0:00I invite your attention to the Book of
0:01Revelation the last book in your
0:03Bible I'm asking you to join me at the
0:06first chapter and we shall read verses 1
0:09through three together as I talk about
0:12Guardians of the Sacred
0:16Space this is the opening of John's book
0:20that brings the revelation of Jesus's
0:24story as we now know it in this
0:28dispensation and it says the revelation
0:30of Jesus Christ which God gave unto him
0:34to show unto his servants things which
0:36must shortly come to pass and he sent
0:39and signified it by his Angel unto his
0:42servant John who bear record of the word
0:46of God and of the testimony of Jesus
0:49Christ and of all all things that he saw
0:53blessed is he that readeth and they that
0:56hear the words of this prophecy and keep
0:59those things which are written therein
1:02for the time is at hand for your
1:06emphasis the thir verse gives

1:36church it has been a tremendous year
1:39this past year so many tremendous
1:41Revival reports have come baptisms made
1:45this year has been filled with preaching
1:48around the globe for me I had a
1:50wonderful time preaching in Sydney
1:53Australia where the Holy Ghost moved in
1:55and great baptisms occurred I enjoyed
1:59watching the power of God emanate
2:02throughout the nation of Madagascar and
2:04the biggest event that I have ever
2:06preached in where we had upwards to
2:0920,000 people in an Amphitheater and the
2:13unbelievable presence of God filled the
2:15altar no hype all hunger and it was so
2:20breathtaking listening to the hunger of
2:22those people as they sought after the
2:24Lord then we had a tremendous crusade in
2:27South Africa where the Holy Ghost was
2:30poured out this next year South Africa
2:33has summonsed us to return and while for
2:36me personally I've been to South Africa
2:39now I believe three times I do not
2:42travel to South Africa for purposes of
2:46Tourism uh there are many places other
2:48than that in the world that I would
2:50rather be but there is a great need in
2:53South Africa because of the upheaval of
2:55hate that is being propagated in that
2:58country and if the Holy Ghost can help
3:00us we want to be a part of the
3:03turnaround and see what God can do to
3:05bring people back together to where it
3:08can look on Earth as it is going to look
3:10in heaven but that doesn't happen by
3:13being passive and pass passing out
3:16hopium it happens by putting your hand
3:19to the plow and getting down amongst the
3:22differences and the distinctives and
3:24showing them what love looks like coming
3:27from this and uh and so it is we model
3:31Christ and we demonstrate the Lord and
3:34this past year has been good with regard
3:37our our uh launch initiative and there's
3:42been tremendous giving and tremendous
3:44blessing we're going to be wrapping up
3:46our campaign in the month uh the week
3:49after Easter Lord willing in which we
3:51will have conducted a three-year Capital
3:54fundraising campaign of a higher order
3:57than we have ever participated in before
4:00I wish I could tell you it would be the
4:02end of all giving but I will tell you
4:05that if you know anything about me my
4:06vision will always be greater than my
4:08provision so you give as the Lord gives
4:11to you because once our provision equals
4:15our vision then we will not be seeing
4:18the Transcendence of our God he has not
4:21come to get us settled he's come to get
4:23us saved and until every man is born of
4:26the water and of the spirit until all
4:29the disenfranchised are brought close
4:31and all of the broken are mended and all
4:34the of the blind can see I am
4:36commissioned with one cause and that is
4:39to seek ye first the kingdom of God and
4:42his righteousness and all these things
4:44shall be added unto us we uh modeled in
4:49the month of November
4:51gratitude a month of Thanksgiving and in
4:54the month of December I emphasize praise
4:57you enter into his gates
5:00with I'm going to need some help in this
5:03house tonight so I know it's in the
5:06house that's awesome thing about this
5:08church it's always already here you just
5:11got to give it to me right you enter
5:13into his gates
5:15with and you enter into his courts with
5:19praise so November and December have
5:22been spent in the outer recesses of the
