Summary
Dr. G Oliver Barnes explores Simon Peter's 'nevertheless' moment in Luke 5, demonstrating how radical obedience to God's word can turn a night of failure into a miraculous overflow. The sermon encourages believers to return to the places of their defeats with renewed faith, trusting that God specializes in the impossible.
Key points
- •The ship of Simon Peter was transformed from a place of toil and frustration into a place of intimacy and divine instruction when Jesus stepped on board.
- •Faithful obedience requires 'washing our nets' first, meaning we must clear away malice, confusion, and spiritual debris to be ready for God's blessings.
- •The 'nevertheless' of faith acknowledges the reality of past failure and current exhaustion while choosing to act on the authority of Jesus' word.
- •Our darkest 'tunnels' are not dead ends; even when we cannot see the exit, we must hold on to God's hand until the light appearing ahead signaling our delivery.
- •Victories are often found in the exact locations where we previously experienced defeat, provided we return with a fresh mandate from Christ.

Life application
Identify an area in your life where you have experienced 'toil and nothing taken'-perhaps a relationship, a career hurdle, or a spiritual struggle. This week, consciously yield that area to Christ by saying, 'Nevertheless, at Your word, I will try again,' and watch for His instruction rather than relying on your own expertise.
Reflection questions
- In what areas of your life are you currently 'washing your nets' because you feel you have toiled all night with no results?
- How does Peter's response to Jesus challenge your reliance on your own professional or personal experience versus divine instruction?
- What 'debris' or 'malice' might you need to wash out of your spirit today so that you can properly receive what God wants to pour into your life?
- Can you identify a 'tunnel moment' in your past where you felt surrounded by darkness but eventually saw the light of God's deliverance?

1:00>> Pastor, do I
1:03receive the attention of the folks of
1:05the brethren of the saints to stand
1:07while reading the word. All right,
1:09please would you stand with me? Thank
1:11you.
1:16In the book according to St. Luke 5:es
1:191-8
1:22the word of God tells us
1:25and it came to pass that as the people
1:29pressed upon him to hear the word of God
1:33he stood by the lake of Jeset
1:37and saw two ships
1:40standing by the lake but the fishermen
1:45were gone out of them and were washing
1:49their nets.
1:52And he entered into one of the ships,
1:56which was Simon,
1:58and prayed him that he would thrust out
2:02a little from the land. And he sat down
2:06and taught the people out of the ship.
2:09Yes.
2:11>> Now when he had left speaking, he said
2:15unto Simon, "Lunch out
2:20into the deep and let down your nets for
2:23a drought."
2:25Simon answered,
2:27"Said unto him, Master,
2:32we have toiled all the night
2:36and have taken nothing. Nevertheless,
2:40at thy word
2:42I will let down
2:45the net.
2:47Hallelujah. Jesus.
2:50And when they had this done, they
2:53enclosed a great multitude of fishes,
2:57and their net break,
3:01and they beckoned unto their partners
3:04which were in the other ship, that they
3:08should come and help them. And they came
3:12and filled both the ships so that they
3:16began to sink.
3:18When Simon Peter saw it,
3:22>> he fell down at Jesus's feet,
3:26>> at his knees, saying,
3:29"Depart from me, for I am a man,
3:36a sinful man,
3:39oh Lord.
3:43I preach to you from a simple subject
3:47matter.
3:49Nevertheless,
3:52thank you. You may be seated.
4:04Let's consider
4:07this ship, this vessel.
4:11It was a place of
4:14intimacy
4:16up until
4:19then. Peter's boat had been a place of
4:23toil,
4:25labor,
4:27and frustration.
4:30It was a vessel used to seek out
4:34a meager living.
4:37But when Jesus climbed on the boat,
4:42that boat became a place
4:46of personal closeness,
4:49intimacy,
4:51and fellowship.
4:53It was a place where all who were on
4:58board could be close
5:01to Jesus Christ himself.
5:06It was a place of instruction.
5:11Jesus turned that humble vessel into a
5:15pulpit
5:17>> from which he preached the word of God.
5:22Those on board and those within eyes
5:27shut were given the privilege of hearing
5:32Jesus Christ instruct them in the things
5:38of the Lord. Ladies and gentlemen,
5:42please hear me out today.
5:46These
5:48disciples
5:50that were in
5:53the ship,
5:55>> they have had
5:58some real authentic
6:02experience
6:03with Jesus Christ.
6:07>> They saw him open
6:10the eyes of the blind.
