Summary

Pastor Henry Fernandez concludes the month of July with a call to remain under the 'shelter of the Most High,' emphasizing that spiritual safety and upcoming breakthroughs depend on consistent dwelling in God's presence rather than occasional visits during crises.

Key points
  • True spiritual safety is found only by dwelling in the 'shelter of the Most High' rather than relying on finances, careers, or comfort zones.
  • Consistency is the antidote to spiritual drift; the enemy preys on the careless, but God preserves those who remain steadfast in prayer and worship.
  • Total surrender and sacrificial generosity (illustrated by the 35th-anniversary 'Faith Seed') act as an insurance policy against life's 'devourers.'
  • Opposition often increases as you approach your destiny, but weapons formed against you cannot prevail if you are under God's covering.
  • The final months of the year require a 'spiritual silence' and a willingness to release relationships that cannot go where God is taking you.

Identify one area where you have been relying on your own strength or 'comfort zone' and consciously surrender it to God this week by committing to a daily time of prayer under His 'covering.'

Reflection questions
  1. Are you just visiting God in emergencies, or are you making His presence your permanent residence?
  2. What 'fiery darts' or oppositions have you faced recently that might actually be a sign you are approaching a breakthrough?
  3. Is there a relationship or a 'habit of speech' that you need to release to move into the next season God has for you?
  4. How does the visual of God's pavilion or canopy change the way you view the trials you are currently facing?

0:00really, He has shown us what
0:02can happen when we as a
0:08people recommit our lives to Him.
0:13I don't know what your experience
0:19has been in the month of
0:25July, but I promise you, if
0:31you let go and let God
0:39He will not only show up mightily in your life, but he'll use
0:45your experience as a testimony that God is well able. A part of
0:51what we do here at the Faith Center in every service is to
0:57give all of you, whether you're here or you're streaming, an opportunity to
1:03sow into the ministry, to help us to do kingdom work.
1:08You have to see giving greater than just a preacher begging
1:14for money. This should be our reasonable service unto God. That
1:20when God blesses us with a job, with a place of
1:25business, any form of income, that we should make a decision
1:31to return a portion of that to his house, his temple.
1:37so that the work of the kingdom can continue. Remember, the gospel is
1:43always free. Nobody should ever charge you for the gospel. But the business
1:49of the gospel in the earthly realm must be taken care of by
1:54kingdom citizens. And so for the month of July, we've asked all of
2:00you, those of you streaming on campus, To let this month
2:06be a month that you make a sacrificial seed unto God.
2:12If the heart is there, God will get it to you.
2:17If he can get the blessing through you, don't miss this,
2:23he'll get it to you. If you have no desire to
2:29be generous, then he cannot trust you with more. You should
2:34never, even in your nothingness, the things you don't have, Never
2:40say or with the mindset I can't do because the moment you've done that
2:46you shut off the valve that pours the blessing in your life. So when
2:51God gives you an opportunity to give and you honestly don't have it, your
2:57prayer should be God, I want to do it and he will honor his
3:03word. And I wonder how many of you here streaming who God
3:08wanted to do something in July for you, but he was just waiting for
3:14obedience. The Bible says obedience is better than the sacrifices that you make. Maybe
3:20he's asking you, here's a portion I want you to give to the furtherance
3:26of my work here on the earth, but you have yet to obey. I
3:31am telling you, When you honor God with your substance, the Bible says
3:37he will then rebuke the devourer. It's like an insurance policy. When you
3:43honor God with a portion of what you earn. And listen, you got
3:49to think with me here. For most of us, let's be honest, we
3:54don't have enough anyway. Let me say it again. For most of us,
4:00we don't have enough anyway. Your income and all the monies that are
4:05coming in is not enough. So when you're running with insufficient funds,
4:11what do you do? You look to the hills. From whence cometh your help?
4:17You take out of what you already have and you say, God, it's a
4:22seed. And watch him surprise you. I can't tell you how many people have
4:28walked up to me and shared with me, Bishop, I didn't have it, but
4:34my heart, my prayer was to give it and God did it. This morning,
4:39another young lady said, walked up to me in the lobby. "Where are you,
4:45Mimi?" "Mimi, where are you?" "Stand wherever you are." "Mimi, where's Mimi?" "Would you
4:51come here for a second, Mimi?" "Come here." Give her a microphone. A couple
4:57of weeks, I think it was, she saw me in the lobby and she
5:02came back today. Give her the mic and let her come up here.