5:25approach to the presence of God as it is
5:28in every church that I'm aware of that
5:30has a spiritual disposition the month of
5:33January is always dedicated toward
5:37Consecration and we have done it
5:39throughout the years in a manner that I
5:40think that brother Isaac just so
5:44wonderfully talked about today and it it
5:47would be worth for you to go back and
5:50listen my mic is playing games with me
5:52and I will take another mic if it tries
5:54it one more time I have patience and I'm
5:58demonstrating my patience to you right
6:00now but uh this won't continue to happen
6:03by the grace of God um but those those
6:06words that brother Isaac presented in
6:09the midst of this pres uh this worship
6:12set was deeper than what I think any of
6:15us got at the first hearing it's worth
6:17going back and grabbing again it's going
6:20worth going back and letting it rain
6:22down on you like a long summer rain it's
6:25worth considering in your heart that we
6:27can get so close to the supernatural we
6:30can get so close to the dynamic we can
6:33get so close to the presence of God that
6:35the enemy wants us to think that it is
6:38just common when it is not common this
6:42uh month of January is what I'm asking
6:45uh what we're asking you to do is to
6:47obviously be a part of the Bible read
6:50reading and that is up to you to
6:52schedule or reschedule yourself and come
6:55up here and read you can read for an
6:57hour if you'd like you can read for 10
6:58hours straight if you'd like but it's
7:00broken down to 30 minute segments the
7:02rules are you start where the last
7:05person stopped we will have access
7:08through the punch key of the church that
7:10you can get uh by way of brother Justin
7:12and the app uh throughout the day so you
7:14can come in at any time and read from
7:17this pull pit the only demands are the
7:20this that you do not move from the
7:22pulpit that you walk on the platform
7:25with the reverence that is not for David
7:27Timothy Elms but the reverence of the
7:29Mighty God in Christ who came to save
7:33our soul and when you get up here I want
7:36you to read as if the house is full of
7:39angels and I want you to read as if they
7:42can't wait to hear the timber of your
7:46voice speak the wonderful words of life
7:50and that process is always powerful and
7:53while I'm sure it emanates and radiates
7:56through our city I also believe that it
7:59emanates within us like a holy ghost
8:02radiation that sees to the very marrow
8:05of our bone and makes changes in us
8:08that's significant we're going to also
8:11request that you fast three days a week
8:14during the month of January and you can
8:16choose those days you can make them
8:18consecutive or you can make them
8:20staggered it doesn't matter to me I'm
8:23just asking if you would go that extra
8:25mile through January 2 days is a lot
8:28three days is really an extra mile uh so
8:32I'm asking if you would do that with me
8:34also we will have the week of January
8:3827th through the last day of January our
8:41media fast and that will be that's maybe
8:44the hardest fast of them all if you've
8:46ever really practiced the media fast we
8:49only will watch preaching or things that
8:52have to do with the Bible I know many
8:54people save up their chosen binge for
8:57media week uh but it doesn't matter to
9:01me as long as you're doing things that
9:03carry you into the atmosphere of the
9:06king and his kingdom uh and then
9:08something we are doing new this year
9:11that we have never done before my wife
9:13felt inspired I was telling her about a
9:15message that I preached at a music
9:18conference many years ago in St Louis
9:21about how David reorganized the sitting
9:24before the Ark of the Covenant when he
9:27finally got the ark from shol and it had
9:30been taken by the Philistines they got
9:32it back and he finally got it from
9:34obam's house to Jerusalem he established
9:3924 orders 12 men in a group that were to
9:44go in for one complete hour and worship
9:48in song and an instrument before the
9:52presence of the Lord and so as I was
9:54telling my wife about that she Saidi
9:56want to do it I want to do it I said
9:58well I don't think we got enough
10:03singers and did you hear what she told
10:06me what she just told us yes we do uh
10:11and we're going to have 24 hours