6:14They saw him
6:16commanded demons to leap out
6:20>> of those who were being possessed.
6:23>> Oh yeah.
6:25>> They were in his presence.
6:29>> When he went down to Bethany
6:33>> where the body of Lazarus was deep down
6:38in that cave.
6:41And when
6:43he called for Lazarus
6:47to come forth,
6:49>> Lazarus came forth bound and wrapped up
6:53in grave clothes.
6:56>> But because Jesus was not the one who
6:59tied him up,
7:01>> he looked at them and he said, "Loose
7:04him
7:06>> and let him go."
7:08They saw him doing some marvelous things
7:14>> in life. Hallelujah Jesus.
7:18>> Hallelujah.
7:19>> Hallelujah.
7:20They were in his presence.
7:24My brothers and sisters
7:29>> when blind Binus came into his presence
7:35>> and cried out for help.
7:39>> And when there were others telling him,
7:41"Shut it down. Close your mouth." He
7:45said, "I need help.
7:47>> Jesus is my help.
7:50and I must receive my help.
7:54Ladies and gentlemen, saints of the most
7:56high God, when God gets ready
8:01to help you. When God gets ready to set
8:06you up,
8:07no devil from hell, no demon from hell
8:11can shut it down.
8:16I feel the shakina glory of God in this
8:20place of worship.
8:23And so my brothers and sisters,
8:28as the word of God tells us,
8:32please take note of it that these men
8:36that were at sea
8:39in their fishing boat,
8:42>> they were not navvice.
8:45>> They were wellvered. They were well
8:48learned. They were well taught how to
8:52fish.
8:53>> They knew how to fish.
8:56>> Hallelujah. Probably they knew, you
8:58know, I have been on fishing boat before
9:03in deep waters and the captain would
9:07stop the boat and he would drop his
9:11anchor and he said, "There's some fish
9:13here. This is the best place to fish."
9:16But to be honest with you,
9:19I never caught one.
9:25But here
9:27were these men who knew how to fish.
9:33>> Jesus knew
9:36their need. Uh-huh.
9:38>> He gave them
9:40>> a mandate
9:42word,
9:43>> right?
9:44>> To drop their net,
9:48>> cast their net for a drought.
9:52>> Simon Peter was the one who opened his
9:55mouth
9:57>> and said, "Master,
10:00>> Simon,
10:02we have been there before."
10:05>> Oh, yes. We have dropped our net there
10:09before
10:10>> and nothing happened
10:14>> and we are
10:17wellver in fishing.
10:20>> We know what we're doing.
10:22>> Hallelujah.
10:24>> But Jesus said, "Listen to me.
10:27>> Follow my instruction.
10:30>> Cast your neck down for a drone."
10:34Peter shook his head. And I'm just
10:36paraphrasing here. Peter shook his head
10:40and he said, "You know what? He is God."
10:45You know something? He is the alpha and
10:48the omega.
10:50He is the first and the last.
10:54He is the I am that I am.
10:58You know something is a conquering lion
11:02from the tribe of Judah. I'm going to
11:06listen to him. And Peter came up with
11:11the powerful answer and said unto the
11:16Lord nevertheless
11:18[Music]
11:20[Applause]
11:22I'll drop my net. My brothers and
11:25sister, it was a moment of frustration
11:29in the life of Peter and the rest of
11:33men. They were being disappointed.
11:38>> Hello.
11:41>> They were going through
11:44some uncom uncomfortable
11:47moments in their lives
11:50because they have done that. They have
11:53been there and nothing happened. And
11:55here here came a man telling us to go
11:58back to the same pl. Let me tell you
12:00something here. The same place that you
12:03you feeling that you have been defeated.
12:07Don't give up on that spot.
12:10The same environment where you think
12:13that you have been cast down to rock
12:17bottom and everything seems to have been
12:20gone from you. Don't give up hope. Go
12:24back to that same place where you have
12:27been defeated and said, "It's me again,
12:30Lord. It's me again, Lord. Nevertheless,
12:35I'm going to obey you. Nevertheless,
12:38Lord, I'm going to drop my net. You say
12:42so. I'm going to take you by your word.
12:46Your word are powerful. It's not by my
12:50will. it by your will. Oh Lord, somebody
12:54shout hallelujah.
12:56Come on, shout hallelujah.
13:00Shout hallelujah.
13:02Not my will, Lord, but thine be done.