5:08and with tears in her eyes, you know, and shared her testimony and I asked
5:13her, I said, "Look, would you mind talking today?" And she says, "No, I'm shy.
5:18I don't like the crowd." And I said, "You can do it." I said, "Somebody
5:22in here need to hear this today, all right?" So I know you're breathing, you're
5:27out of breath. Okay, we're with you, we're with you. You're gonna make it, girl.
5:32You're gonna make it. All right. Tell us what you told me
5:38in the lobby this morning. Hold the microphone close to
5:43your mouth, please. Good morning, everyone. Once again, my name
5:49is Mimi. Sorry. I spoke to Pastor Henry. I told
5:55him two weeks ago. Thank you. I told him two
6:00weeks ago I wanted to give $350 to the church.
6:06My job owed me money, and they noticed that, and
6:12I prayed on it, and I said, Lord, I
6:18If they give me $350, I'm gonna give it to the church. I
6:24have it right here, $350 in my hand. I was here two weeks
6:29ago with my mom and I also told her the same thing. I
6:35said, "Mom, if I get blessed with $350, "I'm going to give it
6:41to my church." And on it, it said, "God did this, amen." -
6:46If God did this, amen, quickly Mimi, what would you say to people,
6:52whether they're here or they're streaming, who just feel financially they
6:57can't or they just confused with where they are financially based on
7:03your experience with god what would you say to them trust in
7:09god trust in god because i gave him my trust you can
7:15as well trust in him well i got baptized here i got
7:21baptized here my brother christ rodarius got me into this church wow
7:26thank you thank you thank you Well, see, it wasn't that difficult. You,
7:32you're a pro now. You're a pro now. You can speak on a Sunday morning
7:38now. All right? No? No? No? Okay. Would you give it up for her? Thank
7:44you so much. Thank you. So quickly, here's what we're going to do. I want
7:50every person who have not yet made that pledge. Remember, most of you normally give
7:56every Sunday. Thank you for your giving. Thank you for making ministry continue each and
8:02every week. But those of you who want to be like Mimi
8:08this morning, would you just trust God this morning? Would you trust him? You're streaming
8:13online and you may be thinking, how can I? We've asked for 350. I am
8:18not here to promise you he's going to do this or he's going to do
8:23that. How we came up with that number, we're just asking everyone to give $10
8:28a year for the length of this church. We are in ministry now for 35
8:34years. And we ask that you will sow a seed of $10 per year
8:39for us. We've even asked some of you who God has blessed tremendously, if you
8:45can give $1,000, then you do that. You can give $1,000 or more. But if
8:50you don't have it, it is, I know a lot of us can do the
8:56350, but there's some of us who honestly can't. What is your best? Is it
9:02$100? You know, what is your best? There's a lot of
9:07me-me's in this room online. All God wants from you is your
9:13willingness. There are monies that are tied up right now that one
9:19act of obedience can release it. And if God wants you to
9:24give a certain amount, can you imagine how much more he wants
9:30to bring in your pocket? Amen. So we have some special envelopes.
9:37And on the envelopes, it says, My Faith Seed. If you're going to give towards
9:42that special request to the Faith Center, raise your hand and these ministers will walk
9:48around and give it to you. Come on, move around. Ministers, go around, move around.
9:54Everybody, make that effort. Make the effort. Those of you online, make the effort.
