0:57heads in prayer. Heavenly Father, we are
1:00invoking your presence in this place.
1:04Lord, let your words go forth with
1:06clarity, illuminating the minds of men,
1:10your message. Let your words be like a
1:13two-edged sword, piercing even dividing
1:17of the soul and spirit, the joint and we
1:21know Lord that your word is a discerner
1:23of the thoughts and the intent of the
1:25mind. Let your will be done in Jesus
1:28name.

1:34I want to greet Pastor
1:36Amar Williams, his wife, Sister
1:38Michelle,
1:40all the members of the ministerial
1:42board, their wives.
1:46My husband who is in a virtual space,
1:48but I still feel the support.
1:51my daughter Crystal, my miracle,
1:55who has been texting me constantly about
1:58my assignment.
2:02I would also like to use this platform
2:04to say thanks to those who were standing
2:06in the gap for me last week. I lost my
2:09uncle. My dad is g and his last brother
2:13passed away. I had to be there. I was
2:16supposed to minister last week and still
2:21took up the mantle, stood in the gap,
2:24and I'm here standing.
2:27I would have been sitting with you, but
2:30things are different.
2:33After ministering this morning, Pastor
2:35Omar invited me to his office if I
2:38wanted to rest. I told him that should
2:41be extended to someone that do scuba
2:44deep diving, not someone like me who
2:47paddle paddle near the and build sand
2:51castles.
2:53Nevertheless, I am ready
2:57take you on the same journey,
3:01a short
3:03flight as I call it this morning.
3:07And I promise I will land this aircraft
3:11on time.
3:14I'm not sure.
3:18I'm not sure. signals at the back means

3:28Yeah. My husband has been telling me
3:30there's a problem with sound. Said
3:32everything was good except for the
3:33sound.
3:35I have no control over that.
3:38Um
3:40so here we go
3:42down the runway. I'm your pilot.
3:46So, I would like to paint a p a picture
3:49with an imaginary brush.
3:51You're standing [music] at the edge of a
3:53burning building. The flames are roaring
3:56and the heat is intense.
3:59The smoke is thick inside. People are
4:03trapped. People you know, people you
4:05love and they are crying out for help.
4:10You are holding the key to their rescue.
4:15You are their only hope, what would you
4:18do?
4:20Would you hesitate?
4:22Would you wait for someone else to step
4:24in? Or would you run no matter the cost?
4:29Because their life depends on it.
4:32Now, let me tell you something more
4:33urgent. This is just not a story. This
4:37is reality as real as 911.
4:41Sadly, you won't see this on Fox News
4:44tonight.
4:45Every single day people around us, our
4:48friends and our family, our coworker are
4:51walking towards eternal destiny. Some
4:56are walking in darkness unaware of the
4:58flames of separation from God that
5:01awaits them. And here is the truth. You
5:05are the ones that are placed in their
5:07lives to show them the way out. Show
5:10them an escape route. You are the ones
5:13holding the key to their rescue.
5:17Luke 16:19-29
5:20Jesus gave us a sobering glimpse into
5:23reality. He tells a story of a rich man
5:27that had everything in life but ignored
5:30the beggar Lazarus at his gate. The rich
5:33man's wealth blinded him to the needs of
5:36a man that was right in front of him.
5:40And then when eternity came, it was too
5:42late. The rich man found himself in
5:46torment, crying out for relief. But the
5:49gulf was fixed. The time had passed.
5:53This isn't a story about a rich man and
5:55a beggar. It's about us. It's relevant
5:59to this generation, generation X,
6:02generation Y, baby boomers, to this
6:04dispensation. We're in the dispensation
6:06of grace. And to this time we are living
6:10in the last and closing day and it's a
6:13few minutes to make to the midnight cry.
6:17This is a story about a missed
6:18opportunity.
6:20It's about the people that God has
6:22placed in our gates. The people that we
6:24pass every day. The people that we are
6:27too busy. We are too distracted. We are
6:30too afraid to reach. We are caught up in
6:33the fast lane of life. the hustle and
6:35the bustle trying to survive and make
6:37two ends meet. However, there's an
6:40urgency to the mission that God has
6:42given us. Go. Go while the gate is near.
6:46Go while the gulf is not yet fixed. Go
6:48while there is still time to warm warn
6:51and welcome. This quarter, our theme is
6:55go. But it is it isn't just a theme.
6:59It's a divine mandate. It's a
7:03commission. It's Jesus saying to us, the
7:06church, don't wait. Don't hesitate.