13:07Nevertheless nevertheless
13:09oh Lord, sit down for a moment here. Sit
13:13down for a moment. Some years ago,
13:17>> before we migrated
13:20to the United States of America,
13:27>> I
13:29I took a ride. I paid for it. I paid for
13:31my ticket
13:33to ride on a passenger
13:37train
13:39from Montega Bay which is the second
13:42city of Jamaica leaving Montego Bay to
13:47Kingston
13:49and that train
13:52and believe what I'm saying it was my
13:54first experience but the train seems to
13:57have
13:59put itself myself under a tunnel.
14:03It was black like midnight.
14:07And here I was, I was troubled. And my
14:09right was a wall and the left was a
14:12wall. What do I do? I can't jump out.
14:17I have to keep riding.
14:21And while sitting down in my seat, my
14:25heart was just pumping like this. And I
14:29said, "When this is going to be over,
14:31when this will be over." But somehow
14:34a word came to me,
14:37saying unto me, "Nevertheless,
14:41and I held on to this word,
14:45nevertheless." And when I look ahead,
14:49>> I notice that there was a light
14:54in front of us. That simple mean the
14:57train was about
15:00to exit from the tunnel.
15:04Sometimes we feel as if we are in a dark
15:09>> tunnel.
15:10>> Sometimes the tunnel had no light. It's
15:14black like midnight.
15:16What do we do? Sit down tight. Hold on
15:21to God's unchanging heart. Tell
15:24yourself,
15:26nevertheless,
15:28this is not the end of it. I'm going
15:31through in the name of the Lord Jesus
15:36Christ.
15:38>> Praise him. Praise him. Praise him.
15:40Praise him. Praise him. Praise him.
15:43Praise him. Praise God. These men were
15:48good fishermen.
15:50This was their profession.
15:53>> And they knew that the nets were
15:55generally full of branches. That's one
15:58thing that I want to share with you.
16:00Before they would cast the net down into
16:03the deep for a fish,
16:05>> they have to wash the net.
16:07>> Yes.
16:09>> Because the net could have been
16:10gathered, debris could have been
16:14gathered, some trash, some mud that
16:16should not be there. The net has got to
16:19be clean.
16:20>> And I so come to know this that when
16:25those of us are walking with the Lord
16:28for us to be blessed, for us to receive
16:31that which God has in store for us, we
16:34have to clean the net. We have to wash
16:37the net. We can't hallelujah catch the
16:41blessing of God when we have malice and
16:44confusion in our spirit. Our spirit has
16:47got to be right. Come on, somebody. The
16:51word of God tells us that the steps of a
16:54good man, they have been ordered by God.
16:57So order my steps, Lord. No matter what
17:00the circumstance is, no matter what the
17:03problem is, nevertheless, help me to
17:06wash my net. Help me to clean up my net
17:10so that I can launch out for a jump.
17:30The main thing is that they were feeling
17:34frustrated.
17:38I must confess,
17:40please don't laugh. I must confess a
17:43group of us we have left Fort Lauderdale
17:49to the keys to do some fishing and so
17:52help my God not one fish we caught and
17:57as not to allow our wives to get on our
18:00back to jeer us and to make sport of us.
18:05We stop on our way up and we bought
18:08fish.
18:16Thank you Jesus.
18:18>> Thank you Jesus.
18:21Bless the name of Jesus.
18:24Thank you Jesus.
18:27Praise God. I don't know what you call
18:29that. Is that wisdom? Is that
18:40Yes, I like that.
18:45Now,
18:47middleage
18:49Abraham,
18:50he set off across the desert with no
18:54more than this.
18:57Nevertheless Lord
19:00>> at thy word,
19:02>> Noah, he built an ark in the face of an
19:08believing world
19:10>> with no more than this. Nevertheless,
19:14>> at thy word,
19:17Moses
19:19defied Pharaoh looking to heaven and
19:23saying "Nevertheless
19:28at thy word.
19:30Joshua march around Jericho,
19:35day after day, with this in his heart.
19:40Nevertheless,
19:41at thy word. Hallelujah.
19:45Thank you, Jesus.
19:47Hallelujah.
19:49David,
19:51young David
19:53confronted all the doubting
19:57king,
19:59>> all the doubting enemies and all David
20:04could say.
20:06Nevertheless,
20:09when they have when the Amalachite seems
20:12to have invaded his home, his territory,
20:16and captured his wives, captives, his
20:18children, and took all the goods away
20:22from them, he made up his mind. He said,
20:24"I'm not going to let this thing go by
20:26because I serve a God. Nevertheless, I
20:29shall reap. I shall possess."