10:14consecutive hours of Praise that happens
10:17in this house it won't be sung by
10:20Perfect People it will be sung by Broken
10:24People I'm going to be one of them that
10:26sings I've already got my hour I
10:29requested 3: to 4 in the morning okay I
10:32want that hour I want that sacred hour
10:34when none of y'all can hear me and all
10:36of you are going to be asleep and all of
10:39you are sawing logs and sleeping through
10:41your melatonin I'm going to come up here
10:43and sneaks and praise with the King of
10:46Kings and the Lord of lords oh you will
10:49wish you have heard me I've already got
10:51my playlist worked out baby I got a
10:54special musicians playing behind me Cory
10:57Henry will be singing playing along with
11:00me I've got other unbelievable musicians
11:04playing along with me you just
11:09wait what's what's Jacob Coler I think
11:12is gonna back me up on one
11:16side as I present Bridge Over Troubled
11:19Waters over
11:22God the world thinks they own that song
11:25because it was originally written about
11:26a drug but I've discovered that it's not
11:30a drug that is the Bridge Over Troubled
11:32Waters it is Jesus Christ who is the
11:34same yesterday today and forever and
11:37it'll be very kind of Jacob to come and
11:40back me up that
11:41night it'll be past his normal hour but
11:44we're going to work it out uh but so
11:48there will be 24 hours of Praise on the
11:50last day it will it will begin on the
11:5331st and it will end on February 1st so
11:56we're going to go out singing and uh so
11:59all of you singers you better get ready
12:01Get Ready Get Ready Get Ready Get ready
12:03it's going to be a wonderful time and uh
12:06so uh but as we stand on the threshold
12:09of a new
12:10year there is this
12:13automatic reflection going back and uh
12:19we're looking looking at what will move
12:21us and keep us fresh in the new year to
12:25come I read a text to you that has
12:28always um intrigued me there are a few
12:32books in the Bible that I cannot get a
12:34grip on so I'm just forced to Grapple
12:37with them the Book of Revelation is one
12:40that I've met guys who thought they had
12:42the answers in that book and to be
12:45honest with you those people bore me I
12:47like them to present their best
12:50thoughts but I've been around a minute
12:53and I realize there's going to be a
12:54grappling with it there won't always be
12:57an owning of it but the Lord knew it
13:01would be a difficult book to comprehend
13:05the justos between metaphors and
13:09literalism and that continual tug and
13:12pull between deciding how are we going
13:15to fly and when shall we be changed and
13:19who is going to be put through
13:21tribulation and who is reserved for
13:23wrath and what does the dragon stand for
13:26and what is the tin toad Kingdom all
13:29these things have been speculated about
13:31for years and while maybe you want a
13:33pastor who knows it exactly uh you've
13:36got the wrong one if you want that from
13:39me because the first thing I'm going to
13:40do is tell you what I believe but then
13:43realize I've lived long enough to watch
13:45some of these guys die and their
13:48predictions have fallen by the wayside
13:50of time and so what am I going to do
13:53with that does that mean I lose my faith
13:55in God good night no there is no way
14:00because some mindful man has presented
14:03his ideals about this amazing book that
14:08it gets me to stop the realization that
14:10they still celebrate the Red Sea
14:12Crossing and they still celebrate Mana
14:14from heaven and their Israel was still
14:17delivered from Egypt and Jesus still was
14:20born and he still was crucified and he
14:23still rose from the dead so all of these
14:28things that I'm forced to wrestle with
14:30and grapple with uh all they tell us is
14:33that there is coming a day that there
14:36will be a
14:37restoration of all God's Sacred
14:41Space Isaiah tells us about this
14:44restoration he says prepare ye the way
14:47of the Lord make his path straight in a
14:50desert a highway for our God because
14:54every Valley shall be exalted Every
14:56Mountain and Hills shall be made low and
14:58the Crooked shall be made straight rough
15:01places plain and the glory of the Lord
15:05shall be revealed ladies and gentlemen