7:09Don't let the people that are in our
7:11gates slip into eternity without them
7:13knowing the truth.
7:16Eternity is not a distant concept. It's
7:19a heartbeat away. And the question is,
7:23who will go?
7:25One seminary professor set up his home
7:28class in an unusual way. Each student
7:31was required to deliver a sermon on the
7:35story of the good Samaritan.
7:38They were to move from classroom to
7:40classroom. Some students had 10 minutes
7:43between the classes while others had
7:46less time
7:48which forced them to hurry to stay on
7:50schedule. [music]
7:51His student was also required to walk
7:55down a designated corridor, but unknown
7:58to the student, there was they were to
8:01pass a beggar who was deliberately
8:05placed there by the professor.
8:08What happened that day was a powerful
8:11lesson. All these would be wannabe
8:15pastors and preachers and future clergy
8:19members walked past the
8:22because they were so pressured for time.
8:25They were so busy rushing to preach
8:28about the good Samaritan that they
8:30[music] walked past a beggar at the
8:32heart of the parable.
8:35Today, we are in what I would coin or
8:39declare a spiritual state of emergency.
8:43We are in a crisis.
8:46I'm not here to make you feel
8:47comfortable. This is not a feelgood
8:50message. I probably won't get any amen,
8:52but that's fine cuz I know and this is
8:57not a prosperity message. I'm not here
9:00to distribute Benz and Mercedes and say
9:02that your bill's going to be paid.
9:06I'm not here to tell you to turn to your
9:08neighbor and say, I am here to challenge
9:11you. I'm here to provoke you to look at
9:13the person in the mirror and remind them
9:16that there are people in your gate.
9:18People that are waiting on you. People
9:20that are waiting for someone to see
9:22them, someone to love them, someone to
9:25share the love of God with them. Waiting
9:27on someone to bring the key to release
9:29them.
9:31So today, say to yourself, it don't have
9:34to be audible. Go and tell. You see the
9:39mission, it begins at the gate. Lazarus
9:42laid at the rich man gate. The mission
9:45field is not across the ocean. It's just
9:48right across a threshold. Who is at your
9:51gate? The beggar man in the corridor. He
9:54was at the gate of the homalytic
9:56students. Which name faces appear
10:00in your everyday life? Family members,
10:03co-workers,
10:05an immigrant family, an elderly that
10:09cannot drive anymore. These are the
10:10Lazarus. These are the Lazarus that God
10:13has placed in your life.
10:20I work in a hospital setting.
10:23One night I heard code blue room 521.
10:28I
10:30normally hear code, but this one was
10:32different because this one is someone
10:34that I work with. We all went up
10:40witness the card preliminary
10:42resuscitation CPR.
10:45We were praying and hoping she would
10:46pull through, but it wasn't God's will.
10:52On the way back to the unit, one of my
10:54coworkers started crying. She said she
10:57didn't witness to the deceased.
11:00She realized that the golf was fixed and
11:03the time to act had passed.
11:05Over the years, I have come to the
11:08conclusion that the The most overlooked
11:10word in the great commission is the
11:12first word go. Go across the gate. Go
11:16across the lunchroom.
11:19The first step of the mission is often
11:22measured in feet, not necessarily miles.
11:27Witnessing to your coworker is
11:29considered not necessarily the persons
11:31that are in Africa.
11:34In Acts 1 verse 8, Jesus said he'll give
11:38you power. Pastor Omar Williams spoke
11:40about that three weeks ago. Power to
11:43witness.
11:45First it has to begin at your home base,
11:47Jerusalem. And there's a gradual
11:50progression. Judea, Samaria, then the
11:52Otamus.
11:55Miami. Before you go Fort Lauderdale,
11:57you have to start Miami.
11:59Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach,
12:02Orlando.
12:05We cannot cross our living room
12:10until we cannot cross the ocean before
12:13we cross our living room. And we cannot
12:15go and speak to strangers before we
12:17speak to our own family. So the mission,
12:19it begins at home.
12:22The mission is personal and it is for me
12:26because I have five brothers and the
12:29rich man sent a message to your five
12:31brethren. The rich man plead, "I have
12:35five brethren." He begs Abraham, "Send
12:40someone to warn my brothers so they
12:42don't end up in this torment like me."
12:45This was a profound personal cry because
12:49he would rather be alone. He realized
12:52that there was nothing
12:54that he could do and his fate was
12:58sealed. But he just wanted someone to
13:00go.