20:33>> Hallelujah. Thank you Jesus. Hallelujah.
20:38Jehoshaphat, King Jehoshaphat, he stood
20:41down in the valley of Megado when there
20:45were three armies that came against him.
20:48The armies of Moab, the armies of the
20:52Ammonites and the Oh, praise
20:56the name of the Lord Jesus. And when it
21:00seemed like the army of these three
21:03armies that gathered around King
21:05Jehoshaphat, it was a losing moment for
21:09him. But when Jehoshaphat looked around
21:12and said, "Oh God, where do I go from
21:15here? What do I do?" Hallelujah. What do
21:18I say? And Joseph look up. And maybe I'm
21:23just paraphrasing. He might have said,
21:24"Nevertheless, Lord, it's me again. I am
21:27your king, king of Judah. Nevertheless,
21:30Lord, hallelujah, to the name of the
21:33Lord Jesus Christ. Uh, and Jehoshaphat
21:36looked at some, Hallelujah, of those who
21:39can play. Hallelujah. The horns, put the
21:43horns in your mouth. Uh, and those of
21:45you who can sing, I want you to get
21:46ready to sing. And those of you who can
21:49shout, I want you to shout hallelujah to
21:52the name of Jesus. because I got a word
21:56uh uh to share with you. Nevertheless,
21:59uh it's going to happen. Nevertheless,
22:01God is going to step into my situation.
22:05Nevertheless, God is going to step into
22:08the midst of us. And God is going to
22:10show up. How many of you believe that
22:12God is about to show up?
22:16[Music]
22:16[Applause]
22:24Don't let nobody stop your progress.
22:30>> Let no one tell you that it cannot be
22:33done
22:35>> when you know that you know
22:38>> that you serve a God
22:42>> who is a never failing God.
22:47I've tried him.
22:51I have put him to the test.
22:54But not one given time
22:57>> the Lord has ever failed me.
23:03>> Sometimes
23:04the road seems tough.
23:08>> Sometimes the valley seems so deep.
23:12Sometimes the mountain seems so high.
23:17>> And when we try to climb that mountain,
23:20we have rocks to hurt our feet. But when
23:24we know that we have Jesus
23:28standing beside us,
23:34when we know that we have the Lord God
23:38of Israel,
23:40>> standing beside us,
23:43>> he will never fail us.
23:45>> He will see us through. Some of you
23:48under the sound of my voice, I don't
23:50know the pressure that you are under. I
23:53don't know what kind of problem or
23:57situation that you have been embarked
24:00on, but let me say this to you. The God
24:04that you know, the God that you serve,
24:09the God that you have prayed to, the God
24:12that have delivered you.
24:17Sometimes
24:18the storms will blow. Sometimes my
24:22brothers and sisters the water will
24:25raise high but in the name of the Lord
24:28Jesus Christ I come in this auditorium
24:32today to call upon the name of Jesus to
24:36plead the blood of Jesus upon any and
24:39every problem every circumstance you can
24:43walk out of this place today back to
24:46your respective home and said God has
24:49spoken to
24:50Nevertheless, I'm going through here.
24:54I'm going through that. But
24:56nevertheless, I'm coming through.
24:58Nevertheless, it's going to be all right
25:02for me.
25:08Nevertheless,
25:11nevertheless,
25:13nevertheless,
25:15>> comes what may.
25:18>> Hallelujah. Jesus.
25:21Nevertheless Lord hallelujah.
25:25Nevertheless Lord
25:27cover me.
25:30Secure me.
25:33Walk with me.
25:35>> Hallelujah.
25:36>> Talk with me.
25:38Hallelujah.
25:40Thank you, Jesus.
25:42I've tried everything
25:45>> and everybody
25:47around me, I've tried them,
25:50>> Lord.
25:52I haven't received
25:54the help that I need,
25:57>> but my help is in you.
26:00>> My help is in you in the name of the
26:03Lord.
26:04>> Hallelujah Jesus. Hallelujah Jesus. You
26:08know what the Bible says? sung trust in
26:11what?
26:13>> Horses and sung in what?
26:15>> Chariots,
26:16>> but what
26:17>> we
26:19>> will remember?
26:21>> The name
26:23>> of the Lord.
26:25>> Oh God.
26:27>> Hallelujah.
26:29>> Hallelujah.
26:30Bless me now, Lord. In the name of the
26:33Lord Jesus, bless this church. In the
26:37name of Jesus, bless this pastor. bless
26:40his wife. Bless this his family. Bless
26:43this church in the name of the Lord
26:46Jesus Christ. Somebody shout hallelujah.
