The
23:57light is his word. So, I'm going to now
23:59begin to speak prophetically into my
24:01day. In our In our e-guides and
24:04everything, we have these daily daily
24:06prophetic declarations, daily days that
24:09we speak prophetically into the day. Why
24:11are you going to wait and see what
24:12comes? Why don't you speak into it?
24:16You don't like your life, create a new
24:17one. Speak.
24:19Speak into your world. Words create
24:22worlds.
24:23I said words create worlds.
24:26What are you speaking? What kind of life
24:28are you declaring? What are you speaking
24:30into existence?
24:33Operate in dominion. Get the book of
24:35Proverbs out. Get the book of Psalms
24:37out. Proverbs is a book of dominion.
24:39Proverbs are the are the nuggets of
24:41God's governing attributes in our
24:43character and in our life. And as you
24:45have these governing attributes, speak
24:47the book of Proverbs. Declare a proverb,
24:49declare a song, get a hold of something,
24:51speak it in the morning, and begin to
24:53release it. Command the morning, set the
24:55course of the day. Let it go forth. Say,
24:57"This is what my day is. Today I'm going
24:58to receive strength. Today the Lord is
25:00going to be with me. Today I'm going to
25:02walk in righteousness. Today the Lord is
25:04going to be my help. Today the Lord is
25:06on my side. Today I receive." Start in
25:09the morning, "I receive your word. I
25:11receive your spirit. I receive your
25:12strength. I receive your direction."
25:15"Today I'm not going to be affected by
25:16worldliness. I'm not going to be
25:18affected by the demonic. I'm not going
25:20to be affected by flesh. Today I'm going
25:22to walk in the spirit and not fulfill
25:24the lust of the flesh. Today I'm going
25:26to be strong. And let the weak say I am
25:29strong." It doesn't matter if you're
25:30weak, say you're strong. Go ahead and
25:32have some faith. Speak in prophecy. "The
25:34Lord is my strength. The Lord is my
25:36help. The Lord is my shield. He's going
25:39to protect me. He's going to be over my
25:41family."
25:43>> [applause]
25:45>> I think I told you the other night that
25:46I have changed a lot of the way I pray
25:48recently.
25:50Begin to speak that hedge. Don't beg.
25:52Don't don't speak from a a position of
25:54lack. Speak from a position of power.
25:57Instead of saying, "Oh God, please uh
25:58protect my grandkids. Oh God, please
26:00protect my children." I'm not, you know,
26:02diminishing that. If you feel that
26:04desperate, pray it. God will hear your
26:05sincere prayer.
26:07But let me tell you how to pray with
26:08authority.
26:09Pray with dominion.
26:11Pray with spiritual governing.
26:13I speak a hedge over my grandchildren.
26:16I declare the Lord's protection. The
26:18angels of the Lord are encamped around
26:20about them that fear the Lord. Speak
26:22what you know to be true by the word of
26:24God.
26:26I'm not telling you just randomly throw
26:27out things. I'm saying get that Bible
26:29out and speak them promises of God.
26:31There's over 8,000 of them. There's got
26:33to be something in there you can speak
26:34into your day.
26:36Begin to let God lead you. If you don't
26:38know what to pray, pray in other
26:39tongues, and let the spirit of prophecy
26:41come on you in tongues, and set the
26:43course of your day.
26:46Why are we waking up to just wait and
26:48see what's going to happen?
26:52Wake up with a divine expectation.
26:55And begin to speak the promises of God.
26:58Begin to stand on the promises of the
26:59Lord. Speak. You may be hurting. You may
27:03be in a trial. You may be in trouble,
27:06but speak light into your darkness.
27:11Speak a promise into your darkness.
27:15Speak God's faith. You know, sometimes
27:18sometimes I go to a hospital, pray for
27:19people, you know, and the doctor will
27:21say, you know, it's just a matter of
27:22time now. They're almost gone, you know,
27:23maybe 15, 20 minutes, and families
27:26gathered around. I've decided if I'm
27:27going to go in and pray, I'm going to
27:28pray they get up.
27:31I'm going to pray they rise up.
27:34I'm praying for a miracle.
27:36I'm praying for the whole enchilada.
27:38I go in there and say, "If it's all
27:39right with you, I'd like to pray for a
27:40miracle." And if they'll if they'll say,
27:42"I
27:43In the name of Jesus Christ." Sometimes
27:44they do, sometimes they don't.
27:47You say, "Well, what do you do? You pray
27:48a prayer like that? What if they die?"
27:50We died in faith.
27:52Why are we so ashamed of that?
27:55Why do we feel there's some indignity in
27:56having faith? I mean, the entire Hebrews
27:59chapter 11
28:01is filled with people that the Bible
28:02says, "These all died in faith,
28:05having not received the promise, but
28:07they saw it afar off."
28:10I I I've got a little goal in my life. I
28:13want to run out of heartbeats before I
28:14run out of faith.