13:03He wanted someone to go and tell his
13:05five brothers to repent
13:09so that they would not be in the same
13:10place. This is the only message that the
13:14world has ever heard coming from the
13:16abbies of hell. This should have been
13:19recorded in the Guinness book of record
13:21because it's the only time in the Bible
13:24where it pulls back the curtain and
13:26[music] it give us a fleeting glimpse of
13:29black walls and charit of eternal
13:32damnation.
13:34We are the Moses. We are the prophets.
13:38We are the voice for the five brothers
13:40that need to hear that they need to be
13:43saved. We're looking for volunteers
13:45today. Who are your five brethren? In
13:50typology,
13:51five represents grace. But in this
13:55context and on numerous occasions in the
13:57scriptures, it represents a whole, a
14:00group, a tribe, a clan. For example, the
14:03five wise virgins, the five foolish,
14:06[music] the five loes. It didn't break
14:09it down just the common denominator. It
14:12didn't say where the late the virgins
14:14were from nor their age group. Regarding
14:16the loaves, it didn't say there were
14:18whole wheat or flour or cornmeal. It
14:22just said five loaves. Five a group,
14:25right? And here at Pentab, we said there
14:29are five ways to give. Then it's broken
14:32down into zel, cash app, cash.
14:37So today, we're going to work with a
14:39minimum of five. and you determine who
14:42your five brethren are going to be. You
14:44can categorize them. It could be your
14:46parents, your sibling, near neighbors.
14:50And we're going to use the same strategy
14:52that David
14:55that David used. He took five stones. He
14:58also, this is where five comes in again.
15:01And there is one school of thought that
15:04Goliath had four brothers. David took up
15:08five stone, one for each. The strategy
15:11is to go after the strong man, the
15:13strongest one. We're going to adopt and
15:17employ that strategy.
15:20We're going to go into our department or
15:23in our home and go after the strong.
15:25We're going to go after the head of the
15:27department. Once the head of the
15:28department is changed, everybody see
15:30that she would be able to she or he
15:33would be able to witness to the office.
15:35I know at church of God the entire
15:38congregation became apostolic because
15:40one apostolic went after the head
15:43explain baptism in Jesus name the
15:46infilling of the holy ghost he came
15:47became saved the entire church became
15:50apostolic so we're going to adopt that
15:53strategy
15:55there was a minister who was struggling
15:57for church growth his congregation was
16:00stagnant
16:02he was experiencing spiritual drought
16:05across the road. He saw a mega
16:10church
16:12busting at the scenes, cars pulling up
16:15for Bible class prayer meeting.
16:18The struggling minister, he wanted to
16:21know the secret to the success of his
16:23ministry. So he went across to meet the
16:26pastor. The mega church pastor welcomed
16:29him warmly and gave him an exercise.
16:33He said, "Go to the window. Look out.
16:36Tell me what you see."
16:39The struggling pastor said, "There are
16:41some men at the barber shop. There's a
16:43cyclist. There's a pedestrian about to
16:46cross the road and someone running after
16:47the bus." The mega church pastor said
16:50unto him, "That's the difference between
16:53both of us. When I look out the window,
16:56I don't see men at the barber shop. I
16:58see souls."
17:00This profound yet straightforward
17:03perspective changed everything for the
17:05struggling pastor. He realized that the
17:08key to a thriving ministry is seeing
17:11people as souls and not individual
17:13defined by their social status,
17:16political affiliation, credential or
17:18stratifications.
17:20When we see people as souls, we act with
17:23a purpose to win them for Christ. The
17:26mega church pastor, he saw souls. Souls
17:29in need of salvation. Souls walking to
17:32eternal destiny. Souls waiting for
17:35someone to reach them. Then he acted
17:39because he had the key to their rescue.
17:42In first Peter 3:20, Peter adopted that
17:46same principle. He referred to Noah and
17:48his sons as eight souls. This concept
17:52remind us that every person that you
17:55encounter is a soul and not just a body.
17:59We are souls created by God, loved by
18:02God, and destined for eternity. When you
18:06have a burden for souls, you don't just
18:09pray and leave it. You act upon it. Your
18:12soul, your burden is like a muscle. If
18:16you want to develop your bicep,
18:19you exercise it. And the more you flex
18:22and extend, abduct and aduct, the bigger
18:26and stronger your muscle become.