10:00And I just wish, can you imagine? It doesn't cost you anything to walk in
10:05faith. This young lady, two weeks ago, God, I want to do it. And she
10:10just trusted God. She's bringing her seed today. Bringing her seed today. And I think
10:15that God has much more for her in store. Amen. There's some people in the
10:20back there. Please make sure we give it out. But all of us, this is
10:26the last Sunday in July. Make sure you make that pledge. And give it to
10:31God, whatever amount you feel. And this morning, can I ask if you can, just
10:36if you can, again, don't feel obligated to this. I hope this doesn't turn you
10:41off. We cannot do ministry if we don't have the resources to do it. End
10:46of story. But if everyone could give at least $100 today, it would really help
10:51us to meet our budget this week. And I appreciate you for doing that. On
10:57the screen is ways to give. You can give by push pay. Text into that
11:02number that's on the screen. Make sure you use that number. And again, if you
11:08tried it once and somehow it's not working, please try again. Sometimes, you know, with
11:13technology, there's an issue, a glitch in the system and so forth. You can do
11:18it through Zelle. Make sure you're typing in the letters exactly the way you see
11:23them on the screen. For those of you who are streaming overseas, PayPal and thefaithcenterint.org,
11:29that's our website, are your best options to give. Some of you can call that
11:35number on your screen right now. There's a ministry operator waiting for you. There's another
11:41person all the way in the back there. Please raise your hand and make sure
11:46you get those envelopes. All right. Those of you who are giving, uh, your regular
11:52offerings and your tithe by using the offering envelopes in the pockets of your chairs.
11:57Look to your left, to your right, you will see it. And the Lord richly
12:02bless you for your giving this morning. Wouldn't it be wonderful if everybody in this
12:07house, before the end of the year, you sow that special seed. If you don't
12:13have it today, that's fine. God will never ask you for what you don't have.
12:19but if you can shift your funds around and say, "Lord, I give it to
12:24this house. I come here week after week. This is the house that feeds me.
12:29This is the house that empowers me every week. And so, Lord, I give it
12:33to this house and I'm trusting you. I promise you, he will bless you." Father,
12:38we thank you for the seed, the giving of your people now. May you bless
12:43the seed. May you multiply it. Thank you for taking care of the needs of
12:48this house because you've put it in our hearts to bring the tithe
12:54and the offering into the storehouse. And then you said you will rebuke
12:59the devourer, those little things that comes to take our money away. Father,
13:05I pray for those who willingly want to give. I know, like Mimi,
13:11you'll give it to them. Thank you that you're raising up people with
13:16a spirit of generosity in this house. And we give you all the
13:22praise for online viewers who sow week after week. Bless this offering.
13:28I know in this house you are tugging at people's heart.
13:34You're challenging them. This is your day. This is your moment.
13:39You can do this because I've empowered you to do it.
13:45Thank you for the breakthroughs that they will experience. In Jesus'
13:51mighty name. If you're given with a regular
13:57offering envelopes, you can pass the containers around and let's
14:03worship the Lord with giving. And I will go straight
14:09into the sermon right now and wrap things up. We're
14:14going to switch some things around this morning. God bless
14:20you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Pass those containers
14:26around. Thank you. The Lord bless you. Thank you so
14:32much for your giving this morning. Appreciate you. Appreciate you.
14:38Amen. At 3 o'clock today, the Council General
14:44of Jamaica will be hosting Jamaica's 64th Independence at 3 p.m. We'll invite you
14:49to come out. I know it's going to be a tight turnaround, but we
14:55would love to see you here this evening at 3 p.m. Hopefully you can
15:01join us on Wednesday for our midweek service. And then our young people will
15:07be having their Impact Night. We hope that you will support them. It's
15:13$10 to attend just to help them defray some of the cost that they
15:19have. We hope that you'll be a part of it. You can scan the
15:25QR code and get your ticket. The box office will be open immediately after
15:30service on today. Amen. Can we put our hands together one more time and
15:36thank God for what he's doing here at the Faith Center. Thank you so
15:42much for your giving today. Would you stand with me
15:47as I do my assignment, and that is to release
15:53you with the word for the week. Not just for
15:58today, but what will propel you throughout this week. I
16:04want to take you to a book in Psalm that
16:10we've been talking about throughout this month and that is
16:16Psalm 91. Psalm 91. There are two verses I want us
16:21to read. Two verses. And I'm going to ask for your
16:27participation this morning that we all read it out loud that
16:32Psalm 91, this is a prayer of David. It's a challenge
16:38to all of us and hopefully the Holy Spirit will speak
16:43to us this morning with these two verses. Are
16:49you ready? Let's read. Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most
16:55High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say
17:00of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God
17:06in whom I trust. Father, thank you for your word today. Bless
17:11your people. Let this word minister to their hearts I
17:17pray in Jesus name Amen God bless you you may be seated
17:23in the presence of the Lord I'm gonna try to do this
17:29as quickly as possible today but I told you earlier I was
17:35struggling whether or not I should just flow with what's flowing or
17:41should I still deliver this word and I strongly believe in my
17:47spirit that God wants me to share this with you.