28:16I want to run out of breaths before I
28:18run out of faith.
28:20I want to run out of time before I run
28:21out of expectation. I hope that I don't
28:24reach an age in life that I no longer
28:26expect anything, looking for anything.
28:28Hey, let me tell you something. If
28:29you're laying on your deathbed, your
28:31little hands up saying, "I believe God's
28:33going to heal me," and you die your next
28:34breath, we ought to rejoice.
28:37They died in faith. They went out of
28:40this world into that world. Amen. With
28:43their faith intact. Amen. The sickness
28:45didn't steal their faith.
28:48There is no shame in having faith. Trust
28:51God. Leave the results to God.
28:55>> [applause]
28:59>> Somebody said, "Well,
29:02what if they die?"
29:04At least we know it wasn't because we
29:05didn't pray.
29:08And it wasn't because we didn't have
29:09faith.
29:11It's because we prayed, we had faith, we
29:13believed, and God had other plans.
29:17I had a dear friend of mine pass away
29:18recently, Jerry Tipton.
29:21He was superintendent of Pennsylvania 45
29:23years, something like that. We were
29:24friends, knew each other from our
29:26earliest years.
29:28He got cancer in his body and
29:31it raged on for several years and we
29:33prayed, we had many many miracles that
29:36happened along the way. He was The first
29:38time he heard it, he was only supposed
29:39to have 6 months. He lived about 3 and
29:411/2 years.
29:42Believe that was prayer and faith.
29:45And uh we believed, I believed, he
29:46believed He believed so strongly
29:49that in the some of the later stages in
29:52the hospital and stuff,
29:53he believed so strongly that he would he
29:55would get to praying and he would try to
29:57get out of the bed and walk and fall on
29:59the floor and the nurses would have to
30:01come in and pick him up.
30:03That's faith.
30:05Can't say he didn't have faith.
30:07He's trying.
30:08Doing everything he knew. We were having
30:10His wife was going to the church. I
30:11think it's why he lived so long.
30:14And then he died of the cancer.
30:16And for a lot of people that just
30:17traumatizes.
30:20But then something else interesting
30:21happened.
30:22They asked me to speak at the funeral.
30:24We're such good friends. I spoke at the
30:25funeral.
30:26Others spoke at the funeral.
30:28When
30:28Brother Anderson was speaking from
30:30Arkansas, the power of God got to
30:31moving.
30:33Holy Ghost started coming in the place.
30:35He turned around and said, "Brother
30:36Cline, just come on. Just lead us. I
30:37feel the power of God here." They gave
30:39me back the mic at the end, but we just
30:40started to have a Holy Ghost outpouring.
30:43Power of God was hitting the place.
30:44Said, "Feel healings and miracles and
30:46power. Lay hands on somebody." Well,
30:48it's the final stages of the funeral.
30:49We're laying hands. People are going
30:51across the aisle.
30:52It just broke out in revival.
30:55Well, everybody was praying hands on
30:57everybody and everything. I standing up
30:58there I By this time I was down, you
31:00know, the casket was down the front. I
31:01was down off the deal. I was down in the
31:03front. People were laying hands. We're
31:04praying for everybody. I prayed my
31:05wife's brother through preaching his
31:07daddy's funeral.
31:09Anything can happen.
31:12I'm down there. Power of God was moving.
31:13I turned around and saw my friend laying
31:15there and I thought, "Well, I've seen
31:16the dead raise. I prayed for dead
31:17people. I've never tried one in the
31:19casket, so I
31:21Nobody was really paying attention to
31:22me. I thought, "I'm going to try it."
31:25I'm telling you the honest truth. I put
31:28my hand over on his cold forehead laying
31:30in that casket and commanded him in the
31:32name of Jesus to get up.
31:35Now, obviously he didn't cuz if he had
31:37of you'd have heard about it.
31:39He didn't get up.
31:41But I thought, "I've never tried this
31:42level. I'm going to try it." That's the
31:44level of faith we had.
31:46I had and I've seen people get up from
31:48the dead. I've watched the dead I I can
31:50tell you at least four stories right off
31:52the top of my head of dead people be
31:53I've seen it.
31:55But he didn't get up.
31:59But in that very service
32:01two people My friend laying there in the
32:03casket dead from I I almost hate to say
32:05dead from cancer because God took him.
32:08But But two people in that service
32:12got miraculously notably healed of
32:15cancer
32:16with a doctor's affirmation.
32:19Went back to the doctor. What happened?
32:22Something changed this week. This isn't
32:23lining up. We better look at some tests.
32:25They ran new tests. They did more uh
32:28MRIs or whatever they do to find the
32:29stuff and they said come back and said
32:31look look here's the results. Now here's
32:33her It was a two documented miracles.