15:06that has not occurred yet Isaiah 2 said
15:10now it shall come to pass in the latter
15:11days that the mountain of the Lord's
15:13house shall be established on the top of
15:15the mountains and shall be exalted above
15:19the HS and All Nations shall flow to it
15:24and many people shall come and say come
15:27and let us go up to the mountain of the
15:30Lord there will be tourist companies
15:33that are selling tourism trips to go
15:35drive around the mountain of the Lord
15:38ladies and gentlemen that has not
15:40occurred yet Isaiah 11 said the wolf
15:43also shall dwell with the lamb and the
15:45leopard shall lay down with the young
15:47goat and the calf and the Young Lion and
15:48the fatling will play together and a
15:50little child shall lead them they shall
15:53not hurt nor destroy in all my Holy
15:56Mountain for the Earth shall be full of
15:58the knowledge of the Lord as the waters
16:01cover the sea
16:03that not yet Daniel 7:13 I was watching
16:07in the night visions and behold one like
16:09the son of man coming with the Clouds Of
16:11Heaven he came to the Ancient of Days
16:13and they brought him near before him
16:15then he to him was given dominion and
16:18glory and a kingdom that all peoples and
16:20Nations and languages should serve him
16:23his Dominion is an everlasting Dominion
16:26which shall not pass away and his
16:28kingdom the one which shall not be
16:31destroyed that hasn't happened yet
16:35Zechariah 14 says the Lord will go forth
16:37and fight against those Nations as he
16:40fights in the day of battle and the day
16:42his feet shall stand on the Mount of
16:43Olives when he faces Jerusalem on the
16:47East and the Lord shall be king over
16:49over all the Earth in that day it shall
16:51be the Lord is one and his name
16:55one that has not happened yet I stood on
16:59the top of Mount olives I've thought
17:01about this verse I've stood there near
17:04the hotel that had to be situated to the
17:07the South because there's a fault line
17:10they discovered when they were trying to
17:11build it on Mount of Olives and they
17:14could not build a hotel on the fault
17:16line and long before science ever knew
17:19about fault lines that they even existed
17:22God said that the Mount of Olives is
17:24going to cleave into two part to the
17:26South and part to the north when the
17:29Lord's feet touches that mountain and
17:31from the depths of that mountain shall
17:33show a flow a spring that's going to
17:35flow down into the desert and it's going
17:37to make the Desert Blossom like the rose
17:39and the Dead Sea shall live because of
17:42the fresh water that comes in and the
17:44Dead Sea shall reunite with the Red Sea
17:47and life will spring in that place it
17:50hasn't happened yet just ask brother
17:55Shawn brother Shawn and I decided to
17:57take a mineral
18:01bath we got in what is known as the Red
18:04Dead I mean not the red the Dead Sea you
18:07know you can't sink in the Dead Sea
18:10there's no submarine that can go down in
18:11the Dead Sea nothing lives in the Dead
18:14Sea obviously the name and it's hard to
18:18believe that something like that exists
18:20and so I got in last time I'm going to
18:23do it Sean I won't ever be in there to
18:24do it again for you so you can't get me
18:27back I know it's in your spirit I've
18:28been watching you
18:31pray we were out in the Dead Sea and
18:34swimming around and no you can't go
18:36under I mean you
18:39just and it's good for your skin that's
18:41the reason I look so
18:44young and they told us not to go under
18:46my bride would like me to repeat and it
18:49was dangerous underwater there are
18:51toxins and
18:53sulfurs uh there is the residue of Sodom
18:56and
18:57gomoro in that water well brother Shawn
19:01he always had such a good
19:02spirit and he had laughed when his wife
19:05fell earlier so I had to get him back
19:06for that sister Noel fell down a a a
19:09hill and she was he fell first and she
19:12was trying to help him and because of
19:14her assistance in helping him he did not
19:16show his athleticism which he has but
19:19that day it was absent he continued to
19:22fall and then we all laughed at
19:26her anyway sea came up close to me and I
19:30thought I can't push him
19:34under and I pushed him under and at that
19:37point you were shaving your head weren't