18:30A burden bearer for soul initiate a
18:33numerous outreach ministries. A former
18:36church I went to the pastor created a
18:39Joshua club. On Saturdays all the boys
18:42in the community come out to play with
18:44pastor
18:45kick football. Sometime he takes them to
18:47Deon House, takes them on trip of course
18:49with permission from their parents. My
18:52friend that was crying in the elevator,
18:55she created a ministry on her garage.
18:58Every Saturday she put chairs out, get
19:00some snack, go down and call the the
19:03children on the avenue. She always
19:05invite me to come and share a story. And
19:08after this message, I have to go. I have
19:10to respond to my own calling. food bank,
19:15senior ministries and community events.
19:18You see when you plant Paul, Paul plant
19:22Apollos water then God give the
19:24increase. Today two persons got the gift
19:27of got baptized and we're going to speak
19:29it in the atmosphere more baptism in
19:31filling of the Holy Ghost. Let's ask God
19:34to give us a burden for souls. Let's ask
19:37him to help us to see people the way God
19:40sees them. According to Galatians 3
19:43verse 28, there is no distinctions of
19:46person with Christ. There is no Gentile,
19:49no Jew, no Greek, no social status.
19:54When we have a burden for soul, we act
19:58with a purpose to win them.
20:01We act to win the loss at any cost. A
20:05burden for soul leads to action. Let us
20:09go and tell
20:11For 43 years, our pastor Robert Stewart,

20:25had a burden for Miami Garden and he
20:28acted upon it. He had huge biceps.
20:33Outreach ministries, opera locker,
20:36clover leaf, prison ministry, half out
20:40care ministry, clothes bank, food bank.
20:43He provide a weekly sustenance of 1,500
20:48food for souls,
20:51youth programs, ACI is still going on,
20:54still flexing, trying to build that
20:57bicep. Christian school offering GED but
21:01most important he didn't see man he saw
21:05a total the holistic man that he
21:08attended to the body mind and soul there
21:10is pentab academic enroll over 300
21:14students yearly in one year 17 souls got
21:18the holy ghost today over 35 students
21:23walking around with the gift of the Holy
21:25Ghost and the mission continues His
21:28mission out to live him and his biceps
21:31is still to follow him.
21:34Why is this mission so urgent? Because
21:37the soul, the innermost aspect of a
21:40human is the most valuable possession
21:43that you could ever have. Your soul is
21:46you. The outer man is a house that's
21:50built with mortal steel, but your house
21:55is built with dust.
21:57a composition of hydrogen, oxygen and
22:00some rare elements.
22:02And it is mentioned in the Bible that
22:05your soul is the breath of God because
22:06when he breathed into Adam, he became a
22:09living soul.
22:11When you die, you lose your identity.
22:14You're no longer Mr. Brown, Mr. Green.
22:17You become a body.
22:20I've never called someone to recover a
22:23body from a room and say Mr. Brown is in
22:25that room. I say the body is in that
22:28room because Mr. Brown is long gone and
22:33just the body is there for decomposition
22:35and to return back to the earth from
22:37whence it came.
22:42And saying may your soul rest in peace
22:45at your funeral is not a magical phrase.
22:49If the Gulf is fixed and the time to act
22:52has passed, there's nothing you can do.
22:54We had a rare raw footage from a
22:57grandmother talking about Dingji. I know
22:59a lot of you. She said Dingji is nowhere
23:03near the throne.
23:05Ding didn't even say Lord of mercy when
23:08he was on earth.
23:10The Gulf is now fixed and the time is
23:12passed.
23:15Why is your soul so valuable?
23:17Because it has an eternal quality
23:21and that's the reason for the emergency
23:22state of affair.
23:25because it's appointed unto man once to
23:27die, but after death comes judgment.
23:30Mr. Brown is the one that has to stand
23:33before God and give an [music] account
23:36and take the consequence for things that
23:38he did in his life, not his body.
23:41Your soul is so valuable that the devil
23:43has so much interest in it. He's around
23:46like a roaring lion seeking that he may
23:49devour as many souls as possible.
23:53And if he values your soul enough to
23:55fight for it, you should value it enough
23:57to safeguard your soul.
24:00God is so concerned about saving your
24:03soul. He took off divinity. He put on
24:05humanity and stepped among men to redeem
24:08souls. He's not willing that any should
24:11perish, [music] but that all should come
24:13to repentance. He demonstrated his love
24:16on a wooded tree. They stretched him
24:18wide. They stretched him high. He could
24:20have called 10,000 angel. But your soul,
24:23hallelujah, was at stake. Hallelujah.