32:40>> So you've got a man laying here in the
32:42casket dead from cancer and you got two
32:44people at his funeral healed of cancer.
32:48God was saying it wasn't because I
32:49didn't have the power. It wasn't because
32:52you didn't have faith. This particular
32:54instance just didn't line up to my will.
32:58So why is the approach every situation?
33:00Because God's smarter than me and knows
33:02more than me. I just go in I'm just
33:04going to have faith faith faith and
33:05believe God and if they go on to be with
33:07Jesus at least I know it's not because I
33:09didn't pray. It's not because I didn't
33:11have faith. It's simply because God had
33:13bigger better plans. He thinks in
33:15eternity. I think in the temporal. God's
33:18ways are above my ways. Somebody shout
33:20Hallelujah.

33:25>> Let me try to get this thing to a close.
33:27I've already said more than I'm into.
33:30So he's the morning star, the light that
33:32shines while it's still dark no light.
33:35He's the day spring. He's the first
33:37light.
33:38And then finally Malachi 4:2
33:41But unto you that fear my name
33:44shall the sun S U N
33:47the sun
33:48the one up there in the sky
33:51of righteousness.
33:53But unto you that fear my name shall the
33:54sun of righteousness arise with healing
33:57in his wings and he shall go forth and
33:59grow as calves in the stall.
34:02He is the full brightness like the
34:04noonday sun.
34:07He when you're walking in righteousness
34:09you are as the brightness of the
34:11noonday.
34:13Overcoming, walking in victory.
34:17He's under Satan is under your feet.
34:19You're walking in peace. You're walking
34:21in righteousness.
34:23That's why Psalms 91 said, "Thou shalt
34:25not be afraid of the terror by night,
34:28>> [snorts]
34:29>> nor the arrow that flieth by day,
34:32pestilence that walketh in darkness,
34:35or destruction that wasteth at noonday."
34:38Why? Because Jesus is with me every
34:41stage of the battle.
34:43He's with He's my bright and morning
34:45star in the darkest hours of the night.
34:47He's the day spring. He's the day break.
34:50He's the first light that shines in the
34:52morning, and he is the son of
34:54righteousness. He's the brightness of
34:56the noonday sun. Every morning is a
34:59pattern of spiritual deliverance. He is
35:03with you at every stage of the battle.
35:05He's the lord of it all. He's the lord
35:07of the valley. He's the lord of the
35:08mountain. He's the lord of the night.
35:10He's the lord of the day. He's with you
35:12at every stage, wherever you're at. John
35:15said, "All things were made by him with
35:17not without him was not anything made
35:19that was made. In him was life. He was
35:21the light of men. He is the light that
35:24shineth in darkness, and the darkness
35:26created it not." He created it all. He
35:30answers it all. He is above the
35:32darkness. He rules the day. He rules the
35:34night. He is everything in between. He
35:38is all in all. He's the beginning and
35:40ending. He's the alpha and the omega.
35:43He's the first and the last. It makes no
35:45difference. He's the evening, and he's
35:47the morning. He's everything. He said,
35:51"I am the light. I am the light. I am
35:53the light of the world. You shall not
35:55walk in darkness, but you shall have the
35:58light [screaming] of life."
35:59He doesn't just give light.
36:02He is light. That means you have light
36:05inside of you.

36:11>> In our chronological understanding, yes,
36:14we wake up in the physical hours of the
36:16morning, but it can be dark any day or
36:18night. It can be dark at any time.
36:21Command the darkness to become the
36:23morning. He said, "I am the light of the
36:25world. I am the light. The day is thine.
36:29The night is thine also. Thou has
36:31prepared the light in the sun. They both
36:34belong to him. He governs in both
36:36realms. So, even if you're in the
36:38darkest of nights, you have the light
36:40inside of you. Command the morning to
36:43come.
36:44I'm finished, musician. You can come.
36:46I'm done.
36:51Don't just keep saying it's night. It's
36:53dark. It's difficult. Command the
36:55morning.
36:56Speak light into your darkness. Speak
36:59faith to your doubt.
37:01Speak faith to your fear.
37:03Speak power to your weakness.
37:05Speak anointing to your affliction.
37:08Speak joy to your sadness.
37:10It's not just like you are the light.
37:13He's inside you. Let him out.
37:15Let the bright morning star. Let the day
37:18spring speak. Let the son of
37:20righteousness arise. Let the light
37:23[screaming] shine. Come on, he's with
37:25you. You got to open your mouth at the
37:28nautical hour of direction and begin to
37:31speak. For many of you right now, you're
37:33in the nautical hour. The night has
37:36begun to fade. It's not yet morning, but
37:39you're in the middle. Let the day spring
37:42break out. Let light [screaming] shine
37:44in darkness. Let revival come at the
37:47evening time. Let victory spring out of
37:49defeat. Let the power of God resurrect
37:52us from death. Come on, some of you are
37:54not [screaming] going to be sad forever.
37:56You're not going to be discouraged
37:57forever. You're not going to be in pain
37:59forever. You're not going to be confused
38:01forever. The day spring is in the house.
38:04I feel like speaking.