19:39you
19:40yes you did thank God you didn't have a
19:42cut from shaving your head um but he's
19:47taking the Nazarite vow ladies and
19:48gentlemen
19:51I love don't you all love sha Hixon if
19:54you don't love sha Hixon you need to
19:57pray this guy is amazing and uh yes
20:01coming out I felt so
20:04bad I crawled out after him because
20:07there's so much cutting shell on the
20:11bottom of that muy Dead Sea if you've
20:14ever been in it you just don't want to
20:16go back in it
20:19because of the salt and because of how
20:21sharp it is and because of a lot of
20:23things that my wife doesn't even
20:26know she wasn't in
20:38it what fun that was just ask jday and
20:44Justin they laughed till they
20:47cried uh but we're all going to go there
20:49one day as the Cathedral of Pentecost
20:51and I'm going to show you the very
20:53spot uh where brother Shawn was baptized
20:56in
21:01Sulfur but this is real y'all we're here
21:04tonight not because we need a social
21:06event this is real there is coming a day
21:10when the Messiah is going to come into a
21:13world that thinks it has all the answers
21:16we're getting closer and closer to
21:17thinking we have answers I mean people
21:20are getting so fired up about make
21:22America healthy again and I will tell
21:24you I'm in the same camp I can't wait to
21:27get our pharmaceutical companies looked
21:30at and checked out and all of the fraud
21:34in health insurance that's going on
21:35believe you me I'm finished with it but
21:39I'm in America so I got to deal with it
21:42all right but I'm glad they're taking a
21:44deep dive into it but if you stop and
21:47get so excited about
21:51Maha if you get so excited about make
21:54America healthy again go to the most
21:56healthy nation that exists on this Earth
22:00that only eats organic and homegrown and
22:03only uses olive oil instead of butter
22:06and only eats raw fish go you're still
22:10going to have funerals and funeral homes
22:12and you're still going to die maybe a
22:14year or 10
22:16later so all of the best of of the best
22:19is not worth shouting unless you've
22:22understood that the King of Kings and
22:24the Lord of lords says I have come to
22:27conquer death where death no longer has
22:30a sting and the grave no longer has a
22:35[Applause]
22:37victory and so in here in Revelation
22:40John calls us all to read and hear and
22:43keep read and hear and keep the words of
22:47this this this Matrix of a book to read
22:53and hear and keep this
22:57hieroglyphic of a book to read and hear
23:01and grapple with a book that when you
23:04get in it you're going to start floating
23:06away in your brain and the Martian's
23:08going to come
23:09down I'm telling you it is that kind of
23:12a book that it has its own criteria and
23:15category when you study the Bible it was
23:18a style of writing that mirrored
23:21metaphor and material and so this dance
23:25between the two thought processes enough
23:27to make you dizzy and yet here parked at
23:31the very beginning of the book The
23:32Disciples said blessed is he who
23:37hears and reads and keeps this
23:42book and so here we know that this book
23:46is in that
23:47genre that says say a new age is
23:51coming that Death Shall be slain that
23:54the Earth is going to be restored to an
23:57Eden likee existence and what exist what
24:01what filled Eden wasn't the sound of
24:03eating of of meat it was the herbs of
24:07the field that fed them and there was a
24:10communion between the animals and the
24:12people there was a conversation an
24:15ability to talk and commune the talking
24:18horse
24:20Ed which none of y'all are young enough
24:22to even remember that that was once a
24:24movie but and those of you that remember
24:27the talking horse you don't want to act
24:30like you
24:31remember was it a TV show and I was
24:34raised without a TV so that was his name
24:37Ed I got a lot of help on that point
24:40right there I appreciate y'all finally
24:42admitting that you're of
24:46age but I've heard some of y'all talk to
24:48your
24:51dogs some of y'all have such huge
24:54conversations with your
24:57equin
25:03animals you don't like the way I said
25:05that
25:06word
25:08equestrian
25:10horse okay very good Tennessee Walking
25:14Horse that's a horse for you that's some
25:17horse flesh