17:52As we conclude the month of July, I believe that many
17:58of us can honestly say that this has been more than
18:03just another month on the calendar. It has been a month
18:09of spiritual renewal. For many, July has been a month of,
18:15number one, recommitment. surrender, consecration, generosity, and revival. You see,
18:20God has been calling us back to himself. Not because
18:26he moved away from us, but because he desires a
18:32deeper relationship with us. Some of you have developed a
18:37fresh hunger for God, and that's good. It's good that
18:43you have developed a fresh hunger for God. And
18:48whenever there is a genuine hunger for God,
18:54faith begins to rise. When faith rises, expectations
19:00change. When expectations change, possibilities expand. That is
19:06why I believe the remainder of 2026 will
19:12not simply be about surviving, But it will
19:17be about witnessing God's supernatural hand at work in your life.
19:23The Apostle Paul reminds us in 1 Corinthians 2:9, and you've
19:29got to hear this. He says, "Eyes have not seen, nor
19:35ears heard, nor have entered into the heart of a man
19:40the things which God has prepared for those who love Him."
19:48If I was to sum up this verse, I will sum it up this way.
19:52Paul is trying to tell us that your best days are ahead of you.
19:58That you haven't seen all of the blessings that God has
20:04in store for you. So I believe that God has blessings
20:09and opportunities and breakthroughs, healing, restoration and favor waiting for those
20:15who remain faithful. Notice those who remain faithful. Let me say
20:20it again. Those who remain faithful. But there's something we must
20:26understand. about what I just said. You see, the closer
20:32you get to God's purpose, watch this, the greater the opposition
20:37often becomes. Anytime you make a commitment to rededicate your life
20:43to God, to develop a hunger for God, the enemy is
20:49going to come after you. So let me give you a
20:55spiritual forecast for the next five months. The
21:01enemy is not going to surrender because you recommitted yourself to God. Don't
21:07believe now that you have surrendered to God, now that God is Lord
21:13of your life, that the enemy is going to retreat. He's not going
21:18to stop because you started praying again. He's not going to quit because
21:24you decided to fast or to become serious about your faith walk.
21:30In fact, scripture reminds us in 1 Peter 5 and verse
21:368, he says, be alert and be sober minded. Be alert,
21:42be sober minded. Be alert, be sober minded. Why? The enemy,
21:48the devil prowls around like a roaring lion seeking for someone
21:54to devour. That's his assignment. He's looking for you.
22:00He knows how dedicated you are to God. He knows how serious you are to
22:06God. Some of you, listen, you know it by now, your only option is God.
22:11That's it. You've made up in your mind that your only option is to turn
22:17to God. And so what the enemy is going to do, he
22:23is going to prowl around, if you will. He's going to dance around
22:29and plant himself around the circumstances of your life because his goal is
22:34to get you. That's his goal. Notice the Bible says he's looking. He's
22:40looking for you. He's looking for those who become careless.
22:46He's looking for those who drift away. He's looking for those
22:51who abandon their spiritual discipline. But hear God's promise in Isaiah
22:5754:17. He says, "Even though the devil is a prowler, even
23:03though he's looking around and he's trying to get you, the
23:09Bible says no weapon forged against you will prevail." You
23:15see the weapons will form, the attack may come, the pressure may increase, but if
23:20you remain under God's covering, it will not destroy you. And I just want to
23:26tell a few of you this morning who are here, who are streaming, that I
23:31don't care what you are going through, if you are God's child, no weapon that
23:37the enemy has formed against you will ever prosper. It's not going to work.
23:43But here's what you gotta know my friends. The safest
23:49place during the next five months of this year is
23:54simply is not going to be in your comfort zone.
24:00The safest place to be is not in your comfort
24:06zone. It is not in your finances. Lord knows it's not
24:11in your finances. I don't care how much money you got saved up. I
24:17don't care how your credit card is still available to charge things on it.
24:23Let me tell you something. Don't you trust in chariots and horses? Don't you
24:28trust in your money alone? Because I've been telling
24:34you and I'm not standing here as a pastor trying to be no
24:40prophet because we've seen so many false prophets and people just trying to
24:46get clicks and likes on social media and keep prophesying this is going
24:52to happen. I am not and I don't need any credit for this.