24:27Your soul is redeemed not with
24:30corruptible things like silver and gold,
24:32but with the precious blood of Jesus
24:34which still flow today and is flowing
24:37through the service.
24:39There is a branch of study for every
24:42part of your body except the soul. Have
24:45you ever thought of it?
24:47Heart cardiologist or iology, skin
24:51dermatologist, but is there a branch of
24:54study [music] for your soul? Will you
24:56walk down into the plaza and find an
25:00office called soiologist? No. Two
25:04reasons.
25:05The first, the constitution of your soul
25:08is a secret thing. Just like we don't
25:11know the day nor the hour when the son
25:13of man appeared.
25:15There is no diagnostic tool that you can
25:19use to determine the soul. And that's
25:21why we have so many different
25:24definitions and similarities and [music]
25:26contrasting um definitions of the soul
25:30because access is denied and you can't
25:33have that information. The only thing we
25:37know about the soul is that you have one
25:42and you need to save it. It cannot be
25:44seen with the naked eyes. But each soul
25:47has the eyes of God. We know that we are
25:51beloved creature. Our souls are
25:54precious. Our souls are intertwined with
25:57the love of God and with the purpose
25:59that he has for us. Number two reason
26:02why you never find an office with a for

26:16And the only people who are qualified to

26:46go and tell somebody. We are the ones
26:49that has been commissioned to go and we
26:51have the key.
26:55Let me use this opportunity to convey to
26:58anyone who is not yet saved. I have a
27:01message from the rich man for you.
27:05It's my responsibility like a watchman
27:08to deliver and to relay this
27:10information.
27:12Repent less he also go to this place of
27:16torment.
27:18There's nothing in this world that's
27:19worth living for. It only leaves you
27:22empty and longing for more. Only Jesus
27:26can satisfy your soul.
27:29What if your soul is required of you
27:31tonight when you're making a bigger barn
27:33for tomorrow?

27:40in one conference he shared a story
27:43which I'm going to share. Stories are my
27:45visual aids.
27:47I can't call them parable. I can't
27:49equate myself to someone so great and
27:52defined. So I can't call and parable is
27:54earthly story with a heavenly meaning.
27:56But my stories are just illustrations of
28:00real life situations.
28:05The story he went to university hospital
28:09in Jamaica to visit a sister. The doctor
28:12saw him and told him the sister had an
28:15expiry date sooner than we think.
28:19And pastor Stewart was to deliver that
28:21message to the sister.
28:24He went to the sister and say, "Sister,
28:27I have not so good news to give you."
28:31The sister said, "There's nothing
28:33between her and her soul."
28:36Is there something between your soul and
28:39Jesus?
28:41Will the fleeting pleasures of sin
28:43separate you from Jesus? Will the
28:46pursuit of wealth and fame separate you
28:49from Jesus? None of these things can
28:51save you. Only Jesus can redeem your
28:54soul. So today, I urge you to make the
28:57wisest decision of your life. Surrender
29:00your soul to Christ. Anchor your soul in
29:03the heaven of rest and get a firm
29:05foundation. Let your soul magnify the
29:08Lord and let your spirit praise him. Let
29:11your soul pants after the water broke
29:13like the deer.

30:09heartbeat away and we don't know when.
30:12So I urge you to make the wisest
30:16decision of your life. Surrender your
30:18soul to Christ. Nothing in this world is
30:21worth living for. It only leave you
30:23empty. Let your soul say yes and say yes
30:27today. For the believers, we are called
30:31go and tell is urgent. There are souls
30:34that are dying. We are the watchmen.
30:38Statistics show that 70 to 90% of people
30:41that come to Christ is because of their
30:43relative or a friend, which highlights
30:45the importance of personal evangelism.
30:49There is the greatest joy in heaven when
30:52someone is saved. The angels have a
30:55party and they dance because of one soul
30:59that repented. There is earthly blessing
31:02and heavenly rewards for soul winners.
31:06Will there be any stars in your crown?
31:10So winners are famous in heaven.
31:13You may be unknown or unpopular in this
31:16world. You may never act in a scene in
31:19Hollywood. Save a soul. You'll be
31:21popular in heaven. And your countenance
31:24will shine bright as the firminant. And
31:26you will shine as stars forever
31:28according to the word of God. When we
31:31have plentyful of souls, we empty hell.