26:49>> Hallelujah.
26:50>> Shout hallelujah.
26:52>> Hallelujah.
26:53>> Shout hallelujah.
26:55>> Hallelujah.
26:56>> One more time. I got it. I got it. I got
26:58it. Hallelujah. The devil is a liar. I
27:01said the devil is a liar. The devil is a
27:03liar. We came in the house of the Lord
27:07this afternoon. Some with trials, some
27:11with a burden. But in the name of the
27:15Lord Jesus Christ, you're coming out of
27:17it. You are coming out of it. All you
27:21got to do to say, "Nevertheless, Lord,
27:24nevertheless,
27:26I'm coming out. I'm coming out. I'm not
27:30here to die. I'm not here to stay in
27:33this problem. I'm coming out in the name
27:37of Jesus. Hallelujah. The writer said,
27:41"Hold to God unchanging hands." Oh Lord.
27:47Oh, praise the name of the Lord. How
27:49many of you are holding to the
27:51unchanging hand of God? Hold tight. Hold
27:55on. Everything going to be all right. I
27:59said everything going to be all right.
28:02Nevertheless,
28:03Satan, you are a liar. Satan, you are a
28:08thief. Satan, you are the father of our
28:12life. Jesus,
28:15I'm telling the Lord, nevertheless,
28:19everything going to be all right.
28:23[Applause]
28:28Everything
28:30everything
28:34>> everything
28:35>> going to be all right.
28:37>> It's going to be all right.
28:40>> Pastor AMS.
28:41>> Yes.
28:42>> Everything.
28:44>> It's going to be all right.
28:50>> My dear sister Melanie whom we have met
28:54for all these years along with your
28:55goodly husband. Hallelujah.
29:00>> You're goodly. Yeah. You're goodly
29:02husband. That's your husband. Yeah. We
29:04have met both of you.
29:07>> Yes.
29:09>> For years we have come to know each
29:12other.
29:14>> Yes. We have praise the name of the
29:18Lord.
29:19>> Sometimes
29:21they are rough road to try.
29:25Sometimes there are some deep valleys
29:28>> for us to walk through. But when we know
29:31that the Lord is with us,
29:36it is my sincere privilege
29:40today that somebody
29:43someone going to walk out of this
29:46building, this place of worship back to
29:49their respective homes and said, "It was
29:52certainly good
29:54for me to be in the house of the Lord.
29:59[Applause]
30:01Oh, glory to the name of Jesus.
30:05It's a blessing.
30:07Hallelujah. You are blessed.
30:11>> I said you are blessed.
30:14We are blessed.
30:16[Music]
30:18>> The blessing of the Lord is upon us.
30:21>> When I look at you folks worshiping God
30:24this morning, it came to my spirit.
30:27These are not ordinary people.
30:31>> These are special folks whom the Lord
30:34has ordained,
30:36>> whom the Lord has redeemed.
30:40>> And I notice you up here singing some
30:44powerful,
30:46some great songs to magnify and glorify
30:50God. And it came to me, pastor, it came
30:55to me
30:56that only the saints of God
31:00can rejoice the way that they have.
31:03>> And the day is coming when we all move
31:08into glory land.
31:11>> You hear me?
31:13>> Hallelujah, Jesus.
31:15And when we move up into glory land,
31:20>> I was taught
31:22I I I don't I haven't seen it in the
31:25Bible, but I was taught this way and I
31:28believe it that when we get into heaven,
31:33>> angels will have to step aside
31:38>> just to hear the redeemed
31:42>> sing redemption song.
31:44You know the reason for that? The angels
31:48has never been redeemed.
31:51>> So only the redeemed
31:53>> will be able to sing redemption.
31:57[Applause]
32:02>> And I'm so glad that we have been bought
32:05with a price. Not with silver, not with
32:08gold, but the precious blood of Jesus
32:13Christ. Let the redeemed shout
32:16hallelujah.
32:17>> Hallelujah.
32:18>> Let the redeemed shout hallelujah.
32:21>> Hallelujah.
32:23>> Let the redeemed shout hallelujah.
32:27>> God bless you in Jesus name.
32:31God bless you. God bless you. God bless
32:33you. God bless you. God bless you.
32:38Everybody let's stand in this house
32:40right now.
32:44>> Brother Barnes has just brought the word
32:46of the Lord to us.
32:48>> But it's not just for our hearing.
32:52>> It is to be applied to our heart.