24:57But I've been warning you there's some stuff that's about to happen. There's
25:03some stuff that's about to happen to America and the world.
25:10that you better make sure your anchor grips
25:15the solid rock. You cannot trust your finances.
25:21Your security is not in your career. It
25:27is under the covering of Almighty God. Psalm
25:3291, it tells us, "Whoever dwell in the
25:38shelter of the Most High will rest in
25:43the shadow of the Almighty." Notice the
25:49word dwell. It means to remain, to stay,
25:54to continue. Not just to visit occasionally. Not
26:00seeking God only during emergencies. You know when
26:06you're in trouble. Help me God, help me.
26:12No, but it is to make his presence
26:17your permanent residence. Those who dwell under God's
26:23covering. Discover that his protection is greater than life's
26:29circumstances. I don't know where you are today in life.
26:34I don't know where you are. But you need to
26:40come from where you are and get under the presence
26:45of Almighty God. There's a place. The Bible says, what
26:51the psalmist says, whoever dwells, it's a proposition. Nobody's forcing you to do
26:57it. God's not forcing you to come to him. He's not forcing you
27:03to look to him, the off and the finish of your faith. He's
27:08giving you an invitation. Whoever dwells in the shelter, a safe place, the
27:14shadow of the almighty, you'll be safe. You'll be safe.
27:20You're hanging out of the wrong places. And God has given
27:26you an invitation for the next five months of this year
27:31to be safe. You cannot trust the systems of the world
27:37anymore. You cannot trust religion anymore. You cannot trust people anymore.
27:43But there's one person who will never fail you. His name
27:49is Jesus. And it's time you come from
27:55among them. Come out of the crowd and totally surrender your life to
28:00God. Today we've been talking about the blood of Jesus. We took communion
28:06and there's something about the shelter of God. There's something about the shelter
28:12of God. Listen, he's not coming to you. You've got to come to
28:18him. Please bring me the sheet. Please bring me the sheet. Now I need four
28:23guys here with me. I need four. Duval, come here quickly. Come here. Yes, come
28:27here. I need four guys. I need two more. Two more. Two more. Two more.
28:31Quickly. Two more. Two more guys. Two more. Yes. I got it. I got it.
28:35I got it. I got it. Do me a favor. Open this and you're going
28:39to make like a canopy, like an umbrella. Just open up both ends, please. Quickly.
28:44I want to do this quick because I'm almost out of time. Hold it up.
28:48Hold it up. So the scripture says, I want to read
28:53it again because now it's going to make sense. Whoever dwells
28:59in the shelter, the shelter that God has created, not the
29:05one that you've created. Oh, so you think you are safe
29:11because you got a degree and you got your job and
29:17you got a little bit of money or you've got connections.
29:22That's your covering. But what you're going to do when you're
29:29off your covering whoever dwells in the shelter the
29:35safest place is in the shelter of god almighty
29:40because when you're under his pavilion ain't nothing can
29:46touch you i double dog dare the devil to
29:52come into the perimeters that god has put around
29:57you to mess with you because when you're in
30:03the shelter of the most high god This is
30:09where his presence, his blessings, his anointing will overtake you. And
30:15so I don't care what age you are. I don't care
30:21what age you are. Bring the four chairs out. I don't
30:26care what age you are. You may be a young person
30:32this morning. I'm telling you this morning. Listen to me carefully.
30:38You better leave where you're at and get under the covering.
30:44Because when trouble takes you, There's only one place to
30:49run to where do I go to I run to the rock Anybody
30:55know who that rock is? I said anybody knows who that rock is
31:01that rock is Jesus He said upon this rock. I build my church.
31:07I just stopped by to encourage somebody here today Ain't nobody can mess
31:13with you ain't nobody can harm you can hurt you
31:19when you're under the shelter of the most high God.