39:00walk in the door, you can feel Jesus,
39:03God in everybody as soon as they speak.

39:58daybreak.
40:00All the prayer revival was was the
40:02morning star.
40:06But next week is dayspring and next week
40:08is day break.

40:12will be shining in the brightness of the

40:15I speak to May of miracles come forth.

62:09So, one of the powerful aspects of that,
62:11like if you start at 3:00 or 4:00 in the
62:13evening, you're fasting, you're going 16
62:15hours.
62:17That means when you wake up in the
62:19morning at 5:00 or 6:00 a.m., you're
62:21about 14 hours or more into your fast.
62:25You're at the twilight of your 16-hour
62:28fast.
62:30The morning is about to break, so you
62:32are in the deepest part of your 16-hour
62:34fast. And you wake up and start
62:36commanding the morning with the word of
62:38God.
62:40It's the nautical hour.
62:42I've been fasting since yesterday
62:43afternoon, and now I'm up and praying,
62:45speaking the word of the Lord. I am
62:47going to navigate at this strategic
62:49hour. So, the fasting goes along with
62:52the prayer, especially if it's the
62:54intermittent, which you can do over a
62:55long period of time. It's just 16 hours
62:58from 3:00 or 4:00. If you fast start at
63:004:00, you can go till 7:00 or 8:00 the
63:03next morning. And so, somewhere in there
63:05you can eat, but then you wake up for
63:075:00 or 6:00 prayer, you're fasting
63:09while you're praying and it's a very
63:10powerful powerful powerful thing.
63:14Pastor was just
63:17explaining to me here, clueing me in
63:19that several in the ministry here and
63:21we're getting ready to pray over some
63:22teams that are going and some different
63:24ones are doing different parts of the
63:25world
63:26that several of the ministers' wives
63:28especially are being attacked in their
63:29body and
63:30trying to understand this and you know
63:32one's one thing, two something else. You
63:34get three or four, you got a pattern.
63:36Tell you what I felt pastor when you
63:37told me that and all of you that are
63:39dealing with it, I want you kind of hear
63:41this.
63:42The Lord revealed something to me a
63:43while back. I was
63:45counseling with a man of God, a pastor
63:47and he was telling me we are having the
63:49worst warfare we've ever had. I mean
63:52it's the worst battle we've ever been
63:53in. He said but we're having the
63:55greatest revival we've ever had. We're
63:57seeing more people getting the Holy
63:59Ghost, people are getting delivered and
64:00healed and yet on the other hand,
64:02there's chaos and
64:03a lot of other problems that we're
64:05dealing with.
64:06He said, "Brother Clendennen, what's
64:07going on with the spiritual warfare?"
64:09Sitting [snorts] there talking to him,
64:10the Lord revealed something to me that I
64:12spoke to him that I feel is when it's
64:13been you spoke it immediately come I've
64:15not thought of it in many many months.
64:19There's something unique about spiritual
64:21warfare.
64:23Whether you are the one being attacked
64:26or the one doing the attacking.
64:30Doesn't matter who started the fight,
64:33once it's on, it's pretty much the same.
64:36Doesn't matter who started it, the
64:38bullets are flying, the blood's flowing.
64:41Once the the fight has begun, it feels
64:44exactly the same to both parties
64:47regardless of which one started it.
64:50So, sometimes we're in warfare
64:54not because the enemy is attacking us,
64:58but because we are advancing into his
65:01kingdom.

65:06They're moving into other areas. And so
65:08the battle feels the same, but not
65:10because you're being attacked, but
65:12because you're taking land. The enemy
65:14doesn't just sit down and die. He fights

65:20going to throw something at you. He's
65:21going to fight you, but you
65:23you're going to be victorious in the
65:25mighty name of the Lord. So,

82:31an anointing

82:34of God on his garments. That's your
82:37anointing that you release on him.

82:41your hand claps do. That's what your I'm
82:43with you, pastor. You're releasing your
82:45anointing. Let it be the anointing of
82:47the unity of the body that would come
82:49down on whoever's in the pulpit.