32:56>> God knows what you're facing.
32:59I keep a diary as pastor when I meet
33:01with folks
33:03because I love and I did it just this
33:05past week. I love to go back through the
33:08diary when we first sit down and remind
33:12them of what their trial was
33:15>> when we met in 2014.
33:19>> And I remind them of how deep the valley
33:22was when we met in 2017.
33:26and I remind them of how deep it seemed
33:29to be in 2020.
33:32>> It's amazing how you walk through those
33:35remembrances
33:36[Music]
33:38>> because where you're at right now,
33:42you have a hard time remembering where
33:44he brought you from.
33:47But when you sit down and count your
33:51blessings
33:53[Applause]
33:59if you've never been brought out, you
34:03don't know what I'm talking about. You
34:06may think you're in a valley that's too
34:07deep or the mountain is too high or the
34:10way is too long because it seems
34:12impossible. But God specializes in
34:16things thought impossible.
34:20>> And he will bring you out
34:24>> without a doubt.
34:26>> Hallelujah.
34:27>> I'm about to open this altar. This is
34:30when we apply the word to the Lord of
34:32the Lord to our heart. While he was
34:35speaking, that word nevertheless
34:37spoke to me. But I thought, I wonder
34:40what it means in the Greek because when
34:43you see a picture, you understand the
34:47word better. Nevertheless, isn't a word
34:50that you use in a common uh language and
34:53the discourse of speaking. It's a word
34:56that's powerful, but it's comprised of
34:59three words, nevertheless.
35:02And so even even all of us me well let
35:06me just say of me that word I can't say
35:08I've got my hand wrapped around the word
35:12nevertheless.
35:14So I just kind of mentioned it sitting
35:16over here. I was talking to my wife. I
35:20said I've got to find out what that word
35:22means in the Greek. Not because of the
35:25Greek being fancy. It's just that it
35:27gives a picture. Many times it gives a
35:30picture. And when you see the picture,
35:32it gives you another handle to hold on
35:34to it.
35:36>> Well, Brother Armando, you're about to
35:37bring your your your burden to the Lord
35:39right now. Brother Armando overheard me
35:43talking to my wife and he apparently did
35:46a little research because he reached out
35:49and waved his hand at me. I looked at
35:50him. He said, "In the Greek,
35:53it means in spite of."
35:56>> Yes, sir.
35:58[Applause]
36:04In other words, the Lord knows you're
36:07going to face some stuff.
36:09>> Whether you're trying to get to the Lord
36:12or whether you've been walking with the
36:14Lord, you're going to face some I'm
36:17being kind stuff.
36:20It's going to come your way. And he has
36:23already built in an anticipation
36:26of your valley, your mountain, your
36:30river that you've got to cross. That
36:32person at your job that's trying to tear
36:35you down, whether by kindness or by war,
36:40and you know you need a deliverance.
36:44>> You need a deliverance.
36:46This word has been sent to you today to
36:49tell you in spite of what you're facing,
36:54God has a way out for you.
37:03Some of you have never received the Holy
37:05Ghost speaking in other tongues. You've
37:08confessed with your mouth. You've
37:09believed in your heart, but you haven't
37:10received the Holy Ghost. And the enemy
37:13wants you to think that it's just too
37:15high of a an ask.
37:17>> The Lord's telling you that in spite of
37:19all of these words, the miracle of the
37:23Holy Ghost is for you.
37:25>> If it's a sickness, a problem
37:28financially, a problem emotionally, a
37:31problem with anxiety, a problem with
37:34friendships, I'm not here to tell you of
37:37what your problem is. You may not even
37:40have a problem,
37:43right?
37:49>> But as these singers begin to sing, I
37:51want you to bring your problem to the
37:52Lord.
37:54>> I want you to not be ashamed to say with
37:57your steps, "Oh Lord, nobody else
38:00knows."
38:01>> Hallelujah.
38:02>> But you know,
38:03>> I've been hiding this from everybody
38:05else, but you know.
38:09bring it to the Lord. Why don't you do
38:12it, master? When we open this altar, you
38:17already know what's standing in this
38:19sanctuary. You know the word of the Lord
38:21that was sent to us today. I'm opening
38:25this altar for you to work the
38:27miraculous for people in this place
38:31right now. We will not leave the way we
38:34came in Jesus name. I pray oh God you
38:39would do the work. Bring them to their
38:42deliverance in Jesus name. I open this
38:46front for a season of prayer. Why don't
38:49you bring your problem to the Lord?