31:25Let them work their witchcraft. Let them point things at
31:31you. Let them talk about you. They're nothing before you
31:37can be against. Tell your neighbor, get under the pavilion
31:42of God. Get under the covering of God. So it's
31:48going to require you to leave your comfort zone. Come
31:54here. It's gonna require you to leave your comfort zone and
32:00watch this You don't sit where God wants you to sit where you
32:05want to sit you sit where he place you know You sit where
32:11he place you I'm going somewhere with this. I'm going somewhere with this
32:17It's time you leave your comfort zone. Come here, sir. Come here. I'm
32:23talking to you It's time you leave the season of comfort God's
32:29trying to push you into your destiny. He's trying to birth something
32:34great out of your eyes of not seeing. You have yet to
32:40hear the elevation that God wants to bring into your life. In
32:45fact, he'll prepare a table before you in the presence of your
32:51enemies. He lets your enemies see and watch how he's getting ready
32:57to bless you. Don't know this is for come
33:03on sir. Come on. Come on be seated there be seated there I
33:08need me a child who's about ten years ten years the first kid
33:14that is about ten run up here real fast I'm going something and
33:20about ten ten anybody come here. Come here, sweetheart even Children listen to
33:26me parents listen to me parents stop worrying about your kids what you
33:32gotta make sure that Like my mom when she was alive. I grew
33:37up where my mom would wake up 2 o'clock in the morning, 3 o'clock in
33:43the morning and she'll come to our room. Glory to God. And she'll make sure
33:48we're under the covering of God. while we're sleeping all my mom would
33:54do I bless them in the name of the Father the blood the
34:00blood of Jesus touch my boy touch my girl in the name of
34:06Jesus you've got to start warfarin for your children right now the devil
34:11is out to get them but if you bring them on to the
34:17pavilion of God no weapon formed against them will ever prosper and here's
34:23what I love God because there are times the enemy will see that
34:29you are under God's pavilion and he's a prowler I read it before he's a
34:35prowler he's looking around to find a way where he can shoot his darts at
34:41you because he says he knows I can't get under the pavilion the devil can't
34:47go where God placed you He'll bribe you, he'll
34:53push you, come. He'll call you, he'll attempt to get you out of
34:58the pavilion. And when he can't get you out of the shelter of
35:04God, he'll try to shoot darts at you. But the thing I love
35:09about the psalmist when he says, whoever dwell in the shelter of the
35:15Most High will rest. Somebody shout rest. Will rest in the shadow of
35:20the Almighty. Here is what God is getting ready to do it. I don't know
35:26if you're going to shout like me, but when he showed it to me, I
35:30almost lost my mind when I was putting my notes together. He said, Henry, tell
35:35the people it's time to rest.
35:45You know why? Because every fiery darts of the enemy is not going
35:51to work now. You know why? Because he says, son, I'm about to
35:57do something the next five months of 2026 that is going to cover
36:03my people so well that everything the devil tries, it won't work. This
36:09is what God's getting ready to do. Work with me here. Come on.
36:15Hit somebody and tell them I'm fully covered. Tell
36:21somebody else I'm fully covered. Whatever the enemy is trying in
36:27the next five months got you covered from the back, from
36:32the front, from the side. I'm telling you, God's about to
36:38elevate you to a new high and blow your mind. Somebody
36:44shout out. Stay right there. Stay right there. I'm almost through.
36:49So here are four commitments you need to activate for the
36:55rest of 2026. Please be seated for a quick moment.
37:01Number one, you got to stay consistent. Got to stay consistent,
37:07man. The Bible says do not become weary in doing good.
37:12Don't you stop doing good for at the proper time, proper
37:18time, proper time. God, you will reap, the Bible says, a
37:23harvest if you do not give up. One of the greatest
37:29enemies of spiritual growth is inconsistency. Many people
37:34begin strong but fail to finish well. Consistency builds
37:40character. Consistency strengthens faith. Consistency positions you for God's
37:46promises. So don't let disappointment interrupt your devotion to
37:52God. Stay grounded in prayer. Stay faithful in worship.
37:58Stay committed in God's word. Stay planted where God
38:04leads. has called you to stay there oh it's
38:10uncomfortable you know in a society where everybody wants
38:16to show off but god's got you covered he's
38:22hiding you from things that you don't even see
38:27so stay grounded in prayer stay faithful in worship
38:33stay committed to god's word number two learn who
38:39and you see what i was preaching to myself
38:44when i was getting the notes man number two
38:50learn of silence. Proverbs 17:28, "Even fools
38:56are thought wise if they keep silent."