25:19all
25:20right they will commune with us that day
25:24is coming when the earth will no longer
25:27grown to be delivered from this bondage
25:30that's been placed onto it the Bible
25:33says in Romans 8:22 for we know that the
25:36whole creation groans and labors with
25:39birth PL pains my dog Joshua I would
25:42talk to him about repentance in the Holy
25:45Ghost Joshua is going to be in heaven I
25:48baptized him as a
25:53baby I heard him speak with tongues when
25:56I was getting off boss bus 161 as he
25:59greeted
26:01me but the Bible says all creation
26:05groans and labors with birth pains for
26:08the revelation of the Bride for the
26:11coming back of the
26:13son Isaiah 55:12 says for you shall go
26:16out with joy and be led with out with
26:18peace the mountains and the hills shall
26:20break into singing before you and all
26:24the trees of the field shall clap their
26:29hands read hear keep John said grapple
26:35with it don't act like you've got a grip
26:37on it and you've read through it once so
26:39you've handled it enough in your life
26:41and that's for the weirdos who are
26:42always dealing in la la land no read it
26:47hear it keep it walk in it struggle
26:50through it if you got to put on your
26:51hiking boots lace them up and get to
26:54walking through that territory if you
26:56think it's land that's too wide and too
26:58hot then put on some cool gear and get
27:01in the Holy Ghost and walk through it
27:03because it's a truth that's headed our
27:05way and in one moment in one second one
27:08instant all your schedule will be
27:12finished and all of the programs will be
27:15over and all the podcasts will be
27:17talking about who I knew who are now no
27:22longer and now the depopulation of Eden
27:26shall occur all of the populace that was
27:30driven from Eden shall be put back into
27:33a brand new Eden and the disrespect of
27:36the Sacred places and spaces that this
27:38world has when they see you get ready
27:40for church all the disregard for our
27:43time of praise it will be turned around
27:46in a second and everybody who knew the
27:48value of Praise And The Power of prayer
27:51and the awesomeness of worship will all
27:53of a sudden be looked at as
27:56Superstars because you had the
28:00view that which was to come and as the
28:03years pass by now in my 58th year of
28:06life and preaching now my 33rd New
28:10Year's Eve service at the Cathedral of
28:12Pentecost I want to tell you I don't
28:15have anything special like brother Isaac
28:17said maybe maybe it's just simple maybe
28:21it's not acting like you have the
28:23mastered mastered it all and you've got
28:25every theology figure out maybe it's
28:27just wrestling with the goodness of God
28:30maybe a walk with the Lord is like Jacob
28:32wrestling in the night you know that was
28:34no wrestling match when you wrestle with
28:37God he wins immediately I love to
28:40wrestle with river and Vienna and I've
28:43got two more coming that I can't wait to
28:45wrestle another little boy and Scarlet
28:47and Abel are having a little girl I am
28:49going to wrestle them when they come I
28:53love to wrestle them but do you think
28:55it's a real wrestling
28:57match now my wife can beat me but they
29:04can't but when I put my arms around my
29:08Little
29:08River I put them just like this and I
29:11start
29:14[Music]
29:21and I'll roll over and roll over and
29:23roll over and all this time he's run
29:26right
29:28back that's high learning if you don't
29:31understand what I just said it's for a
29:33higher
29:36education let me tell you I do it
29:38because I want to be with
29:40him and that's all God really wants with
29:43you he's not asking to see how smart you
29:46are he's not seeing if you you got all
29:49the A's and the B's equal and C he's not
29:52trying to figure out if your GE geometry
29:54has a therefore statement he is coming
29:57because he wants to be with you and if
30:00you'll just say Lord I want to wrestle
30:02with you some more I just want to
30:04Grapple with your word a little more
30:06longer I just want to sit in your
30:08presence not that I don't have things to
30:10do and a job to keep and accomplishments
30:12to keep on my to-do list all of those
30:15things are real but you can have all of
30:17those things and still
30:20want
30:21more of
