Check spam and promotions folders. If it still isn't there after a few minutes, sign up again with the same address to trigger a fresh email.
Forgotten password
Use the reset link on the sign-in screen. You'll get an email with a link to set a new password.
Signed in but in the wrong place
Members land in the church portal. If you were sent somewhere unexpected, sign out fully and sign back in.