39:02The problem with some of you, you
39:07talk too much. You got to explain
39:13yourself to everybody. Not everything deserves an
39:18explanation. Not every criticism deserves a response.
39:24Not every opinion deserves your attention.
39:29Jesus often reminds or remained silent before those who
39:35were determined to misunderstand him. Sometimes God fight battles
39:41that your words will only be quiet. You don't
39:47have to respond. Let God defend your character while
39:53you remain faithful to the call. You stay where
39:59he has planted you. Number three. Accept that
40:05everyone cannot go where God has taken you.
40:10I can't dance, but I got to do
40:15a little bit of dance myself. Go where
40:21God has taken you. Genesis 12 verse 1,
40:26we find the story where God told Abraham,
40:31Go to a land that I will show
40:37you. When Abraham was called, God called him
40:42away from the place he was familiar with.
40:48but he made a mistake, made a mistake.
40:54He took somebody with him that God said
40:59no to. Every season in your life requires,
41:05watch this, difficult decisions. Everyone who started with
41:10you cannot always continue with you. Not because
41:16they are bad people, but because every assignment
41:21requires, watch this, different relationships. So
41:27don't allow guilt to keep you connected to people who
41:33God has released from the next chapter of your life.
41:39You don't owe them any explanation. When God released people,
41:45let them go. All you need to do is to
41:51walk forward with love, but always obedient. Finally, number four,
41:57pursue God above everything else. Matthew 6, 33 tells us,
42:02seek first the kingdom of God as righteousness and all these things will
42:08be added to you as well. So our greatest pursuit should never be,
42:14watch this, success. Should never be possessions, should never be recognition. Our greatest
42:20pursuit should always be to know God and to at the right place,
42:26at the right time, where he has planted us. The more you know
42:32about Him, the more you know about Him is the more clearly you'll recognize
42:38His voice, the more clearly you'll recognize Him and the more confident you will
42:44walk in His purpose for your life. So as we prepare for the final
42:49five months of this year, please remember this, the greatest victory you can experience
42:55is not merely reaching, watch this, another goal, it is remaining under the covering
43:01of Almighty God because storms will come opposition
43:06will come unexpected moments will come but those
43:12who remain in God's presence only those who
43:17remain in God's presence the Bible says will
43:23dwell forever I say this Psalm 121 verse
43:297 and verse 8 the Lord will keep
43:34you watch this this is the word when
43:40all hell breaks loose The
43:46Lord will keep you from some harm. What does
43:51your Bible say? All harm. He will watch over
43:57your life. The Lord will watch over your coming
44:03and your going. Both now. Both now. So you're
44:09going to be alright in August. You're going to
44:14be alright in September. Oh yes, you're going to
44:20be alright in October. You're going to be fine
44:26in November. Come December, oh, he's still
44:31watching over you. Why? Because you're under the covering
44:37as uncomfortable as it feels. Come on, hold both
44:43ends. Because I don't know how you work with
44:49me here. Too fast, too fast. But at the
44:55right, let them talk. Let them say, where is
45:01she? Where is he? I haven't heard anything. Let
45:07them talk. God's got you for a set time.
45:13Because when the right time comes and he lifts the veil.
45:19Hello world. It's a brand new you. My eyes have not
45:25seen what God is doing in your life. I'm telling you
45:31the next season of your life God is going to showcase
45:36you to the world. Somebody ought to give him a praise
45:42in this house. Stand on your feet everybody. Please work with
45:48me. If you don't have to leave, just stay right where you are. You
45:54don't have to log off right now. I'm going to let you go. Thank
46:00you so much, everyone. Thank you so much. But I please, please, I really
46:06want you to hear this. In fact, would you hold hands with your neighbor?
46:12Would you do that? Just hold hands with somebody that you're standing next to.
46:18I'm telling you this morning. I'm telling you. Get onto the pavilion. Get onto
46:24the shelter of God. Because, again, I don't... If you
46:30don't believe me, that's fine. But the devil,
46:35God has given him permission to make a
46:40move. He can't make no move without God.
46:46So God gave him a permission to make
46:51a move. But it's all in the plan
46:57of God. Because all things, as uncomfortable as
47:02it is, all things work together for good
47:08to them that love the Lord and are
47:13called to accomplish purpose. So there
47:19are going to be some series of
47:24events that is going to shock the
47:30core of who we are. And if
47:36you're playing church, you only get under
47:41the pavilion when there's an emergency. You're
47:47going to come to the door and
47:52it's locked because you didn't heed the
47:58warning. This is not for people who
48:04just want to visit God. He that
48:09dwelleth, stay, remain. If you stand, whatever
48:15you do for the next five months,
48:23force yourself to get in the
48:28word and surrender your life because
48:33I'm telling you what's about to
48:38hit us. Thank you, Holy Spirit.
48:44If you think COVID was bad,
48:49COVID was a preparation. Get under
48:54his. I am not sent here
48:59today to scare you. He who
49:05has an ear, let him hear
49:10what the Spirit of God is
49:15saying. Father, I've concluded
49:21my assignment. I did what you wanted me to
49:26do this morning. I joined with your people this
49:32morning to say we surrender everything to you. We
49:37open our hearts asking you to be Lord over
49:43our lives. We pull ourselves away from the crowd,
49:48the toxicity, and we place ourselves under your word
49:54that you will heal us from all the diseases,
49:59not just physical but mental. Emotional that you
50:05will help us so that when the storm
50:11comes it's not if when the prowler gained
50:17access by permission when he touched Job you
50:22gave him permission you went to him and
50:28you said have you considered my servant Job
50:34and he got excited because he that Job
50:40was only serving you because of how you
50:46blessed him So it is today
50:51many of us are just serving you going to
50:57church when we feel like Reading our Bible when
51:03we have time or when we're in trouble We're
51:09looking for scripture to prove to perform magic, but
51:15Joel was faithful You gave the devil permission to
51:21go to job Oh job experience a series of
51:27disaster touched his family his wealth his
51:33Even his physical body his partner said to him out of
51:39concern Might as well you just walk away from God but
51:44Job knew the importance of that covering Job was willing to
51:50say though he slay I don't care if I lose my
51:56job. I don't care if I lose my bank account I
52:02don't care if my family members start dying. I don't care
52:08if the devil hit me with a sickness That's not even
52:14in my bloodline though. He slay me Yet, I'm
52:20gonna trust God all my appointed time. I'm gonna wait
52:25till my change comes. So there are many of us
52:31in this room today as we join hands together saying,
52:36"We gonna wait on you God." Because some of us
52:42have been to the bottom and there's only one place
52:47to go. It's to the top. And we can't wait
52:53for the elevation. We can't wait to see what you're
52:58gonna unveil to the world of your goodness. towards us.
53:04Bless this congregation. Let them leave with this word. Let them never
53:10forget it. Let us all receive it, go home with it on
53:16our jobs this week knowing that you want us to get under
53:22your covering. Yes Lord, thank you. Thank you for their faithfulness and
53:28giving. Thank you for those who will obey. Thank you for those
53:33who will pray, stand with this church, volunteer and to do all
53:39that they need to do to take culture to the streets.
53:45Give us a wonderful week this week. I believe this message is
53:51covering someone from something the enemy planned this week. Help them to
53:57remember the demonstration for the rest of their lives. Lift your hands
54:03now everybody. And it's our benediction that we declare every service. We
54:08don't normally use the doxology that's normally many churches use it. They
54:14take it from the Bible. Nothing wrong with that. But
54:20this is the signature the DNA of this church. We
54:26are faith people and faith in God will move mountains
54:31Why? Because this church is under the pavilion the shelter
54:37of God we believe that Oh the enemy tried to
54:43destroy us, but when you're under the pavilion of God
54:48I promise you his covering will shield you. Lift hands
54:54and let's say it out loud faith in God
54:59We'll move mountains out of your life. God bless you. Have a wonderful
55:05day. We'll see you Wednesday. If you can make it back to the
55:11Jamaica event, their 64th anniversary of independence, please, 3 p.m. Thank you so
55:17much, visitors, those of you streaming. And remember, please, if you have not
55:23yet sown your seed, do so
55:27I believe God has
55:33prompted you to sow
55:39that special seed that
55:44we've asked for they'll
55:50put it on the
55:56screen you want to
56:01be a part of
56:07it God bless you
56:13have a great afternoon

58:23Oh
